Staff can be so rude, especially with the new gates at the checkout. Was paying with my partner and as he was packing the shopping i tried to leave to go to the cash point, only to find i couldn't get out and was almost made to climb the bars around the checkout to get out. The thing is they have tabs which can open the gates but seems to be some kind of power trip not pressing it?? The woman on the self service decided to just watch me and not do anything, i had to follow someone else out as they left, I go to the cash point and the security guard is stood over my shoulder, i was so uncomfortable, and as I'm walking back past the checkout to leave, the woman at the checkout stares me down like I've being stealing (literally followed us, staring). Never been so embarrassed!!

The Store is great,as are all the Morrisons I visit through the working week...but the toilets let it down.. Floor always wet and muddy,the toilets themselves are rarely clean..but the main issue is ...NEVER ANY TOILET ROLL! I now take a kitchen roll from the cleaning cupboard next to the toilets before going in...again today no toilet roll ..I'll return the roll after ..oh and one of the doors of the toilets makes a loud smashing noise when closed! Lets just say it's a good job I'm sat on the loo when it slams shut....needs a rubber stopper.

The store has definitely gone downhill the last few years. The now blocked off entry near the phone shop is frustrating. Gaurds will pick and chose who the let through. Also the security guards might as well be replaced by garden gnomes and they would be more productive. If they aren't constantly chatting away to whoever while people wheel trollies out the door to dump on the field later they are stood around while thieves casually set the alarm off.

Filthy, stinks, not clean at all. Awful facilities. Whole store needs mopping properly.. How this place is selling fresh food and getting away with it is beyond me. Toilets not fit for use. Damaged, vandalised. Yellow sponges on the floor collecting urine, reeks. Toilets do not get that bad in one hour, they're not being looked after at all. God knows how bad the kitchen is if the rest of the store is this bad..

Clean, tidy and pleasant store, well stocked and with sufficient staff. Great selection of fresh produce, and the bakery was very well stocked in particular. The dairy and meat counters always seem to have a good selection as well. Checkout staff pleasant and helpful, and all the self Checkout kiosks seem to be working OK. The on site cafe also had a good selection of food and drink available.

Terrible experience with their Amazon return service. I visited two times to return an item: Once the automated machine was full, then the next day the printer was not working. Ultimately Morrisions customer service got my item but they lost it! Now, I neither have the item nor received the refund. An official complaint is ongoing. Never use Amazon return service in Morrisons Hunslet.

Went to morrisons at hunslet because they have a florist there that will do a boutiques asked for one that was made up if she could change a couple of flowers no definitely not very disappointed not helpful at all what is the point of saying you can choose or that they will do what you want when you have a member of staff who wont not helpful at all rather rude wont go again

Security Guard followed me around the whole store just because I picked up a bag for life before my shop instead of after, I understand you would usually get one after the shop but aren't all the products we put in our baskets unpaid for before we get to the till? Following me around the entire store for the sake of a carrier bag is ridiculous.

Would be a 4 out of 5 stars if they didn't have a rat infestation in the carpark that they refuse to do anything about. And for the fact that they leave boxes and boxes of frozen food out to thaw before putting it away, doesn't that pose a health & safety risk to consumers???

Ordered a breakfast which came out pretty quick I thought impressionable then I realised why, I was totally cold % waste of money. The warmest thing I got was the latte out of the machine. I liked coming for a breakfast but I won't again Avoid the breakfast at all costs

Largest supermarket in the area. Has a café, serves breakfast and lunch, nice to take a break from shopping. Has everything you need for your weekly shopping, well organised aisles. Good little frozen halal section. There's also Amazon locker for your Amazon collections.

Only bobbed in for some onions as was passing, had I driven five minutes up the road the onions would have cost half the price, and bought some lemon mousse priced on the fridge at 99p but once scanned had jumped up to £1.25 go figure, now that's super fast inflation.

REPOST: (I posted this in November 2022 but reposting it again to get it back to the top.) The female security guard or policewoman was very rude and idiotic, standing in the way outside the self-checkout as though I was some kind of criminal. What a silly whatsit!

Well maintained and stocked Morrisons. Car park can be tricky to navigate for the less experienced and general location isn't ideal for kids running riot around the area. Security do try their best to control the situation but their powers are limited.

Like to come here for the fresh meat, I can get smaller joints and packs which is great for us, love the deli and the bhaji and pakoras are nice. I noticed that the wine offer is now 2 for £11 but best of all I meet my friends in the cafe …

It never ceases to amaze me how a supermarket this large can have such a poor range. I genuinely don't know how they do it. I go here every now and again since it's close, and it always, always disappoints.

Poor food safety...Freezers full of food plenty times turn off or freezers put on defrost. How to be safe if your food was frozen and defrosted couple of times.living local and carche them couple of times.

Ordered food at 11.48 had to ask for our meal at 12.20 it was,nt even up on the board.presumed it must have gone to somebody else. Got It quite quickly after that but had to produce the receipts

Excellent, everything you need is there. After visiting B&M in hunslet where the staff were so unhelpful, it was lovely to be served by a cashier that was chatty and had a smile on her face

Poor experience. Store is a mess and I was stood for 15 minutes at the self check out, waiting for approval on some paracetamol with no staff in sight. Not a well run operation.

Big bad Mozzers store, selling everything you could possibly want or need. Actual checkouts for us fogeys and lots of parking. Decent bakery & homeware sections. Not too bad!

Visited restaurant for afternoon lunch. Had to chase order and then it was cold,complained but no one took any notice, very disappointed. Church street hunslet .

This my local morrisons, really good bargaining, special after 5pm, mean short dated stuff, this is te only store, I buy fresh fish always

It's location is very good for me, love the bakery and beads, also the fresh cream cake priced at £5 is amazing delicious and fresh

Not one of the better store,trolley in the arcade but access from the other end of store ,needs better organisation

Lovely 4 for 3 beers offers. All way's morrisons on visiting Leeds to take some Yorkshire beers back darn south!

Good supermarket with plenty of choices and enough parking. There is a Petrol station as well.

The cafe was great the tall lady with short black hair was excellent I wish I got her name
