A pleasure to deal with, in difficult circumstances. I have no hesitation in recomending this garage, Its normally only when bad things happen that you hear a review, and to some degree this is no different. However this dealer takes the Consumer Rights seriously and takes a honest attitude to repairs and warranty. Which is good to know when things, unfortunatly for us, go wrong. From purchase we were given plenty of time to look around our car, with no sales pitch, We took the car out for a test drive and instantly liked it. The decision was made. Unfortunatly, a month after purchase, we had a coil pack go, I took it to vauxhall as at the time I didnt know what was going on with it, However whilst there it was discovered that the gearbox also had a whine in 5th and 6th gear. Aparently common for this gearbox and car. However this made me very uneasy about the car, and for a bill of upto £2500 4 weeks after purchase it in the end was enough to turn me off. Motorwell were very good at trying to come to some compromise for fix of the gearbox and instantly offered a full refund for the value of the car. After much deliberation I opted for a refund, as I didnt want it on the back of my mind. Thankyou David, for your calm manner and your no nonsense approach. I would rate 5* but given I had to return the car, I have to deduct 1 *.

David was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. Down to earth, friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a Nissan Juke from them in July 2020. Had a couple of problems with the car (minor stuff and usual car problems no fault of them) David was quick to help and sorted it for me at no cost, I needed a car for work whilst waiting for mine to be fixed, he sorted that too! In the winter my battery went. Although not covered by the warranty David went out of his way to sort it for me. Causing me zero stress, which was so welcomed after the year we've had! Honestly cannot fault these guys will be recommending them (and have done!) to anyone that needs a new car. Thank you so much!

Really friendly owner, no pressure selling. Had a good selection of cars and even though I just passed my test he knew I was local and let me take some cars out alone for test driving which made it a much easier for me to feel how the car drove without the constant yammer of a sales guy in the back. 6 months warranty and paid for the road tax for the year. Month on and no issues so far. Would use again

Bought a vehicle last June, between lockdown, & after checking it out on the internet, and then arranging a test drive. They delivered the car to us taxed, as we requested. We are pleased with the car but did have a problem recently. We hadn't used the car much because of lockdown, but Motorwell dealt with the problem more than fairly, so we still feel we chose the right dealership.

Best used car dealer we have bought from. Great selection of good quality, low mileage cars. Very helpful, with no pressure to buy and a very fair trade-in deal. Dave is fantastic and a very trustworthy guy from start to finish, including superb after sales service. I can't recommend Dave and Motorwell highly enough - we will definitely return in a few years time for our next car.

We bought a lovely 2016 Ford KA from David for our daughter, the friendliest experience I've ever had of buying a second hand car. David is absolutely brilliant, not pushy, perfect car salesman. The car was was beautifully valeted, excellent price and with 6 months warranty Would 100% recommended Motorwell, and will be checking for their stock for my next car purchase.

Very good Service. Bought a VW Golf here a month ago and travelled over 4 hours to get here. The gent at Motherwell waited for me on his Friday evening and helped us out very well. Took the car the same day. I had then experienced a issue with the car battery and motorwell had resolved the issue the same day. Very good service
