Have to vent . We planned to move 1 September so I contacted this company and was happy with the price . Paid my deposit the same day . 1 September 2020 Moving day . NO MOVERS IN SIGHT . 9 AM I phone them no answer . Finally got hold of them at 10 AM . A man answers and says he will find out whats going on . 11AM I have to phone them back asking what's going on . Oh no mam the truck broke down last night and they struggling to repair it . They will send a truck . By 1pm an open truck arrives . Not nearly big enough to cart all our goodies . HE LEAVES . Finally we had to hire another furniture company to move us . 3 months down the line after calls, whats apps , e mails . They have not paid my money back . I cant seem to find Movers SA on Facebook.. Please share this to anyone who is planning on moving . Or just share to prevent this company from scamming some one else

Move was scheduled for initially 7h00 am then 7h30 for 08h00. Its 8h50. And they cant get ahold of the driver name Elias. Really horrible for my time to be wasted like this. Almost 2 hours. Its pathetic. Oh and they want an immediate payment for this service. If and when the driver comes. Meanwhile I am at their mercy.
