Joining Momentum Health and Wellness is worth every penny! Rachelle's classes are amazing. Always a great workout and fantastic conversation! I heard about Momentum through a friend and started going to the prenatal fitness classes. Rachelle eased my fears of working out while I was pregnant. I had previously stopped going to the gym because I was unsure about which exercises I should or shouldn't be doing while pregnant. She is so knowledgeable when it comes to pre and post natal concerns you might have (ex. pelvic floor, hip pain, etc.) and she is always willing to customize an exercise or even a whole class to fit what you need! The small class sizes are an added bonus. I was becoming super stir crazy on my maternity leave and her classes have made the time so much more enjoyable! It's great to be able to bring your baby to class (she'll even hold your baby or entertain them so you can get your workout in haha) and it's helped me meet other Mom's in the area! I look forward to her classes each week due to the great conversations we have in class and for how good I feel after. Highly recommended!!

I started my fitness journey with this beautiful lady in 2018, after I had my daughter. I was completely out of shape and recovering from a C section. This lady gave me back my body, my strength, and the belief that I can achieve anything if I'm willing to do the work. Ladies I don't care where you are in your fitness journey- a new mom or a woman who has never had a child- Rachelle will put you in the position to achieve your goals. Not only is she professional, knowledgeable and qualified, she is kind, compassionate, and passionate in what she does. Rachelle is really there for you. Go on, give it a try, what else do you have to lose? Thank you Rachelle for always challenging me and pushing me past my limits.

I can't say enough good about Rachelle and her company, Momentum Health and Wellness. Her pre- and post-natal fitness classes are a lifeline for me. She's made me stronger and willing to take on challenges that I never expected. She is fun and funny and incredibly knowledgeable about what she does. She takes her clients needs and questions to heart and finds them answers they are looking for. And on top of it all, she's a badass girlboss and mom to three awesome little women. She offers all kinds of group and personal training sessions at reasonable rates in Edmonton northeast, out of a studio with an exceptional view. She really is the whole package, and you should look her up.

Rachelle is amazing! I started seeing her a year and half before my wedding. I needed a little extra help and push to reach my goals and she made me feel and look amazing! Not only did I lose 30 lbs but I felt strong and confident in my wedding dress! Now, 2.5 years later, she's keeping me fit and healthy during my pregnancy. She is very knowledgeable and has so much information to share, not just on fitness but how to live a healthy lifestyle and how small changes to your diet can make a huge difference. I've done her one on one personal training sessions and the fit camp and both are so worth it. I can't wait to try her strollersize and mama sessions once the baby comes!

She made sure to ask me questions and assess where my healing was at when I started, and continues to check in every single class - providing modifications or specific exercises where needed. She has created a positive, non-judgmental environment where you are encouraged to respect where your health/body is at, and motivated to show up and give it your all. As a new Mom, it's so nice to go to a class with my baby and feel instantly connected and welcomed by everyone!

Rachelle is so knowledgeable. I went to her for prenatal fitness classes and continued postnatally, and felt so comfortable that I was being safe but also getting a great workout! Her class sizes are small which means you get a more personalized workout as well as the chance to get to know some other moms! Her attitude and positive energy are contagious and she makes working out enjoyable. Plus I’ve never felt stronger! The environment is so welcoming and non-judgemental and It’s so fantastic that the kiddos can play while you workout! I would highly recommend Rachelle and Momentum Health and Wellness!

Rachelle is a fantastic personal trainer located in North Edmonton. Her private home studio is a comfortable and welcoming place to get fit! My husband and I have been seeing Rachelle for personal training sessions, and she always finds ways to make them both challenging and enjoyable. Rachelle creates a welcoming environment for moms of all fitness levels and is an exceptional trainer. She is very well educated in physiology and in-tune with the needs and anxieties of new moms-to-be and moms. Her pre-natal classes were a highlight of my pregnancy and I felt better prepared for labour and post-labour. As a current client of her post-natal classes, she makes it easy for me to come with my little one and is always warm and genuine. I can't say enough great things!

Great for moms looking to put more focus on their fitness! I started a year ago as this class allows you to bring your children with you!! No excuses right? But she also offers evening classes for you to work out without all the distractions of children. You will feel sore after pretty much every work out! And she provides amazing tips and tricks to Help you accomplish any health goals. She is awesome! You won’t regret trying it

Rachelle is all encompassing as a trainer, she is thoughtful on how far your body can be pushed and adjusts enough so that you can adapt the way you feel you need too. So she understands the challenges that come with prenatal and postnatal fitness. Her strollercise class got me into shape like nothing else I had tried after having my daughter. Honestly I was super excited when I won some free classes but communication was not very good. The classes didn’t on the site didn’t match with what was actually happening and than nothing worked in my family/work schedule. Offered to do something for me but I still never heard back. Responses sometimes took over 24 hours and was very short. I won’t be accessing services

I've been going to Rachelle's classes for years. Always a great workout. She has classes suited for everyone, including prenatal and postnatal. You can bring your children to the classes which saves so much on childcare and shows your kids how important it is to stay fit. I always recommend her classes to everyone!
