My best friend bought me a facial voucher at this beautiful salon for my birthday and my oh my I was not disappointed!!! From the moment I walked into the salon I was greeted with smiles (behind masks) and I knew I was about be treated like royalty. Lizzy has the hands of an Angel, 1.5 hours of magic was all I needed before my big birthday weekend to feel relaxed. I have since been back for multiple facials, brow wax and tints and tans with the rest of the wonderful team and the standard across the team is so high. I always feel so welcome whenever I walk in the door. Highly highly recommend any of the lovely ladies at Mona vale skin and soul.

I was really looking forward to an hour and a half pamper appointment and the first me time in months. I had used the online booking system and received a txt confirmation. Unfortunately upon arrival I was told my booking had not come through. After an initial suggestion to book an appointment for a week later I was offered a shorter facial only treatment for later that morning. Unfortunately that would stuff up other plans my family had for the day. I suggest they fix their booking system. Disappointing.

Booked a pedicure & manicure after lockdown and was so disappointed. The pedicure was very basic. No buffing of nails, no treatment to the skin and very basic attention to nails & cuticles. I asked for a simple shaping of my fingernails and they were all crooked with no buffing or even a handcream. I was charged $40 for each which is a joke. Will never go back.

Mona Vale Skin & Soul is world class in their treatments, which combined with their warm and always professional demeanour combine to make heaven on earth. It is by far my favourite place in Sydney for pampering. Be sure to book a facial here, all therapists are beyond AMAZING and you will walk out glowing. I cannot recommend MV Skin & Soul enough!
