"Love the warmth of the atmosphere here"
"Ruuuuuuude"
"Disgraceful! I had finished exam block at my school and decided to eat my lunch in this cafe to have a nice relaxing time"
"Positively one of the worst experience of service and food i have come across"
"Came in here asking to borrow their microwave or a hot cup of water to warm up my daughters bottle"
Love the warmth of the atmosphere here. Consistently great coffee, excellent selection of meals, and treats. They always go out of their way to accommodate my dietary requirements - vegan and gluten free. Food is fresh and not the generic stock you find in other cafes. The banana bread is amazing!
Ruuuuuuude. If you walk the wrong way out their shop and don’t follow the arrows the staff will literally snap at you and bite your head off. Coffee tastes awful. Don’t waste your time. This place should be called Karen’s coffee shop. It’s on par with Karen’s diner.
Disgraceful! I had finished exam block at my school and decided to eat my lunch in this cafe to have a nice relaxing time. Suddenly I’m approached by a short angry lady who begins to yell at me telling me to get out. Why, because I had food
Positively one of the worst experience of service and food i have come across. The 'waitress' was rude and abrupt. Basically threw our food on the table and said 'here you go mate'. We ordered two things at around 3.05 in the afternoon, the
Came in here asking to borrow their microwave or a hot cup of water to warm up my daughters bottle. Was asked if I was eating in or out and said that I could and was told “that would be the respectful thing to do.” I asked what the cheapest
Tried to pay for takeaway coffee with paywave, was told because transaction was under $10 there would be a $1 surcharge. I complained charge was exorbitant & explained I never carry cash anymore. Owner actually responded "why should I have
Decided last minute to eat a breakfast, wish i had not, besides being super over priced and not having much of a menu to choose from, i went with pancakes... who cannot throw batter into a pan to serve patrons fresh pancakes, rather cooked
Mocha Bella has pleasant staff and serves excellent coffee - just how you ask for it. While the range of cakes and pastries is not as large as some of the busier coffee shops, you would have to be pretty fussy not to find several things to
Went in for breakfast this morning and received terrible service! My partner and I were treated so poorly! We ordered meals which turned out cold and over cooked. We asked for our eggs to be replaced as were happy to eat the rest - and the
The atmosphere upon entering this cafe is inviting, with it's cozy setting, use of flora and more rustic furnishings. The customer service was exemplary with all staff efficiently meeting my order with a positive demeanor. The selection of
I have never been treated so poorly in my life, grabbed a table with my Mum & two sons 3 & 1, ordered coffees then was told to move because we had food for the kids from another store... seriously two coffees for $14 & a 3 year old with a
Today I organised lunch for 4 people to have a small meeting. It was last minute and I wanted something simple to take to the meeting rather than us having lunch in the cafe. I also ordered 4 coffees which were nice... BUT the total bill
All I can say is wow! If you a reading this and want a nice coffee and good service, turn your car around and head 2 minutes down to rode road cafe next to the metro Woolies, I assure you, you’ll have a better experience there. How this
Coffee is good but the atmosphere is unwelcoming. The cozy inside seating area, which to me was the main attraction, seems to be closed off unless you have a reservation. Instead customers have to use the seating outside in the walkway.
Mocha Bella is my preferred cafe. Consistently good coffee and friendly staff. The majority of the food is cooked in house by Sue so it's fresh and tasty with lots to choose from. There is also a good selection of gluten and dairy free
Had a nice breakfast here today. 3 of us. Different versions of eggs and some nice coffees. Thought the prices were reasonable and the staff were friendly enough. The service was good and the wait times small. I did read some negative
A friend and I stood and waited for several minutes to order while the 2 staff happily chatted. We were then greeted underwhelmingly, as if we wer interupting them with wanting to buy from them. My small coffe was $6.50 and well below
Great Coffee & service! I've been getting my coffee here for nearly 10 years and the staff are wonderful + service is very prompt. It's a real shame to see a few negative reviews on here based on just 1 experience - my experience with
Not the best experience. Ordered a coffee and a danish, while I was waiting for my order I over heard the barista ask if the pastry was supposed to be heated, I assumed the answer was no because I’ve never had a danish warmed before,
I dropped in here because I was desperate for food/drink. I would not recommend this to anyone. Had a very leathery bacon/sausage roll which was obviously microwaved rather thank ‘baked hot’. Cafe was almost empty, but had 3? Staff.
Absolutely outrageous price for any form of iced coffee. Even a simple skim iced latte will set you back about $7. These guys really need to review and compare their prices with other competitors.
I’ve always received lovely service here so maybe something has changed? The coffee is good, the juices nice and the menu is simple but delicious. For a meal and coffee the prices were fine for me
Best coffee I've ever had and the staff are nice. The kids area is good. A little pricey for my liking though. I just wish they were open earlier so I could get a coffee on the way to work!
The worst hospitality ever!! I was looking for a table inside the cafe since I don’t want to be sit outside. The lady who’s in the cashier just talk loudly and unfriendly “excuse me, you
Always rude and unwelcoming. Don't prioritise customer. Coffee is ordinary at best. Experience is consistently terrible. Any wonder the coffee club is packed. 100% will not go back.
Great coffee but don’t go there if you have kids. Every time I have been in the manager has been rude to my kids. Won’t be back. Definitely not a welcoming place. More
Very unwelcoming unfriendly service - nothing has changed why can’t the owner hire good staff someone who loves to serve i spent $30 to wreck my morning never again
Lovely little suburban cafe. The Corn Beef Fritters with Tomato Chutney was perfect. Highly recommend the comfy bench seats at the back of the cafe.
I don’t get the flak. My experience was good. Had everything freshly cooked! Warm and perfect for an unusually cold day here. Everyone was polite.
Great cafe! I take my client here a few times a week, the atmosphere is always very welcoming and the staff are lovely. Amazing coffee too!
Disgraceful, owner is so rude. Worst experience ever. I can see why she only has a 2 star rating. I am surprised she is still open. More
Great coffee, horrible staff. The lady making coffee yelled at my 2yr old son and I for bringing our empty cups back. Very rude. More
$9.90 for a single ice chocolate that was mediocre at best and made with the same cheap syrup you get at woolies. don't bother. More
Oh my goodness I could not believe the absolute audacity of the woman who served me. Gobsmacked. Bewildered. Astonished.
Staff have always been lovely to me, the atmosphere needs a bit of work but apart from that the coffee is great
Shocking service. Staff spend their time chatting with each other while we all wait for coffee. Won't be back. More
The manager/ chef (which lets be honest she’s not a professional chef by all means) was and is completely rude !
I came to get two caramel lattes. I was told they don’t make coffees to custom mugs. Coffees were ok.
Came on 29oct Sunday, opening hours show from 8am , I was there at 9:05 and was still not open…
Rude manager, our food was horrible. Only 5 chips with sandwich.
Service…
