I usually go there just to gas up and not much else. Back in January my change oil light came on. I figured one place is as good as any for an oil change. They took my car right in and did the oil change. After that the change oil light was coming on when I started the car. Didn't think much of it and went about my life. When you get an oil change you get a free car wash. There is no expiration date on the paper so I figured I could wait. No point in washing the car when it's snowing and there's salt on the ground. So 2 weeks ago I show up for my car wash and they tell me no your voucher is old. Ok no problem. The next day a light comes on that says my oil life is low. I don't do a lot of driving and usually you can go much longer between oil changes. When I checked the sticker I still had over 2000 miles before I was due for a change. Never again

I came in to do an inspection and the mechanic that took my info was condescending from the start and gave the keys to another junior mechanic and told him to try and find issues to fail me. I heard it from the side but wasn’t completely sure because how could someone do that? Right?! But sure enough, I passed the emissions part(key part of the inspection) but failed because one of two tiny license plates lights was out and I could use a tire rotation. Nowhere else that would have failed and I could have that light replaced for $2 right there. But instead they charged me $37 and waisted my time. Horrible!!! Would never come again

I am so disappointed i dont now where to start i went here to do a inspection that cost $37.00 and had to spend $102.30 to pass me inspection because of my wiper blades i offer to change them on my own and i was told that if I do so they have to fail me because i have to let them replace them to pass my nys inspection in all these years never experience anything like this i am so disappointed for something that i can change myself for less than that wow that's a shame on ExxonMobil never will i go there again in my life service is a rip off

The car wash need’s to get it together other customers go to wash there car but are using the air pressure gun to clean inside the car and pressure washer to clean there tire rims which holds up the line for everyone else who’s waiting on line and the employees don’t tell them anything plus they don’t do a good job at cleaning and wiping down the inside of the car. For the price they charge for a car wash is not worth it.

Let's say the owner needs to go to Jail I understand he owns 300 gas stations plus gas trucks but when our NY GOVERNOR SAY SHE IS DROPPED THE STATE SALES TAX DO THE SAME THING YOU MORAN !!! I WATCHED SEVERAL OF YOUR STATIONS IN BROOKLYN ONLY DROP 7.5CENTS WHEN SHE SAID 13CENTS WHERE IS THE REST OF THE MONEY GOING ??? IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PASSED ON TO THE CUSTOMER NOT YOU HARRY SINGH

Crooks charged me almost $600 to change my exhaust. They are horrible human being who take everyone's money. The store is no better either I paid almost $2.00 for a can of coke. I can say that the mechanics there need to have their own shop. they are good workers. It is unfortunate they work for heartless crooks.

Extremely helpful & friendly! Was basically driving around in tears, & my mechanic was way too far. Wouldn't get there safely. Now I will be able to go somewhere in Brooklyn, when needed! I also needed a gas station that has no problems with the pump, payment, or even gas price changing.

Ok for gas and food but, don't use the repair shop. They charge a lot for an oil change and then look the car over trying to find things wrong. Do you really need to pay a mechanic to put windshield wiper fluid in?

Very bad services. The bathroom is always broken or custom leaves the key in the bathroom according to Nazer and they don’t have another key. Poor employees have no were to go.

Every once in a while I get a coupon to try something at the Bolla store ( like milk ) that is connected to the gas station. Sometimes I find what I want and sometimes I dont.

Went for an oil change. Wasn’t notified they were putting synthetic oil and by time I saw the bill it was too late. Told me it was required but owners manual says otherwise.

The worst place to change oil . They don’t give you window fluid nothing I mean nothing they charge $69.00 just to check your brake light and very bad personality
