"This bakery is good! Not just a run of the mill shopping village bakery, but a superbly delicious bakery! Great selection of classical treats but done well! Great fresh rolls! Great Little extra inventive goodies too which are excellent"
"When the bakery first opened their food was quite good, it has been constantly going down hill"
"For a bakery, they open quite late, which leads me to believe that they are waiting for a delivery rather than being made on site"
"The coffee at this place is subpar"
"Very good selection of cakes , sandwiches and hot food, always find the young staff friendly and helpful"
This bakery is good! Not just a run of the mill shopping village bakery, but a superbly delicious bakery! Great selection of classical treats but done well! Great fresh rolls! Great Little extra inventive goodies too which are excellent. To top it all off the coffee is very decent and barista made, a perfect Saturday morning spread.
When the bakery first opened their food was quite good, it has been constantly going down hill. The items from the bakery taste like they are several days old, it is very diaspointing. Each time we try things from the bakery, we are let down.
For a bakery, they open quite late, which leads me to believe that they are waiting for a delivery rather than being made on site. The cakes are dense and taste stale. I tried a Danish recently and thought it looked lovely. It did not taste
The coffee at this place is subpar. Opted for a hot chocolate, but it left much to be desired. Disappointing for a so-called 'Suburban Bakery.' There's potential for it to thrive as an artisan bakery, akin to Banneton’s in Ashgrove. Imagine
Very good selection of cakes , sandwiches and hot food, always find the young staff friendly and helpful. I don’t give it five stars due to prices, being located in Moggill they obviously believe they can jack up the prices, just about
Amazing noodle salad bowls, even when you're not given what you asked for. Prices on only about 40% of displayed stock so it's a bit of a surprise what the total will be until they tell you. Prices trend high, the goods are quite good.
Ham, cheese and tomato sandwich was stale first thing in the morning. Tomato was very wilted. Not happy at all coming from a bakery that makes fresh bread everyday. The worst $7.50 I have ever spent, will not be back.
The owner exploits the underaged employees; bribing them with vapes at the back rather than paying them sufficiently.. it’s unethical and shameful. You’re better off going to Coles next door, the quality is better
It’s probably the most expensive bakery I have been to. Today I was charged an extra 50 cents for extra hot coffee? That was outrageous considering they already charge 50 cents more than anywhere else I go!
If you are looking for meat in your pie don't buy them from Moggill Bakehouse. Mine was just thickened gruel. The photo here is the plain beef mince variety. Absolutely shameful excuse for a pie. $6.
Such a delight to have fresh Vietnamese food in the neighbourhood! The rice noodle bowls and banh mi are excellent and their sandwiches really popular! Merlo coffee is excellent too …
Cold pies..dirt cold. More sauce than meat and the worst service. Had to check order and because the salespeople where so caught up in there own conversation. Really terrible. It's
I love a good bahn mi, they used to be great, but now I walk away with a half empty roll. The last three times it has only gotten worse. Will not be returning.
This bakery makes exceptional pies. We have been looking for good pies forever. Great pastry and fillings. We’ll be back!
Finn Eldred is a very nice employee, he is an exemplary student at ATC, Very good sausage rolls too 8/10
Usually very nice products. Somewhat high prices, but that's pretty normal in certain areas.
I bought BD cakes twice so far and liked the flavour. The cakes look is too simple though.
Very nice. Had a lovely warmed cupcake and enjoyed a delish banh mi. Very lovely staff. :)
The baristas are super friendly and the coffee is excellent !
Best pies in town …
