"I have chronic asthma in an out of intensive care and have been in 6 comas I ordered a prescription which apparently when I got there the Dr had not ordered through it was going to take 30 to 40 mins I actually needed my inhLer an asked if I could use it in the meantime i was with my 8 year old who was watching me struggle he came over and said np I said why he said pharmacies discretion buy 1 if you want 1, I don't pay for my prescriptions so it was almost like he was unhappy about this and it was an punishment almost and public embarrasment when i had to say you know i dont have the money and already explained I didn't have my card with me as I was simply just picking up inhalers I had previously ordered he said no he then wouldnt answer me when I asked why and for his details the whole shop jus put there head down in ignorance, I was stood at the counter jugetting completely blanked, my daughter got upset thinking they were going to leave me needing my inhaler, there was a witness whos face was appauled at them ignoring me,it was so embarrasing and scary nobody has ever tested my asthma in that way he actually didn't care oan was happy to make me worse"

An the way the whole staff looked at me and ignored me I will never step foot back in there again they were rude judgemental ignorant disrespectful he made me worry and panic and its all because they Don't like that I have complained about there staff before so in effect it was a punishment and he was going to allow me to trigger what is life threatening asthma while just ignoring me They shouldn't be allowed to get away with it that little manager man has a god complex an seems to be power tripping in his managerial pharmacy position he's very socially awkward and has certainly not been trained in customer service at all.
Always loved this place.. it was more than a pharmacy as the place has such a good vibe, good staff, good energy that you wanted to go in just to say hi as it could literally make you feel better just being in the presence of their beautiful diverse staffing.. first time ever my partner is declined the meds he cannot manage without because EVERYONE, clearly not everyone signed a form to say meds are only available before 1900, he wasn't aware of this but fortunately after being made to feel totally undermined and worried he may not be ok tonight for no fault of his own as this is the first time this has ever been in the whole time we have been there, which is 5 years or more, the rules chahre and the place feels not like a place of care or support, but disconnected professional yes but no rapour and it's so so sad that this place has come to be this as it had something special and so many people and places are experiencing this decline in care and compassion and just connection, understanding and something I haven't a word for but it was so nice. I will actually mourn this loss .. they have him the meds in the end but it tainted the feeling of the place and it was so disappointing that I wrote this x
Do not use this pharmacy. I rang a week ago to get a repeat perscription and asked for the same brand and make as I usually have to be told you will get what we have in stock. I told her I got side effects with the different types she said I could pick up my perscription and take it to another chemist which was fine. 1 week later I received a card through my letterbox saying they tried delivering my tablets but wasnt in so they took them back. Found out they had delivered them to my parents. They were the wrong ones surprise surprise. I rang the pharmacy to asked what had happened and that I was meant to be picking up the perscription, the young man who answered hadnt a clue so I heard someone in the background say 'put her on hold' a lady then came on very abrupt I explained what had happened again and she shouted back down the phone I have told you 10 times we havent got them. I asked why they hadnt rang me first she said we rang you but you didn't answer, I told her I was at work and her reply was well what we meant to do then. While she was still arguing with me and shouting I put the phone down. I will not be spoken to like that by anyone. I have now moved to another chemist.
I am sorry but Morley Pharmacy are absolutely horrendous. Really. The store looks like a junk tip. How they can be organised in that kind of organisational chaos is beyond me. Worst every renewal of my medication they get it wrong. They keep telling me they won’t do repeats (apparently don’t offer it any more). I have no issue with this - I’m happy to call the GP. Except when I do the pharmacy have ordered it. But haven’t bothered telling me or explaining why when they (apparently) don’t do it. So I leave it for them and then next time they haven’t ordered it (even though they did last month). Really poor. Worst the staff are rude. The lady (just tonight to my wife) was arrogant and rude when she asked them to explain (which is not unreasonable). Worst. When we get home they e got the prescription wrong. Awful and how they stay in business is beyond me. I would be impressed if the manager had the nous to call me (from seeing this) and take the time to understand my concerns. But I know they won’t as they are not interested in customer care at all unfortunately. Very poor. Go to an alternative
Recently moved to this pharmacy as Lloyds pharmacy was closed. Had to deal with absolutely rude staff member today who couldn't take basic details properly. Have chased this pharmacy for repeated prescription and was advised that they haven't received yet from Fountain medical centre. I called Fountain surgery and was advised that the prescription has already been send and pharmacy need to refresh their systems. So I called the following day and the lady who picked the call said they still haven't received the prescription, I passed on the advice from Fountain medical centre that probably she needs to refresh the systems. For which the staff member replied rudely that she is aware of her job and need not be reminding her what to do ,that's what they do and went on . After another search she finally found the prescription. This behaviour is not customer centric and my interactions with this pharmacy is really stressful .Going to quit this appalling pharmacy . It's run by unprofessional and rude staff who don't know what they are doing. This centre deserves zero stars.
I have recently moved to Morley. I am a type 1 diabetic and have been for over 10 years. All of my medications have been on repeat prescription all this time and were transferred over from my previous doctors in Doncaster. This pharmacy despite having a full list of my repeat prescriptions still manage to get my medications wrong and / or tell me I can not order any more despite the fact I try and keep ahead and up to date with stock. I ran out of one item completely at one time and they would not even give me an emergency supply and told me I would have to call my doctors the following morning to request a prescription. The gentleman with glasses and floppy black hair is extremely rude, obnoxious and unsympathetic. I only continue with this pharmacy due to convenience for where I live and the fact they are open until 11pm. Otherwise avoid at all costs.
Absolutely appalling service. Over prescribed daily life saving medication for 6 months. Alerted staff who took no action. Made several complaints and never had a response. Spoke to the owner of the pharamcy who was rude, bossy and lacked basic listening skills. Her only agenda was to attempt to prove that she was in charge. Despite trying to resolve the situation for 13 months, I was met with nothing but excuses and apologies only when I demanded them. Always claimed to either have “nothing on the system" or as I was told on several ocxassions it was not their error and " my doctor is incompetent". After speaking with my GP i can assure anyone that this was not the case. Beyond incompetent, disorganised and completely complacent. Could have killed me. I have now switched to a different pharmacy. I would highly recommend avoiding
Having recently had a worrying diagnosis, medication was hard to source. Matthew went over and above to fulfil my prescription even calling other pharmacies to round up the rest of my medication. He kept me informed all the time, was polite and professional and put my mind at rest. I have another prescription outstanding with another pharmacy (same medication) who have just said basically there is nothing they can do and won’t offer a refund for partial fulfilment of my prescription. Wished I had taken my original one to Morley first, as it’s still outstanding with the other! No resolution offered except “make a complaint on the website”. Thank you for your help Matthew!
This place .. where to begin. I actually feel like they are family almost ha or at the very least good friends. Every time I go in they are so welcoming and familiar. I feel genuinely so much better from just being in the presence of this team of lovelies. A huge part of my healing has to do with feeling good and honestly truly they are the most beautiful beings I have had the pleasure of connecting with in my life.. they are something special. I had no more words to say to do them further justice. If you are feeling blue / off grey lol .. Morley pharmacy are the best team of people I have ever known. I know it's a Pharmacy but they make it so much more
Absolutely appalling service. I spoke to a woman called Holly before the weekend who confirmed that my prescription will be collected and delivered on the Monday following the weekend. She was bossy didn’t listen properly because she was so busy trying to prove that she was in charge. I called on Monday, because I hadn’t had a telephone call to confirm a delivery that day as promised and spoke to Holly again, who didn’t remember me and claimed that they had “nothing on the system about a collection and delivery”. Beyond incompetent, disorganised and completely complacent. I immediately switched to a different pharmacy.
I ordered my medication on the NHS app like I usually do, but I needed it quite quickly as I work away. I called the pharmacy and they said they had received the order and would be ready Saturday at 12pm. I put the order in Thursday and I phoned them Friday to check. They told me it would be ready. I turned up today and they told me one of my prescriptions they didn’t have in stock, and because one of my prescriptions wasn’t in stock that they couldn’t give me my other 3 medications. Luckily I got everything I needed at Asda pharmacy. Very poor service as I need these tablets on a daily basis.
I've just had the most amazing service from the Chemist and staff at this Pharmacy, The Pharmacy at Ls11 have had my prescription for 12 days ,(yes 12 days) and still were not able to get my medication and ended up returning my prescription to me, I immediately called in to Morley Pharmacy and spoke to Chemist, who immediately made a few phone calls to his suppliers which in turn solved my problem within ten minutes, something which my previous Chemist was unable to do even after twelve days Morley Pharmacy do seem to go the extra mile for their customers
I always loved getting medication from the pharmacy and done this for the past 8 years but today there was a young lady who refused to give me her name over the phone was rude to me saying the delivery service is for elderly patients and why can’t I get a can and come to the pharmacy to collect my sons repeat prescription. The easy she spoke to me was utterly ridiculous and I’m thinking not to get any medicine from them ever again.
Absolutely awful customer service from all staff working in the pharmacy, waited 30 mins for them to sort medication, to then have to go home and wait for a delivery, after waiting 6 hours I went back to the pharmacy to collect, got home and realised the safety cap was broken, rang the pharmacy to query it to then be told ‘I’m 18 and a new member of staff I don’t know what you want me to say’ shocking service from all staff
I went in to this pharmacy today for the first time and what a great greeting i had by the two jolly ladies that were working.... I didnt get there names but one had dark hair in top bun and the other glasses. Very nice and professional but what a great experience never felt so happy coming from a pharmacy... Its hard times but these ladies made my day y thank you
I have been using this pharmacy for years and have always found the staff very friendly and totally professional. I think the reviewers who give a bad review would review every service they use poorly. As a highly regulated industry they can only work within goverment guidelines and cannot perform miracles.

Really helpful. Only a small place and to the untrained looks very jumbled but the staff always helpful, work efficiently, no queues, and usually always have meds in stock(opposite to my local chemist!) the staff work so well as a team. Thank you for all your help would highly recommend
Fantastic service. Our previous pharmacy in Morley said eye drops my wife needed were out of production. Morley Pharmacy rang round and found a supplier in a couple of hours. That was over 2 months ago. No problem since. Pleasant friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.
This pharmacy used to be brilliant so I'm not sure what's gone wrong. They massively let me down with their repeat prescription service, and the two staff members I had contact with were very dismissive and unhelpful. I have now moved to a more reliable "big name".
Amazing service given by Shelley, very knowledgable and provides great patient care. During the COVID time the pharmacy have ensured the safety of staff and patients. They are always busy but always able to provide medication at very short notice.

Excellent service today. They are clearly a very busy team but after noticing the antibiotic dosage for my son was incorrect they still took the time to go next door and speak to the doctor directly and get a corrected prescription.
Tablets payed for but no dosage on the box or in the box , no recipe given , chance of return 0% . Had to google the dosage hoping its correct . . Lower taxes , scrap the over worked nhs lets go private...
Called ahead to check they stock my prescription.. they didn't have it but said they would order in for me...very helpful! I'm yet to collect in a day or so.. hope my trip will be successful
Staff need help with how to communicate with people and not answer them like there something thay have stud on all the family has moved. Down the road now would not go in there again
This pharmacy is so badly disorganised I have to write this review to alert others to this. Never in all of my years have I ever had such terrible service and constant issues.
The service here is very slow because there is so many people waiting the guy came outside asking for patients details have they not heard of GDPR of privacy ???
