Recently paid R350 to have my car washed here. I was less than impressed with the standard of service given especially for the cost. I went home with all 4 mags still dirty. No tyres were polished. The vacuuming was also not of an acceptable standard with dirt left on the inside edging. I went home after paying 350 to start washing the parts of my car that were not touched: inside foor frame, boot inner frame, side doors inner and mags. Should've spent the money buying takeout and snacks in retrospect... TO EAT WHILE WASHING MY CAR after a very pricey 'carwash'. Not sure if this is becoming a norm, but I've noticed women get shabby work done to their cars at all car washes.. the only way I've noticed.. if you'd like a quality car wash is if you stand and monitor for the entire duration. In conclusion, I'd find an alternate car wash.

Went there on Sunday morning 20 February to get my car cleaned and polished. Paid R350 for the executive wash but was so disappointed. Just because I don't drive a Jag or Porsche, I still pay the same money and deserve my car to be cleaned the same way. The polish was done ok but I had to wipe off polish all over the body of the car that was just left there. The black trimming on the car was treated but not applied well and patches were left without any product on it. The inside of the car was also done but not worth paying R350 for. Very disappointed and will never go back again.

Absolutely amazing service - Every time I pop in for a quick wash there is a Friendly face to greet you and they get the job done Swiftly. I can highly recommend this business to anyone - I have never left their premises feeling done in or unhappy. Would like to specially thank Elvis that did such a brilliant job this morning before work. Went out his way to make sure every inch was covered and done to perfection - I hope management looks after this staff member he will take them far in teh future....With service like this it will always make you feel like going back. Thanks Guys

I specifically took these pictures because I wanted to send them as an attachment to the owner with a word of compliments to one of their employees, Portia who really takes care when she does my car: dry, vaccuum, polish, inside, outside aswell as buffing. She really does a good job and she cares. The way she works just shows how she cares. I really recommend Portia however Rezak is another employee to mention who does a good job but Portia even cleans the badges on rear and front grille of the car.

Love their work and friendly service! OK... I just edited my review... they lost 2 stars! They used to offer you a free Coffee upstairs while waiting, but now stopped doing that!!!??? How sad Just lost another star... despite their expensive prices, you always have to show the cleaners where they missed spots. They quickly wait for their tip (which out of principle I don’t give) but the quality of their work is absolutely shocking

If you need a quick exterior wash, then you can perhaps consider. Otherwise, rather give it a miss. Interior cleaning is sloppy- cupholders not cleaned,dust and residue left behind from using dirty / dusty cleaning clothes, dirty fingerprints left on interior door handles, and they have twice now not polished or applied dash care when I paid for polish, dash care etc Seems like they want to finish quickly, rather than do a thorough job.

Took my car today paid R95 dashboard wasn't wiped, there was dust on the AC vents, my cupholder had the same stain I came with, sadly I gave a tip of R20 and intentionally dropped a R10 note hoping that the guys next to me would tell me that I accidentally dropped a note but they couldn't wait for me to leave so that they could pick it up... I guess my Kia Rio was too big for the guys

Friendly service, tidy premises and in a safe neighborhood. Took my car for a valet. The car was clean but it didn't smell of roses. Process took longer then expected but atleast they had communicated this in advance. They however did not bother to call when the vehicle was ready, but they did compensate for this by delivering within a 1km radius.

It is now 14h51. Left my car here at 10h00 and was told it would take 4hrs. They took my mobile number. Nobody contacted me. So, on arrival an HOUR after it should have been ready, I am told unapologetically that it will be another 20 minutes. Really? ... they could at least have given me a call if their timeline was inaccurate. Not happy.

Service not always good! You pay for a full wash then the attendants rush! Marks always left on Windows and car not dried properly! I am a loyal customer wash daily sometimes but the service from Owner very bad and he thinks he is better! Doesn't accept criticism or any complaint! He believes he always right!

They are fairly priced, fast and clean well, overall a good place to get your car washed. They also do exotic cars from what I saw. Roughly 25 to 30 minutes total time spent there when you go. I pay 90 bucks wash, but if you want to polish your dash it's R95 but my car is still new and i don't need that

Horrible job didn’t wipe down interior at all windows untouched , didn’t even bother removing carpets and vacuuming R350 for an executive and car not even polished properly either.service just gotten progressively worse !

The guys who did my car did a stellar job and went the extra mile to help me out with some marks on my wrap. Just far out from where I stay, otherwise I'd go there more often

My go-to for a good wash. One of the most competent services in the area. The guys take their time and will always do that little bit extra to ensure you walk away happy.

Great car wash. The staff is professional and pays attention to detail. They also provide a variety of car detailing and dent removal services. I recommend this place.

Its a very good and efficient car wash, but when you bring a mini truck or can, they dont do a thorough job. I guess they only excel on smaller luxurius vehicles.

Great service, quick and efficient. They could maintain the quality of service since opening, which is a great factor for a small business.

Whether the queue is very busy or not the service is always fantastic. My car always shines when I leave here and it never takes too long.

A little expensive but convenient and fast. Not always the best wash. Ask for a loyalty card and free coffee voucher for Europa upstairs.

There were dry water marks and my windows had not been wiped properly. The boot had not been vacuumed properly. It is not worth it.

Wash rags/sponges scratched my new paint, first wash after a respray. Only noticed once I parked in the sun light
