Went in for a cute pixie cut with some length to it and showed hairdresser some reference pictures. I was asked if I wanted to use the clippers and after having these types of haircuts before I thought nothing of it. Again I told the stylist I didn't want it too short and she agreed. Once that clipper hit my head I knew it was over as it was a lot shorter than what I asked and discusses with her, unfortunately once your hair is gone it cant be put back on and there was nothing I could do or say that would change it. She told me she would blend in the rest of my hair with what she shaved and kept going and going and soon all my hair was gone. She literally shaved my whole head apart from my fringe. Eventually she asked me if I wanted even more off and I told her no and just to leave it, I paid and left. I can deal with having short hair but it isn't anything what I asked for and the fringe is just terrible. Will not be returning.

Gorgeously kept salon. Took my 14 year old son in for a cut and he was more than happy with it. Called before going in phone customer service was perfect. Super friendly well spoken friendly and helpful. Very affordable. I pay the same at another salon for him but he's never overly happy with it and never gets offered a hair wash included. In store customer service was just as pleasant. All stylist appeared very happy and friendly and enjoyed their work place and have a lovely professional well dresses appearance. Salon itself is a lovely modern clean place to visit. Highly recommend Monsoon Hair.

I've been going to Monsoon for 20 years or so, always having Michael do my cut and color. The customer service is exceptional, staff are extremely friendly in a natural not forced manner and can't do enough to ensure you have a positive visit and leave with a cut/color etc that you are happy with. Skilled hairdressers, quality hair products and a very comfortable environment. Wish I could go more frequently but whenever I do, I couldn't be happier with the results. Excellent salon. Post covid, is as good as ever!

Asked for a warm Balayage, once it was done it was quite cool and patchy, the hair dresser said “not bad for my first balayage” and still charged me $170. Will not come again. Please don’t put inexperienced hair dressers on without warning your clients beforehand.
