Better than most, still not great. I had billing issues that needed resolving. The only way I could get the CSC staff to really assist was when I threatened not to leave their offices until I got a result. In this case, I got the cell number of one of the directors and eventually, after 4 months, my billing issues were mostly resolved. Before that, it was always a response of there is nothing that they could do.
I wish every government place has this level of service. The lady that helped us was friendly and knew exactly what to do. Well done to you guys! I would definitely recommend.
