Didn't deserve even 1star....Don't know how monginis is giving franchise to illiterate people.. They have price tag of RS.350 on each every cake in same row except the one i got packed. Then they asked me pay Rs.400. I said why..? Then they said it was new arrival. I already paid as it was ok for me & give them just one suggestion that they should have informed me first about rate as there were no tag on that cake. In spite of taking my suggestion they behave like it was only my fault not to ask about rate. Then one of the staff/ franchise ower who knows said that i should i ask first. My point is there were 7 to 8 cake in each of the rows, there was only one price tag on each every cake RS.350. Then no one would have thought about differences in rate. Rate is not issue here... i just said them they should inform me first.. they were saying there was no price tag on tha one got packed so i should ask... in that case it should be free because of having no price tag.... god bless them... In spite of taking suggestions from customers, they are more interested in blaming the customers & to behave like they don't need any suggestions from anyone........

Bought rasmalai cake 1 kg on 19/11/2022 ,Saturday ,12:00pm noon. I (buyer)run institute in Chandkheda All children including me(buyer) hates the cake from the core. There was no taste really dry from inside It was just looking good and that’s it. All students asked for the place I told them Monginis and they hate it even more I don’t know why but it was pathetic taste. They charged me ₹740 for the cake but it was not even Upto the mark of ₹50. Just hate it. I would give it 0 star but there isn’t any option for that. So 1 star.

Had ordered thinking the taste will change. Also i saw the rating. But they continue with the same tradition of not producing quality produce. This is my last order with them for sure. The Pineapple pastry was a normal pastry which never tasted like Pineapple. Complete waste of money. Will surely not recommend to buy from here and yes the tradition for Monginis continues of producing below average quality products

Deserve zero star, I went to buy cake for my kid, they told me to buy particular cake which was cake of the month and told me I'll guarantee it'll taste delicious. When I bought it and then very bad smell coming from cake and taste so salty (chocolate flavour) it was expired cake. They just give u all the expired product.very disappointing. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER

I recently bought Almond kitkat cake, and the taste was worse than worst and above that, there were literal small sand granules which came in every bite, I first doubted that it would be the choco granules but when I checked they were sand granules generally found in maida flour, I totally don't recommend monginis, guys just avoid going there and buy from another bakery.

I given 0 star but there are no option. The staff behavior is very rude even customer reply politely. Staff said' we didn't give single rupees discount, If you want to buy here otherwise you can go elsewhere. Simply they didn't discount even Rs.5/-. I bought lot of thing in Monginis but never asked for discount so I tried but they failed.

Recently visited this shop because of cup cake cravings. I bought muffins, choco cup & pineapple cake from the shop. Choco cup & muffins was delicious but the pineapple cake was average. Staff was extremely helpful and they also takes the digital payments that's a good thing I must say. Velvet cake is also recommended.

Excellent plc to visit for cake, chocolate, and gift hamper made of chocolate. i m regular customer of this shop i find always fresh cakes and resonable prices compare to others cake brand when it's comes to staff completly dedicated and professional staff. remarkable behaviour of staff and owner of this shop......

Just Loved this Place. The kindly of hospitality they give is just so commendable. Ambience is Soo beautiful one would like to have their home forever. Food amazing too.. specially the huge variety and food cuisines. everything was just so perfect.

Very worst cake I have ever eaten. Please always prefer Atul Bakery's Cake.

Buy cake on 16th August at 10 pm. At 12 am we cut it. Very bad smell was coming from that cake. Smelling like it was unhygienic and very unhealthy. Very throw entire cake. Do not buy from monginis New CG road. They sale expire cakes.

This one star rating is only for the employees not wearing mask properly (on their chin), also not asking customers to wear mask, which has caused people like me to feel very uneasy in their shop and ultimately stop going there.

They are using very bad synthetic food colours for making cake. After multiple wash also colour it just faded but not completely vanished. According to me, such colour are not good fo health of children.

The cake wasn't a cake...it was full of cream It was 500g cake...but 400g was cream So disappointed I purchased it the last time today and i suggest everyone never buy cake from monginis
