I'm an anxious patient who hates going to the dentist, especially when I'm new to an area and don't have a personal recommendation. If you're in the same boat...look no further! Make Dr Andrei your new dentist! When I moved to NSW last year, knowing I needed to find a dentist to complete a root canal and a crown (neither of which I'd experienced, and both of which I was dreading) I was lucky enough to receive a recommendation from someone in the area to try Mosman Dentistry. I'm so pleased I did. Dr Andrei is lovely, very kind and patient and extremely understanding of those who get a bit nervous like I do. I've had 2 fillings, a root canal, a crown, a new fixed retainer and general check ups and cleans over the past 12 months and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I can genuinely say none of the procedures were remotely painful or uncomfortable. He also takes the time to talk you through x-rays and his recommendations so you trust that he's only completing work that's medically necessary. I've recommended my family and friends to visit him, and if you're an anxious patient like me you'll be fine with him and his lovely team. As well as the fact he's a great dentist (and will have you laughing through your appointment) the practice is open 24 hours. It's one of the only 24 hour dentists in the city and I find it very reassuring to know if I ever have an emergency that I don't have to go to a stranger in the middle of the night as its the same team looking after me for my 6 monthly check up. All of these 5 stars don't lie, he's a top bloke who does great work and will take care of you.

I’ve been seeing Dr Andrei for almost a year, and he had changed my life. I’ve been through every situation you can possibly imagine, having had horrible bridge work done from overseas for three teeth right at the front of my mouth! Dr Andrei is always prioritising my health, reviewing my case regularly and having my best interests at heart. Dr Andrei referred me to other Sydney specialists for second opinions to further strengthen my decision regarding alternative options before deciding on my final plan. Outstanding service - really professional and personable - I highly recommend! Excellent for fellow healthcare professionals! So this is the first time that I've used a dentist outside of the UK - so I read the reviews online and saw that Mosman dentistry and Dr Andrei are highly recommended – and I’m so happy that I went with the reviews! Dr Andrei is an excellent dentist who provides an outstanding service – he’s really friendly and chats openly and honestly about your options, what you’ll likely need and what you likely won’t need. As a doctor myself it’s good to know that he works closely with doctors at the nearby hospitals and advises them on the dentistry side of things, and he also teaches and lectures often. He’s a really great dentist to go to for fellow healthcare professionals. I’ve had a few things done with him, not just dental work but also mouth guard fitting for rugby – each time he’s done an amazing job! Hopefully I won’t ever need any emergency dental work done (!), but it’s nice knowing that if I do I’ll have a great place to go to! A patient-centric and highly skilled dentist, who prioritizes making himself available to his patients. I woke up at 4am in the worst pain of my life from a tooth infection, and was desperate to find help so far outside business hours. Andrei answered the phone immediately despite the time, and not only gave me a professional opinion and booked me in for an appointment within hours, but also spoke with compassion and reassured me whilst I was in tears sobbing on the phone. I ended up needing several appointments and all 4 wisdom teeth out. Andrei managed the entire process seamlessly, and regularly made himself available for me to contact with questions or concerns at odd hours and weekends, and even whilst away lecturing at conferences. I since then continue to see him for any dental work or checkups, and receive well-deserved humorous chidings for my dental care faux-pas'. Andrei always delivers highly competent care, professionalism and patience, and exudes a good natured person who clearly enjoys and values his business. Highly recommend, especially if going to the dentist is something you usually avoid - which I now no longer do since having Andrei as my dentist.

After getting into a nasty bike accident late in the evening, 3 of my front teeth needed emergency care. I called several “24 hour” dentist after a quick google search. It so happens, the only dentist that was actually opened at the ungodly hour of 2 in the morning was Dr Andrei. My teeth couldn’t be saved but I was provided with a range of options, clearly explained by Dr Andrei. Dr Andrei assured me that whichever option I chose, he was confident that in time, I will look like my old self with my big smile again. I decided that implants was the way to go. In between the accident and the surgery, Dr Andrei had dentures constructed that fit snugly and looked pleasing enough that they were not noticeable. He had great attention to detail and always made sure I was pleased with what they looked like. Despite living a fair bit away from Mosman Dentistry, I am so glad I am under Dr Andrei’s care. It is definitely worth the travel. Friendly, informative, extremely capable and someone who is passionate about what they do. What more can you ask for? I knew from the very first meeting that I am in good hands.

My tooth starting aching right after Christmas and I booked to see a different dentist, however they did not treat my pain and I went home that day with the same pain. We then called the Mosman Dentistry, the receptionist answered straight away and was very helpful as she put us straight onto Dr Andrei, who booked me in right away. When we arrived he explained everything to me so that I could understand what was happening and what needed to be done. Which, was refreshing as I have had dentist in the past not throughly explain what was going on or make the effort to help me understand, so Dr Andrei was really good at making me feel super comfortable and at ease. I went home that day with no pain and my infection went down. I also went back to him to remove my wisdom teeth because I felt really comfortable with Dr Andrei and confident that he would do a great job in looking after me and removing my wisdom teeth, which he did.. I found Dr Andrei after Googling “Emergency Dentist” in the early hours of the morning when I was in excruciating pain with my wisdom tooth. To my surprise (and relief!) he answered the phone at 5am in the morning, was very kind and compassionate to my situation and had me booked in to his surgery by 9.30am that morning. When I arrived at the surgery, Andrei and his team treated me with extreme professionalism and care during my assessment. I had to have an emergency wisdom tooth removal which he was able to complete straight away (after rescheduling a very understanding patient) and he explained everything step by step to ensure I was comfortable and that the procedure was as pleasant as it could be. Since then I have seen Andrei for several follow ups and additional work and I can honestly say I enjoy going to the dentist. Andrei goes out of his way to make you feel at ease and is professional, polite, empathetic, helpful and very highly skilled… and even had me laughing through my most recent filling. Best dentist I have ever been to and I would highly recommend.

My 16 year old son was treated by Dr Andre last Sunday after sustaining serious trauma to three of his front teeth after fainting in the shower. He was taken to hospital on Saturday night and not long after we arrived I called Mosman Denistry to see if we could be seen later in the evening. Andre booked him in for a midnight emergency surgery. I later spoke with Andre after the hospital would not release my son, so we kept in contact and he kept open a space for Sunday afternoon. On Sunday we were given leave from the hospital and Andre was able to stabilse the three teeth. He was very informative, professional and caring during the whole traumatic experience. Photos were taken at every step and details x-rays and scans. He was straight up about what needed to be done and the fact that some teeth may not be able to be saved. Campbell especially felt very comforted by Andre's profssional and super caring manner. I would not hesitiate in recommending Andre for any emergency teeth issues or even as your general dentist. I’ve been Dr. Andrei’s patient since 2017 and I highly recommend this clinic. Dr. Andrei is kind, approachable and knowledgeable. He has always guided me through any of my dental problems with clear easy-to-understand explanations in order to reach the best possible solutions specific to my needs. I first came to Dr. Andrei with wisdom toothache and had all four of mine removed by him. The surgery was successful and I am very happy with the result. We soon discovered that one of my teeth has lost its root (through resorption) and needed to be removed. He explained to me the various orthodontic options to replace the missing tooth and we went with implant. It had been a year-long process but Dr. Andrei was always accommodating to my needs, provided regular check-ups/follow-ups and was always available for help/advice when I needed him. He is meticulous and a perfectionist in his craft. People often can’t tell that I have an implant and mistake my real tooth for the implant because the implant just looks perfectly shaped and coloured.

I was given a program of quarterly dental cleaning from Dr ANDRE. Filled by a totally new cleaning program to do at home. My last appointment my gums are now showing a complete turn around. I am just thrilled the support on going regular cleaning and amazing advice from such a caring dentist Dr Andre has made the future of my gums now in full repair. I have a full chart to regularly see the spots of extra attention which makes me see how all his attention to detail takes Mosman Dentistry to a whole new level of caring and incredible expertise. If I could leave more than five stars I would. Following an accident, I knocked out two of my front teeth. Late on a Sunday afternoon, I walked into the Mosman Dentistry without an appointment. Dr Andrei saw me immediately and was able to stabilise the situation and explain what damage had occurred and the appropriate course of action. At every stage I felt comfortable and reassured by Dr Andrei and the team at Mosman Dentistry. Over the course of a few months, Dr Andrei was able to save the teeth and remedy with a crown. What impressed me most what that Dr Andrei would consistently check on the progress of the healing and recovery of the teeth. Even if it meant seeing me for a few minutes each week (all at no cost) so he could monitor the situation and see if an alternate treatment plan was needed. I called Dr Andrei late Saturday and left a message with the staff to return my call as I had an accident with a heavy blow to the mouth. Within 5 to 10 minutes Dr Andrei returned the call and we discussed the matter and my front tooth which had been broken off near the gum line. Following a detailed discussion and self testing over the phone with my doctor present, he advised that the matter could wait til early next week to resolve and an immediate visit was not necessarily required. Dr Andrei gave his time, experience and concern for me without pressuring the need to attend the clinic, rather he analysed the matter and gave objective advice in my best interest. Good on you Dr Andrei for putting my interest first and your excellent integrity. Also, thanks so much for simply calling back and your experienced calm demeanour, which put my mind at ease. Andrei is super friendly and efficient. I’m fairly nervous when it comes to anything to do with the dentist. Unfortunately having been 3 years since my last visit, I had quite a bit of work done. Andre explained every single step as he was about to operate and made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed, no pain and no trauma at all! This is the first time I’ve been to a dentist where I have walked away positive. I had a second appointment a week later and wasn’t even fussed about it from my enjoyable experience a week prior with Andre. His assistant is also very friendly, professional and helpful. Andrei will take photos and document anything he does with your teeth, showing you exactly what the problem is, and how he solved it. Definitely will be using Andrei in future!

What can I say other than Dr Andrei is absolutely amazing. After having a horrible tooth ache for 4 days, and seeing another dentist (who did nothing to help and completely misdiagnosed), we desperately googled for 24/7 dentists in our area. At 10pm we made our way over to Mosman Dentisty after speaking with Dr Andrei and explaining my situation. From the minute we arrived he was so unbelievably helpful and genuinely cared about my painful toothache, even booking a follow up appointment for the next day, and answering my calls and questions when we arrived home after the procedure. I am blown away by his level of knowledge and education and cannot recommend him highly enough. We will never see another dentist other than Dr Andrei. Amazing work and cannot thank him enough. ❤️

Couldn't ask for more. Tooth broke on a Saturday night, after much desperate searching for an emergency dentist, a lot of which said they were open according to online searches, the only dentist actually open was Mosman Dentistry. Rang them by 9pm, explaining the situation, was told they had back-to-backs all night but would ring me back. And they did, by 10:15pm I was offered a slot the Sunday morning at 8:15am. A true 24/7 service .. WOW !. Dr Andrei was great. From analysis to sharing my options to my deciding best option for me was extraction to walking out of the place at 10am minus one tooth and a puffed up face .. but pain free. Follow-up visits were quick and informative. I couldn't recommend the place and Dr Andrei higher. All I can say is thanks.

Dr Andrei is the best dentist I have ever met. He has been taking care of my son's front tooth that was damaged by a knee to the mouth. He has been so supportive of not only his dental needs as well as understanding the extreme disappointment caused by not being able to play rugby while injured. The fact that you can see him after hours is so helpful with busy families. He is extremely generous with his time and understanding of how distressing it can be for parents when their child is injured. I have been telling everyone about how happy we are with his service, not to mention the great rapport he has with my son. We feel very grateful that we've found such a professional and personable medical professional in our community.

I was struggled find a dentist to see outside of my busy work hours untill I visited Dr Andrei and his team at Mosman Dentistry. I called up and the friendly staff were extremely accomodating in finding a time that would suit me that same week!!! I found Dr Andrei to be extremely knowledgeable and professional in his approach to treating me and really appreciated that he was willing to take the time to explain was happening with my teeth, and what the treatment involved. I have since been back to see Dr Andrei to have poorly done fillings and crowns preformed by other dentists redone correctly. I would highly reconmend the team at Mosman Dentistry to anyone who values a high-level of treatment and patient focussed service.

I have truly never felt more comfortable with a dentist. I had excruciating toothache and pain for 48 hours and called numerous "Emergency dentists" however Dr. Andrei was the only one who picked up the phone. He was prompt in giving me an appointment for later in the day and from the minute I stepped foot in clinic he made me feel at ease. After doing my initial assessment, he made sure to outline all the information I needed and gave me the options and ways forward. I ended up needing a root canal treatment that was completed professionally and always with patient welfare and end outcome in mind. I was completely pain free after the treatment and I could not hold Mosman Dentistry and Dr. Andrei in higher regard.

WOW.... I’m not one to usually leave reviews but after such a positive experience with Dr Andrei and his team I feel I need to share. After having half a tooth literally fall out of my mouth I rang Mosman Dentistry. After moving some appointments around to accommodate my emergency I went in and was able to have the tooth repaired the very next day. Andrei and his staff were very professional and explained in detail what was happening with high definition photos to show me exactly what works were done. Before/after. I will definitely be returning to this practice with my family as the staff were friendly, gentle, precise and very professional in their approach. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this practice.

Great service with exceptional attention to detail. Dr Andrei uses a very logical and professional approach. The first time I saw him was an emergency back in 2017 where we were up till 1am for a cracked wisdom tooth. He made sure there was no risk by checking every detail with x-rays. His post op advise and checkups left me with no infections and everything has been great since. I am now very happy with his service and dental coaching in which he gives great advice to keeping my teeth on track. If you are in the Mosman area then this is place to go to make sure your teeth stay in great condition. What an experience!! My fiancé had a terrible tooth ache come on at 11:45pm, we found this dentist on google and by 12:30am we were in getting teeth removed and pain free. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with such friendly service, amazing comfort and a dentist that feels so homely and welcoming. Such amazing customer service and warmth by the Dr. We have never felt more relaxed in such an emergency. I can't wait for our next visit. We have just moved to Sydney and now have found our forever dentist. It is now 2am and we are already home in bed. We didn't wait more than 2 minutes to be seen and X-rays were done instantly! How amazing! I highly recommend!!!

WOW Dr. Andrei is the best ever. Went to him with a bad toothache while traveling. Not only was he a smart diagnostician who knows his stuff and explains things clearly, but he is a good guy who gives his patients lots of care. He treated us like we were longtime patients even though we were from the US and would obviously never be able to come back - he didn't overcharge us or "milk it" at all, he insisted we have a follow up to make sure everything was fine, and in the end he followed up with our dentist back in the states to make sure the transition was seamless. Exactly what you look for in medical care, could not have had a better experience.

My experience with Dr Andrei at Mosman Dentistry has been extremely positive. I had avoided a dentist for 10 years so i was super nervous about what was going to be uncovered. Dr Andrei was non judgmental and extremely understanding. I needed multiple fillings from over brushing (ironically), and a potential root canal. He explained everything very thoroughly, and didn't oversell me anything. He works very efficiently and managed to save the bad tooth, and fixed multiple others. As a result, the sensitivity i had has completely gone. Very happy with the result and glad to find a dentist im happy to go back to.

Thank you Dr Andrei for my beautiful smile! I was sick of being embarrassed by my less-than-perfect teeth so I decided to get veneers. I was very nervous about the process but from the moment I walked through the front door it was clear I was in professional and caring hands. Dr Andrei has been the best dentist for my family and myself, in all aspects of dentistry. Seeing the dentist was the last thing on my mind. I pushed back on the dentist for many years and was worried about going. Dr Andrei with his professionalism and attitude made me feel comfortable about a visit to the dentist and I have no issues in returning to see him (even though I am out of the area). My 15yr old son was rushed to Andrei on Xmas Day after losing a few of his bottom lower front teeth. We could of wished for a better Xmas Present but these things happen. Dr Andrei was an absolute godsend. Last week I woke up in agony at 1 am after another dentist (not to be named) botched my root canal surgery. Andrei from the moment he answered the phone to post surgery wrap up, communicated clearly and directly offering not only the best customer service I have ever received in the medical field but also some of the most technical know how and execution in his treatment of my tooth. I am so thankful to have found such a wonderful dentist and could not recommend him more highly.

Dr Andrei is an exceptional dentist, highly recommend. I brought my brother here on a Sunday afternoon for an emergency and Dr Andrei was professional, warm and well spoken. He explained everything to us and made us feel completely at ease. Dr Andrei is also a registered pharmacist, so was able to write out a script for pain relief (in case my brother had any pain or discomfort following his procedure), which was so helpful on a Sunday. I was able to just pop up the road to the pharmacy to get it.

I have visited Mosman Dentistry for my dental treatments many times throughout the year and I find that Andrei is a very talented young dentist. I sent my whole family to him because he has done a superb job for me. My 90-year old mother was suffering from serious periodontal issues, and Andrei did three highly skilled surgeries for her, and her gums have now regenerated. She has not complained since. I would recommend Andrei to anyone who is looking for a highly skilled young dentist.

It was on Easter Monday, my daughter had a bike accident, and chipped her 3 front teeth. We waited at hospital emergency for more than 3 hours, and were told they couldn't help. Lucky we were sent to Dr Andrei who was working 24hours even in public holiday. Under his care, now my daughter's teeth looks just as beautiful as before. Many thanks to Dr Andrei, he was so patient to explain all the information and saved us from anxiety of the accident!

I came to Mosman Dentistry with a broken filling and ended up needing quite an extensive course of treatment. Dr Andrei is a perfectionist and takes time to explain to his patients what he's doing and why, which really helped me overcome some serious anxiety about going to the dentist. The receptionists and assistants at this practice, especially Leanne, are very friendly and make me feel good about going for my appointments.

I had a massive tooth ache over the recent long weekend and Dr Andrei came to the rescue in a huge way. Not only did he see me at short notice and after hours on a Sunday long weekend. He was also able to immediately relieve my pain and also performed emergency surgery to remove the infected tooth. Excellent experience – from start to finish in the state of art dental clinic. Very knowledgeable and friendly dentist (Dr Andrei Tutoveanu) had put at ease my nervousness. Andrei explained what his goals were at the start of the session and how will he achieved it, then finish it off with the painless work while checking on me to ensure I was comfortable. It all contributed to a very positive experience.

Most amazing experience at this dentist! I chipped my front tooth in half on Saturday night and went Mosman Dentistry on Sunday afternoon and the amazing dentist was able to build me half a tooth in the appointment. Was a quick and painless process and would highly recommend to everyone. The fact that its open 24/7 is amazing and so convenient. Couldn't of have a better experience!

Dr Andrei is a superb dentist who is technically highly competent and that leads me to have faith in him and his methods. He always makes time to see me for emergencies even when he is so busy. He seems concerned about my welfare and treats me like a person, not just a set of teeth! It is also good that we can have a laugh together, which eases my anxiety! Highly recommended.

I went to see dr Andrei for the first time because it was the closer to my place but now I realise how lucky I was. He’s very helpful, professional, takes the time to explain things and we could discuss anything. Mosman Dentistry are amazing! Chipped off a large portion of my front tooth one night but was able to get on the phone to Dr Andrei. He spoke me through what to do, calmed my nerves and I was able to have emergency surgery within hours of my first call. Andrei saw us immediately when my partner broke his tooth in half. He was super caring, informative and ethical! I have been seeing Dr Andrei over the last 8 months for management of my periodontitis. He has been fantastic in developing a treatment plan and is very informative about the process. Dr Andrei was absolutely fabulous! I was in need of a root canal and was able to be squeezed in within hours upon calling (on a Saturday afternoon!). I also had massive anxiety as it was my first root canal but Dr Andrei was great in making you feel at ease. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend.

Dr Andrei took only 20 minutes of his time late at night just to remove my wisdom teeth which were causing me so much pain. I lost my temporary tooth on Xmas day. Andrei kindly was able to fit me in between appointments on Boxing Day so I could continue to enjoy my Xmas celebrations with my tooth refitted. I have aways been anxious about the dentist from previous experiences but that changed tonight, after my wisdom tooth was causing my pain I contacted the clinic and within 20mins I was sitting in the chair.
