"Good service, friendly staff and nicely cooked food"
"I would of been quicker buying the stuff in there store and taking it home and cooked it myself as I waited for fifteen minutes for my order to be taken and another forty minutes for it to be delivered to my table"
"Staff need retraining in regards to customer service, I ordered an all day Vegetarian brunch, it came out with pork sausage and bacon"
"Had a very good cooked breakfast here"
"While the food is of a decent enough standard given that it's a supermarket café the real letdown is the staff who are often absent or rude"
Good service, friendly staff and nicely cooked food. However, this is the second store I've visited this week that was out of mushy peas and gave me garden peas instead. Other stores have asked what I'd like instead but not here. I intensely dislike normal peas. More
I would of been quicker buying the stuff in there store and taking it home and cooked it myself as I waited for fifteen minutes for my order to be taken and another forty minutes for it to be delivered to my table. I was not impressed at all
Staff need retraining in regards to customer service, I ordered an all day Vegetarian brunch, it came out with pork sausage and bacon. I sent it back 1 minute later the same plate same out with the bacon taken away, i could smell and taste
Had a very good cooked breakfast here. The lone member of staff, taking orders, cooking and serving - so basically doing everything - was excellent and deserves 5 stars. Thank you for your hospitality and your good cooking.
While the food is of a decent enough standard given that it's a supermarket café the real letdown is the staff who are often absent or rude. Service is sometimes slow and when mentioned this is tutted at or argued about.
Excellent professional and friendly service from the wonderful. Yvonne who made our first visit so welcoming. A good selection of food at reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend and will return More
Thought we’d grab breakfast after our shop today, couldn’t eat because they didn’t have any plates! . Asked how long it would be and was told rather grumpily “I don’t know”. what a joke! …
What’s the point in having a cafe, inside a supermarket, when your not allowed to bring your shopping trolley in? The staff member who brought this to our attention could do with some people
Lovely staff.. only not many.. they work so hard.. more staff needed to be honest. Super market food. Good prices.. sometimes good can be over microwaved.. lasagna was Unfortunately!!
Always fine. The staff are amazing ladies who work very hard as the cafe is clearly very short of staff. They remain polite helpful and caring...a great quality in todays society
Waited 40 minutes for 2 fish and chips. Also they didn’t have chicken or beef burger available at noon.
Menu good. Food cooked fresh. Staff very helpful.
There’s no Cafe anymore !!!
