Punch the prize" machine is rigged!! I was playing on the machine and when I finally got the target aligned it stopped going down halfway making error sounds and then returned to the start, at the same time a lady that works there saw exactly what had happen, so I went and reported it and they said I should wait for the manager. Half an hour later they gave me a call to let me know the manager is back, the manager said it happens if the machine gets bumped so I told him to look at the video footage and he did. He replied that the machine was not bumped but he can report it to head office and he offered me a lousy R60 and said that head office won't do anything about the whole story. I'm not talking the store manager bad he is a real good guy and great service at Funtubbles The Glen. I just think something should be done about it as I'm not the only person it had happened to.

I had the worst experience ever . Went to funtubbles at the glen with my nieces and got the worst service from a female employee of funtubbles . She addressed me in such a bad manner screaming and pointing fingers at me from across the room . Even when called out on her bad approach and pathetic customer service she continued raising her voice to not only myself to my mother and Infront of the kids . There was no reasoning with her and I had to walk away as she continued and with two more employees joining her not one asked or tried to assist the situation they stood and laughed . I regret going there after looking forward to it all day . I wish I got the names of the employees . But it happend around 5pm yesterday evening 27/11/2021

I was here last night with my kid and there again this morning after watching the lion King. I love this place its fun and it clean. The staff is generally friendly. Today, However the manager here decided to treat me as though I m bothering her. I told her she's raising her voice and she needs to learn to speak soft. The ladies that I spoke with are much kmote kind. The lady I dealt with yesterday was there again today and told me to raise any concern s with the manager. I'm told she's been the manager since 2011. When I asked that we speak to the side so I don't embarrass her she said no let's talk right here in front of everyone. Her full name Esther Moalusi. Her staff doesn't know her full name

Really friendly and helpful staff. Our son had a blast playing games there. There were 3 machines that were out of order but most of the machines were in a good functional condition. The prizes are quite nice and not impossible to get something for the time and money spent. They also have little go carts there and plenty of games were your kids can make some tickets to win prizes. They were busy but it was not unbearably busy. They also have a shop there which sells slushies and other goodies. A very nice experience for my family and worth the time and money.

We were playing on the machine and when we finally got the target aligned it stopped going down halfway making error sounds and then returned to the start, we asked the ladies why the machine stopped they replied that the machine would make sounds if anyone bumped it, we didn't even touch the machine while it was moving. DO NOT PLAY THE PUNCH THE PRICE GAME! The service from the ladies were friendly though.

Expensive, the games are in a poor condition, when a game doesn't work they just brush you off and tell you they don't do refunds. The staff are rude and couldn't be bothered to assist. I'd rather fall down the escalator, it'd be cheaper and much more fun, also, that would work all the time. I also resent the fact that I'm forced to give them one star, it's more than they deserve.

My daughter loves this place. The staff is very friendly and they have good quality toys to choose from to take in exchange of your tickets. The only thing I wish they would do is please make the clamps that catches the teddy bears in the machines a little tighter, they are very loose and one would never be able to catch one.

We held my grandchild birthday there, it was amazing, though a lot of noise coz the kids were really really enjoying themselves so much, lots of games etc

Its was great. I was about to win a ps4 and i spent like 500 rands and the employee came and opened the machine and made it harder ...if i could i would have given it half a star

Favourite place for my kids to go to... lots of fun and laughter, friendly and helpful staff. Just overall great fun for young and old.

Drove out all the wayrom East rand just to be told they dont accept The Entertainer offers on public holidays. Are you kidding me?

Really disappointed in the maintenance of the machines, from the air hockey to the cheeky monkey... I'd rather take my kids elsewhere.
