Blew a tire on the Throgs Neck Bridge. A huge nail, more like a spike, went through the bottom of the tire and exited through the sidewall. The tire needed to be replaced. They did a great job. They tried to find the same tire. Too bad mine was special which I did not know it was. I thought a tire is a tire. I asked if I could replace it with any other tire. And they replaced it with a new one. They even put the tire pressure monitor inside the new tire and reset the tire pressure system in the car.

Worst place ever, they had 2 bays left to do quick state inspections, still 2 hrs to close. I was told it takes 1 hr to do car inspection which is BS. It only takes 20 mins max to do full inspections from my experiences. Then I went to Great Bear Auto Center few blocks down, they were able to do full car inspection in 20 minutes.

As a long time customer I've always been satisfied while their work. Easy to deal with and reasonably priced. I recommend them to everyone, especially people with little knowledge about their vehicle or associated cost because they are always honest and extremely helpful.

I pulled into this gas station and asked them to check out my car on Friday as I heard loud screeching, and had a 2 hour drive home.. Thank you Sal & the mechanics who looked over my car I felt so much better driving, knowing someone checked it out!

Great owners and mechanics. Been going to them for almost ten years. Always straight forward with you as a customer and do whatever it takes to fix your car without having to spend every dollar you have.

Changed management a year or two ago. Nice and big station. Dont like that even when using a mobile gas card speed pass, you get charged credit card prices which is usually about 10cents more per gallon.

the display is misleading。always shows the previous customer's billing info always. Not only this a privacy issue, also confuse the next customer whether he /she should be responsible for the charge

They used to provide really accurate communications regarding maintenance. However, as of recent, everything is "about to blowout". I think communication broke down after ownership changed.

They repaired my headlight, and when it broke again, they looked at it right away and didn't charge me again for a new bulb after fixing the problem. They seem honest!

Went here to get my flat tire fixed and they gave me a busted used tire that barely lasted a month. Complete rip off and not trust worthy. Do not do business here.
