WOW. Quite literally one of the best meals I think I've ever had. Really cosy and intimate dining area, super friendly and welcoming service, and this will FOR SURE be our go-to date spot. We literally could not stop eating, even well after we were full! Thanks to everybody at Mountain Thai for an incredible meal and a terrific night! Edit: We've been back a number of times since first leaving the review, and it is consistently an amazing experience. Had the most amazing meal tonight!! Considering it was such a busy night being Mother’s Day the owner and staff were amazing just absolutely pumping out beautiful food non stop. This place is always consistent with their food, it’s always absolutely amazing. By far the best Thai restaurant going around. Kudos to the owner for doing absolutely everything he could to keep his customers happy tonight, well done. The owner is a lovely man who always goes out of his way to have a chat to customers and makes sure everyone is completely happy. I constantly rave about this place to friends and family and it never disappoints❤️

Venturing from my regular Thai restaurant, super friendly and fast service all going well had potential to be my new local but unfortunately let down by the pad Thai chicken, alarm bells began to ring by how dark it looked, the flavour just wasn’t pad Thai and tasted more like a burntish pad see ew. Veg spring roll did not impress either, very mushy inside also brown inside? Bit devo, however their other dishes do sound really good however pad Thai is the staple dish.

Hands down best Thai in the area :) The food is amazing and fresh, the service is next level. Highly recommend. And if you like your wine, make sure you ask Damien for a recommendation

Best Thai meal I've had outside of Thailand! Our new favourite go to, sad to say we won't go back to our old regular now as one meal and we're hooked. Heaps of veg, heaps of flavour. Even though it was super busy both dine in and take away, our meals came quick, hot and full of flavour. Highly recommend.

Sensational food. We ordered the usual suspects for entrees and a sizzle pan for a main, it was all delicious, but the yellow curry takes the cakes - PHENOMENAL! The manager was also really accomodating. They had a big group that night and he helped us get our orders in before the rush.

This is probably the best Thai restaurant in the area. The food is consistently good, the service is consistently good, and the interior and decor are beautiful. It's a relaxing place to be. There's also good vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. The owner is really friendly too.

We have been there last night and found it via the reviews. The reviews says it all. It's a great place with amazing food. The manager was very friendly and the ambient is awesome. The dishes are big enough to suppress your hunger if you are one of those big ones (which I wasn't)

We had a family meal here last night and my youngest daughter was grumpy because she said she didn't like Thai food. Well she quickly changed her mind. The food was well presented, delicious and the serving sizes gave us take home portions. Thank you Mountain Thai for the lovely meals, great atmosphere and fabulous table service - we will be back!

The food at Mountain Thai is spectacular! They use fresh, high quality ingredients and cook to perfection. We tried the pineapple fried rice, panang curry, and the barramundi apple salad. All were delicious, and we definitely recommend this restaurant very highly. We hope to come back again soon.

Great flavour. I found the veggie dishes here are better than the meat dishes. Some how the meat is a bit dry and not have a good texture. The overall taste is great though. Will come back again

The food is incredible. They are excellent at catering to gluten free. Their calamari dish is off its head. Haven't stopped raving about it for 2 months, and haven't been disappointed despite having it at least 10 times since then. The service is also excellent!

The staff were incredibly accommodating and generous. The food was generously portioned and delicious. I would highly recommend visiting mountain Thai.

Since moving to Kilsyth south we had to find a new Thai restaurant. We tried Mountain Thai and haven’t looked back. Absolutely delicious fresh food every time. Wonderful service. So happy we found this place

Have had many a great meal here but last Thursday was "da bomb"! Absolutely delicious food and the owner chatted with us. Super friendly guy and staff. Kudos to the chefs too.
