I have nothing but praise for Morrish and Co Solicitors. They're professional, respectful and will support their clients with issues both big and small. I have used Morrish and Co for various matters and am confident in their knowledge and services provided, and would most definitely recommend them to friends and family. They're also recommended by the Transport Salaried Staffs' Association Trade Union and have delivered excellent customer service and support for me and undoubtedly their other clients too. One thing to improve on would be contact details, as I found postal communication is often accepted and responded to but I have difficulties in contacting staff through the telephone Helpdesk. This usually goes to the reception desk but sometimes the staff have been unable to direct me/find right details of who I want to speak to. On the contrary, this doesn't lead me away from leading a 5* review and I'd like to thank you for your great service.

I will never use morrish again! Regardless of the outcome which was me cancelling my claim with a fee of £700 for 2 letters being sent. I could not contact my solicitor at all on numerous attempts. Every time I tried to contact "James London" he was unreachable so I made them aware I didn't want to pursue the claim. Eventually after approximately 60-100 calls, over a period of about a month, I got a answer off the ghost. Upon which I got a lot of abuse swearing and an attitude which was extremely unprofessional. I highly recommend to stay away from this company if Mr James London is anything to go by.
