I visited this store at Brisbane Airport today and was so very impressed by the staff member who served me whose name is Helen. I asked her what her name is as I felt she well deserved recognition for her outstanding customer service. Her warmth and kindness made my day!

After my purchase, I asked for gift wrapping, she kindly offer me to buy the wrapping and a bag (two items) and she will do them for me. Couple of other customers showed up, she decided half way through wrapping mine to go and serve others.

Excellent selection of all sort of gifts!! Clothes to candles to games to cutlery they have it all. With a beautiful children’s selection at the back.
