I wanna say thank you to my lawyer Mr.Patrick Gibbons and his secretary Ms.Elizabeth. I live in Baton Rouge and my lawyer and his secretary are in New Orleans. We were still able to communicate well and make things happen even if we were 2 citys apart.They were there for me in very tough times. I didnt have to pay anything at all to have someone see my case.I only had to pay a certain percentage to the lawfirm after the case was settled and won. It was rough and tough getting in a wreck after already dealing with back problems and ptsd before the wreck.I was a passenger in the vehicle and got injurered. The wreck had other consequences as well that changed my life in a bad way. For many years since I was a kid I would see Morris Bart ads on tv and on billboards outside. I decided to make one call thats all and im very very satisfied with the outcome. If it wasnt for that one call thats all and my lawyer and his secretary I dont know where my life would be. My lawyer was horrible. I was sent to a chriopactor that burned my back with the electrical wires tape not sure the correct term of it. I had surgery and only received 4800.00 dol settlement after progressive insurance was harrassing me even seen the same progressive agents that was following me and harrassung me at the chiropractor office my lawyer sent me to. She never wanted to fight for me from the beginning. I basically feel robbed out of the correct amount I was suppose to receive. I had a slip and fall accident broke my right shoulder bone in three places and my finger on my left hand UAB had me wearing a sling on my right arm and a cast on my right arm I called Morris Bart and they said we will absolutely take your case I went in singed the paper work and a few weeks later got a letter from one of there attorneys said my file had been transferred to him anf he would be handling my case I called several times and never got though to speak with him and he never once returned my calls I get a letter saying they will no longer be able to handle my case. They are very unprofessional and uncaring I called another firm I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you have a accident God forbid called another law firm if you want to win. Morris Bart law firm is a joke.

I can truly say that all that talk Morris Bart says about getting you thousands of dollars is not true. My injury required surgery and I would be dealing with the pain and/or suffering for the rest of my life. My attorney made me feel like he was working with the other side instead of me.
