Poor: I came to Staten Island in 2006; I have been using this gas station since. The repair station manager, a short stocky white male, has always been rude to me. In fact, one of my colleages had told me when I first came that the guy was rude to customers; but I never believed him. Before long I began to believe my friend, for there is no reason why he continued to be rude to a customer who for the past 7 years has done all his car business at that station. On June 3rd 2013, I brought my car for a second appointment (the first haven been resheduled from friday May 31); I was supposed to leave my car keys for the repairs and head to school for an early morning class. So I asked the manager where to park. He told me "park anywhere over there and bring the keys." I told him I don't understand what over there means especially as there was no more parking space in the lot. He looked at me with a scorn and walked away. I had taken this treatment from him more than a dozen times, and thought I should tell him that. So I got out of my car, walked to him and told him that I do not like the way he treats me as a customer. Thinking he was going to explain, I was shocked at what he said, and I quote: "You don't have to come here; I don't need your business anyway. Get lost." He said this to me in front of the store clerk and left. Just in case the owners are reading, I was there to perform service that would have costed $ 900.00. So, with a heavy head and a sulken face I left hesitantly. I don't think this is his business; and I am very certain the owners would never behave this way. I am also very sure that such attitude is not mobile company policy. If someone is reading, please educate that guy. Of course, it may be the case (as it is often) that nobody reads complains. God bless this country.

I would give them no star if the system let me, their manager is horrible, rude and cannot even manage his manners. Do not ever go there to repair your car even for the smallest things they can do more harm than good. The manager himself broke my car's remote key because of his forceful and inattentiveness entrance. I guess he didn't respect his job because it was just a simple battery change so instead using a screw driver he hand-forced and opened it. While I tired to explain him he should fix what he broke, he threw a 5 years old boy tantrum and did not take any responsibility whatsoever. Don't want to have a bad experience? Good! Don't go there.

Worst gas station and the person working there it was late 2:24 i had emergency and begged him to let me use the washroom where it was clearly written customer use only the guy didn’t let me go cheapest person ever seen in my life till now and he said owner don’t wNt customers to use useless staf o pray someday his daughter and mother and sister all go through my situation and get no help from anybody . Cursh on earth sayeed don’t know how to respect a girl .

24/7 is a lie, they close at 11PM. Told me and my pregnant fiancé to kick rocks when we needed some items. Had to drive in the opposite direction even after we checked to confirm they are open 24/7. Nasty guy at counter making minimum wage is just bitter that the best he can do is that sort of job, I get it. Made fun of us when we asked why it’s called 24/7. The place will bankrupt eventually, thank god.

It's a gas station same as many others. Air machine for tires ate up a $1.50 of mine, went to attendant he said station wasn't responsible. How can the station not be responsible for a machine sitting on it's property? I understand it wasn't the attendant's fault but I think it's common decency to at least look into it. They didn't lift a finger and I ended up having a flat with no coins.

Avoid this gas station at ALL costs. There’s always an issue with the card getting stuck; and tonight, the air machine took the quarters and the guy inside started yelling… his name is Iffi. I went in to ask a question about the air and I understand working with the public is challenging, however, don’t take it out on your community and customers. It’s so unfortunate.

Worst customer service. People working there are so nasty. This bola market gas stations are great but this is exception to their list of great gas stations. The owner needs to take notice. They won't let you the bathroom as well. I was regular customer but no more. There many options out there.

Gas station this morning and the cashier was a great guy! I also visited the donut section and the lady that serves me a great customer service. I do not witness such customer service often and I think that she is a wonderful fit for your

I've used the garage at this station for over 15 years. They have ALWAYS been helpful & honest. Can recommend without reservation. It's rare to find such trustworthy help when it comes to car servicing

This place has terrible customer service. the guy works there at night is a clown doesn’t know what he is doing and then get upset . It amazing how people can be so clueless of their job smh

Best gas prices by at least 3-5¢ a gallon but way cheaper than most. Didn't go inside the store but there's a big Tim Horton's sign so I'd imagine their coffee is pretty good!!
