90% of the people that work at mossy express car wash are very nice and courteous so that was definitely not my problem with this establishment. It is a fairly new operation and trust me you can tell. They are still trying to work out the kinks. You pay for a monthly fee for one type of wash and when you go through the wash it’s never the same wash. Then you have inconsistencies with the vacuums, posted hours of operations( not opening on time on a couple of occasions), and dealership cars that are in front of you with nobody in them and you can’t maneuver around them(only happened once) . That being said, when you do get the top wash that you paid for , it will give your car the most brilliant shine and I do get a ton of compliments(people really notice!) When they get it right it’s pretty awesome but , unfortunately it is not consistent.

I honestly love this place for washing my car. I only need the $8 express car wash and it's enough to clean my car from regular 2 week dirt and grime. Then the free vacuums and towels to clean your car are great. They offer detail work which I'd consider but haven't needed it. The monthly pass is very good but since covid I don't use my car very much so I cancelled it for now.

Hidden gem of a car wash. For the price, they put in way more work to cleaning your car than other machine wash locations. That said, because of this, the line can move a bit slow, but I'm willing to wait for it, especially because it's not long. Selfish me is hoping they don't become the most popular so quality does not go down and wait times don't go up.

Been here twice. It’s definitely a hidden gem in the back of the building. It’s definitely a side gig for the dealership but they still give you exceptional service. The give you a mini prewash prior to entering and since they’re not very busy, I’ve never been rushed off the vacuums which is super nice. Definitely recommend this place for a wash.

Went for a mini detail and they did a great job. Staff was really friendly, Mikey was helpful and the time he told me they needed to complete the job was exactly accurate. They were pretty busy but they took my car with no appointment, and were done in about 2 and a half hours. I will definitely go back!

These guys do a great job. My dog threw up in my back seat so my car smelled horrible plus I had dog hair everywhere. I tried getting rid of it myself and it was impossible. When I picked up my car they got rid dog every last piece of hair and it smelled like brand new. 10/10 would recommend.

**4.5 stars** I've been the the regular wash once and then I spring for the full detail. I get a detail like once every 5 years and if you're in the market, I'd totally recommend it. The only reason it's not 5* is because it wasn't a screaming deal. BUT the price is definitely reasonable.

Have received consistently good service from Mossy Express Wash and would definitely recommend. A special shout out for exceptional service last Sunday from Jerry and Dominic, who went above and beyond to help clean up my excessively dirty Toyota Highlander. Thanks guys.... I'll be back.

My favorite car wash in town. Good prices and my car always looks clean after, more than some other places that charge twice as much. They also have their clean towel bins full every time I go so you can tell they keep everything maintained throughout the day.

Wasn't able to figure out the credit card payment, my own fault. Had to hit the help button, the attendant couldn't have been more helpful and patience. Really like the vacuum and the air to blow out the back of our utility van. Will be going there weekly!

What I like about this place is it’s inexpensive, then when you are done, they have free vacuums that work great and air compressors on both sides of vehicle. They supply black microfiber towels but I usually bring some in case they aren’t any available.

I love this car wash! I get the supreme car wash. I like it because the car gets a pre hose down and brush down with soap and water, it really helps get off those yellow spots from bugs. The people are very nice and helpful also.

Have been going out of my way to go to this car wash for years but not going again after yesterday Had scratches left in the paint from the brushes Hopefully a detail job will take them but doubtful Never going back there again

My dad told me about this hidden wash in PB and said it was awesome. So I tried out myself and was amazed on how professional the workers and wash was. For $13 I got my car washed and looked like new! Definitely recomendable!

This is the best car wash in PB. I usually go to Clairemont for the next best, but I'll continue going here now. Raul and the other staff are always very helpful and kind! They definitely make the experience even better!

Literally the best experience of my life. I can't wait to be driving by here again so I can pay $10 to have legit the cleanest car I've ever owned. The vacuums stole my fav rock but that's on me.

Best car wash in town. They have someone pre spray and scrub your car before running it through the wash. For $10. Also free vacuum and free air gun for making it easier to dry your car.

Amazing service! Great deal! I did the 10 dollar wash. They scrubbed all my bugs off the front, then washed it. They have free vacuums and air with rags. Highly recommend!

Overall good, however they are sometimes inconsistent with their business hours. Sometimes it's closed when they are supposed to be open, which is an inconvenience.

A hidden gem for car wash. $10 Supreme wash includes cleaning for your rims and tire shine which is really cheap. FREE vacuum (very strong). Will come back.

They stuck an ad onto my windshield that I can't remove, it's almost like they're trying to get more business by messing up people's windshields.

Great value! No coins needed for the vacuums after the wash. They also have towels and compressed air for you to use too. I highly recommend!
