If you want to rent a property with them, be careful they only care about landlord, not you the renters (the people that actually pay their wages!!) Time line Late 2017: we got a lease (2 years) for a house Late 2019: The landlord sold the property so we were asked to leave the house, we got our bond back. Jan 2020: we got another lease (1 year) with them for another house. April 2021: we left the house because we built a property (we told them about this). We gave back the house on the conditions that we got it....I even spent 4 hours of my life cleaning the place myself and my husband filled the holes from a few things that we put on the walls (like mirrors!!) *they said the house wasn't clean, and there were holes in every walls so they quote all fixings and cleaning for 800 au...!! We asked we could do a extra clean and check out those holes, so they gave us the keys, we went to house.....those keys weren't the correct ones (I still believe they gave us the wrong ones on proposed). We said to then the issue with the keys, and they said "bad luck" we discount everything from the bond because the "landlord " wants to show the house next day for inspection!! Who does that? Why the landlord have a say, and why you gave us the wrong key ?? Very professional that?? They said this "landlord " have a lot of properties with them....and for that reason you have to please them? I feel very vulnerable because I have done everything as a good renters will do in order to give a house back and get our bond...I cleaned the house, steamcleaning carpets, filled holes, fix the garden.....but this was really dishonest. 800 au is a lot of money!! I am very upset about. Got luck if you want to rent with them! And if you want to sell a property with them, I wouldn't trust anything that they say!!

David is the worst agent to deal with. 1) one vendor sold a home to her neighbour one day after signing the contract with David, David demanded and charged her full commission even though he didn't do any work. 2) we recently inspected a home in avondale heights and told David that we are very interested in the property. While waiting for the auction day, the property got listed as under offer. We contact David and he said that the property has been sold. Well I'll recommend avoiding them as much as possible. I rented property through them and faced lots of issues: 1) Agent response is very slow and incase you need any fixing at property they do not understand the urgency. It took me around two months of continuous follow-up to get the main door(which was not closing in winters) and hot water fixed. They don't even respond to emails and phone on time. 2) They took almost 3 months to return bond money. When I followed up with RTBA then only came to know that the claim form, from agent never reached them.
