The staff behind the main desk are polite, friendly, and helpful. There are wonderful activites and events to take advantage of. Yes, when the kids get out of school, it is loud and most are disrespectful to everyone. It is disheartening that their parents either don't know, care, or believe their children behave in this manner. Do they behave this way in school and at home too? So the best times to go are before they get out of school or when they have late nights around and after dinner. Libraries are still a valuable resource and it is wonderful to reserve a book and be able to pick it up there. Learning, reading, and being able to interact with one another is priceless.

I really like this library . It is very neat and quiet. There's a separate area for teens and adults and if you go before school let's out you most likely don't have to wait to get access to a computer. The staff are very nice and helpful . I even got a free covid test the other day …

The Morris Park Library is the best library I have visited in the Bronx. It has many programs that are fun and interesting. There are some staff that are very welcoming and helpful. However, there are a couple of individuals that could use some training in human interaction skills.

Beautiful new room for toddlers. Excellent staff. Clean environment. I go for toddler reading time on Wednesdays and Thursdays. They also do arts and crafts. At the beginning of the month they post a calendar with the activities and age range. Highly recommend you pick one up.

On the smaller side, haven't ventured to the basement but you can find the stairs just beyond the checkout desk on the left...there will be 3 doors down a short hallway. Low ventilation due to only a single pair of tiny windows to vent the front.

I love this library. It is basically the only thing New York City government gets right. I don't think people appreciate that one can order literally any book ever written and have it delivered to your local branch.

i mean like this place is ok. when i ask for help from the librarians at the desk near the seats they look uninterested in what i say. they eventually do help but the attitude is real.

Staff is great. I was recently here for a test. A group of kids were being load and disrespectful. The kids were not complying with the library rules they were asked to leave.

This Location is loud. Staff and Adults talk in a normal voice across the room. Whispering does not exist here. They don't set an example to the kids and respect the library.

Favorite library! The only thing I would recommend it going before school is over due to rude kids who do not know how to treat people. The workers are nice and helpful!

some times I can not believe. I go to this library to study but you only hear a lot of noise. every one are talking. kids come just to play. the workers do nothing.

Everyone is so polite, nice reading spots, kids enjoy reading activities, and you can also see a couple of funny funky people!

They let you order books from any library in the city! And interlibrary loan etc so that you can pick them up right here.

The best NYPL branch in the entire Bronx NY! Go before the students come out of school. I go before 12pm.

The place is very well organized and clean and all the personnel are courteous and very helpful.

Has lots of books, manga, and computers accessible by anyone who has a library card.

Watch out for when the kids get out of school other then that it my favorite branch.
