The team at Prime Family Dental Mt Druitt is a team that exceeds any expectations of anyone. I am very impressed with the level of professionalism and the friendly environment that i have seen at this clinic. The culture of the clinic is very much based around patient centred care, not a business centered. The fact is run by members of the same family and not corporation had made me and my wife feel so comfortable. Erini had treated both myself and my wife who has dental phobia and very anxious about going to the dentist. The moment my wife and myself walked into the clinic, we were very impressed by the meticulously clean environment and the welcoming smiles of the reception team. Erini ensured that myself and my wife walk out of the clinic with clear understanding of the procedures that was explained prior to the initiation of the procedure, during and after the procedure was completed. The fact that she took the time to do so, made us very comfortable and has dissipated the anxiety within my wife. On other hand, we cannot forget the high level of patient care and patient service presented by Evros, when both myself and my wife called prior to our wedding for a full check-up and clean. Due to the busy schedule prior to the wedding, Evros and the team had accommodated an appointment for us after hours, which I am very appreciative for. I can not recommend Erini and Evros highly enough. In regards to the fees involved to the procedure, . I have been around many different clinic around Sydney and Australia I don't think I have seen more affordable price than what they offer. we are glad that we have our regular check-up and clean with this amazing team :) ;)

TERRIBLE. I would give less than 1 STAR if I could. After a terrible experience elsewhere, the dentist ASSURED me I was in safe hands. She told me my nerve was exposed and placed a temporary filling. She told me not to eat anything chewy e.g. gummy bears. I followed her advice and two days after the filling came out clean. There was no trauma. She sanded my front tooth to make it smoother and a week later one of the two teeth snapped and the other fell off with it. I called crying from pain begging to be seen and the receptionist cold heartedly told me they can't do anything and are booked out for at least 3 weeks. I cry many times throughout a 24 hour period struggling to do anything. I have been using numbing cream and pain killers to get by. These people then have the audacity to message asking to confirm an appointment made a month ago before this emergency occurred. No one asked about me no check in call no recommendation for elsewhere given it was an emergency, NOTHING. No one writes a review to this extent if it is not genuine. Be smart; read this and STEER CLEAR!

My dental experiences have always been made enjoyable in a relaxed atmosphere and educational. Wether I’ve seen their Oral Health Therapist Erini or any of the dentists there, all have been exceedingly kind and thorough with my teeth. I’ve had fillings, cleans, extractions there and all have been great experiences. Managed to convince my husband to make the switch to this practice from his lifelong previous dentist! Their reception staff deserve a mention as they are always so lovely and ready to help with scheduling our appointments. The dental assistant also deserves a high-five - she is so good with the assistive tools! Both my husband and I proudly travel from our home in Ryde to our appointments as we feel that there is nobody who does it better than the team at Mount Druitt Dental/Prime Family Dental. Thank you for always taking the time to explain things thoroughly and ensure we leave with bright sparkling smiles every single time!

I booked this dental for a clean check up. When I arrived, they asked me if I had private funds. During clean up, they did more than cleanup and I don't expect it. As I know, once you have a private fund, they take your money $$ out from the funds. Dr. Gad did the job and it hurt my mouth during cleanup. I asked for a quote for filling one tooth. It costs $380 (2 tooths). The private funds quote paid only $200 and I have to pay the gap for $180 out of my pockets. I went to a different dentist and I did a filling of my tooth. (one tooth) The dentist charged me $130 so I only paid a $25 gap for my tooth instead of $180 from Mount Druitt Dental. They over charge the costs. I will never go back to this place. If you have private funds, check what item they charge, what type of service they will do on the date before proceedings. Do not recommend!

This was my first visit to Prime Family Dental. Great dental staff, , great care, great dentists, extremely professional . Great to see such great service and quality found in my own neighbourhood. They did a great job but most of all they really understood. Absolutely marvellous dental care, the best that I have ever experienced. Arini & Grace are truly the best dentists I have ever been treated by in my life. So caring , sweet, made me so comfortable. I would recommend their dental service to all. I had an excellent client's focussed and very professional yet compassionate initial experience at Prime Family Dental Practice in the suburb of Mount Druitt for comprehensive assessment of my whole upper and lower jaws. The reception staff member cordially welcomed me for my appointment albeit I had been some minutes late due to search for a suitable parking space around the area! Dr Grace Priyanka Botham offered her best practice services by explaining to me in very easy to comprehend situation of my teeth in upper and lower jawline and we agreed mutually to a cost effective action plan with minimal out of pocket expenses! I would definitely recommend anyone, who is wishing to have their dentistry needs looked after well, to avail their professional services!

Over the past 44 years in Australia I have been to few dentists but this dental practice stood out of the rest. Dr.Erini was excellent.I was explained very clearly how my dental needs will be done and for the future as well.I just went there for a 6 monthly check up and clean. But I was amazed all the extras I got for the price of just a clean.Xray was done,Clean and fluoride treatment and flossing was done which I never expected. I feel so good and i wont be going anywhere else in the future.I will be highly recommending to all my families and friends.God bless this practice.

I took my children to this clinic a few weeks ago and I have to say that I have never met a nicer or more approachable team. It was a pleasant experience from the start. The receptionist was polite and informative. My children, who are naturally shy and somewhat reserved, quickly became very comfortable with Erini due to an authentic and patient nature when engaging with them. Her assistant is also worth commending for supporting a friendly and positive environment. It was a great first dental experience for my kids, and I look forward to visiting the clinic again in future.

Very good experience with this dentist. Really took the time to make sure that I know what's going on with my teeth. Made sure that she gave me some knowledge about how to take care of my teeth and specifically how to take care of the problems with my fillings. They have a great deal at the moment for a clean and inspection. Would definitely recommend them to anyone, as I have never experienced this level of diligence before from any dentist in the past.

Dr Samaan was AMAZING! I spoke with Dr Samaan over the phone, well, I cried to her over the phone at 9:30am and she was so very caring and sympathetic to my situation, she seen me in the clinic at 10:30am that very same day. Upon arrival I couldn't contain my tears and she made me feel comfortable and even gave me a big hug. A few more visits planned and I am not at all worried as I know I am in great hands. Thank you Dr Samaan, your a real treasure.

For a long time I was trying to find a good and honest dentist for my kids and I finally did. Very professional and caring dentist, both of them. Explains everything what needs too be done to you. My kids actually like going there (kids do not like dentists in general). Other big plus is that you can also do braces for kids there and they do accept Medicare dental. I recommend them to everyone.

My husband was the main patient and he is very happy with the service provided by Dr. Erini. Very focus very caring and keen to details in cleaning the teeth and educating the patient on how to use the toothbrush. My husband received a free beautiful toothbrush not in the market yet. Definitely would recommend this Dental practice especially for families. All the staff are lovely here but Dr Grace is amazing with young children. All three of my kids aged 3, 5 and 7 have been seen by her. My 3 year old in particular was very nervous about having her treatment done but Dr Grace just put her at ease and the treatment was performed without issues.

Really good experience. Was able to get my tooth extracted (it was a difficult tooth to pull too cause it was near my sinus, it was strong) and they were kind and talked to me through it all, were so reassuring and made sure to take care of me afterwards. Would definitely recommend them.
