Well at court..reception..omg the help nd understanding we received frm those behind counters..then we were escorted to prisoners frend ..that I admired..then the lady who helped us der was a genius..adorable...then again..outside..the sergeant Jacob's was helpful nd kind at court wer they released ppl....I must say.. I did not expect this type service..according to wot I hear ppl speak thsnk you guys..you made my day less stressfull

Noone is answering the phones at mitchells plain or Cape town office. October maintenance has not been received. Can someone in the maintenance department please have the decency to inform us about what is happening? School transport needs to be paid, food needs to be bought... how are we expected to get by? It's insane how callous this department is towards vulnerable children they are supposed to help...

Why do these offices advertise numbers that are never answered or switch to voicemail?It's absolutely pathetic in this day and age.I tried calling on behalf of my domestic worker who does not speak English very well or Afrikaans at all.I am just trying to help her to get what's rightfully due to her.E mails do not get answered as well.

I have no words to describe the digust yet incompetence from the maintenance supervisor and her team. I have lodge a complaint about lack of service and to top it off she has given me false contact details.it's very unprofessional and the disrespect of her job shows throughout that they don't help the public at all.

I have been trying to get information regarding maintainence payments being delayed since 6th Sept 2021 already. NOBODY ANSWERS THE CALLS. They are to be rendering a service but they don't even answer their office phones. I need to know what is happening with payments as mine has been delayed for the past 3 weeks

Good day why is that one always have to struggle to get moneys yes there is a problem but how must our kids eat going on for 4 to 5 weeks now they can't say there no way they can pay the people out then do cash payments for the mean time our kids are suffering a person can't even get hold of them

They have everything in place where covid 19 is concerned safe environment
