Un service vraiment parfait ! Hanna s'est occupée de mes affaires avec le plus grand soin. Service très rapide et efficace, j'ai donné mon linge dans la matinée et il était prêt pour 13h ! (Lavé et sec). Hanna est une personne vraiment accueillante et disponible, lorsque j'ai été chercher mon linge nous avons discuté. Je lui ai demandé où je pouvais échanger de l'argent (euros en dong), elle m'a accompagné directement à un bureau de change. Et ce n'est pas tout ! La commission était assez élevée, alors elle m'a proposé de m'amener à un autre près du marché où le taux est très faible. Sur place, elle a parlé pour moi et a pu leur demander des petites coupures. Bref, un service exceptionnel :):) je vous recommande !!! Pour le linge, pour discuter, et pour avoir de très bons conseils ! :)

I recently used this laundry service and was thoroughly impressed. The delivery was accurate and arrived on time, making it very convenient for me. The store was also very responsive to any inquiries I had, which made the whole process very smooth. The most impressive part, however, was the quality of the service itself. The clothes came out looking incredibly clean and fresh, making it clear that the service takes great care in their work. Good, cheap service - shoes maybe a little less clean than I thought they would come out, but good nonetheless for suits. However, they took my garment bag (which I explicitly mentioned to return along with my suits; god knows how dusty they get without it) and never returned it. Replying is hit or miss on Zalo unless you call. Lady seemed a bit cross answering the phone even though she misunderstood my requested delivery time which resulted in it being over 2 hours late - I was only checking in. Would give it a second try, but staff can work on being more responsive and politer.

The monthly subscription is fantastic value for money. I've tried and failed in the past with different companies to arrange a similar service and what sets Mr Jeff apart is (1) the laundry bag included (2) fantastic communication It takes all the stress out of laundry - we leave our bag at security in our apartment on a Saturday morning and the freshly washed and folded clothes arrive Sunday evening. We even got a little Christmas treat in the bag during the festive season. I'd strongly recommend Mr Jeff to anyone who is looking to make their life easier!

We went there because of google reviews. We left the laundry on Tuesday noon and it was ready on Wednesday evening which was very long time. We picked up our laundry and in the hotel we realised everything is exactly same dirty as we left it. The only thing changed was the smell, so basically it looks like ironed and folded without washing. I tried to wash some things by hands and it was not hard to get it clean, so I don't understand why it happened...

I searched on google reviews and was confident to leave my washing with Mr Jeff. I sorted and sent pictures about what could be put in the dryer and washed in a machine and what needed to be hand washed and air dried. They followed the instructions beautifully and were very helpful with my questions. Picked up and dropped of your the reception of my hotel with a minimal fee. Clothes smelt and looked great. We saw the reviews of Mr Jeff online and we wanted to use their service in Saigon. They were so easy to work with and did a great job. They responded instantly and we just left our laundry with our concierge and they had it picked up and delivered back to us the next afternoon. Everything was packed and ironed neatly. Definitely very easy to work with and did a great job! Highly recommend!!

I am sorry but my clothes after laundry smells horrible! It is not possible to wear them, such a bad smell. I brought a lot of clothes some are good the white one but the color became yellow… anyway I don’t know what program they used maybe it was only 20 min or something like that or overloaded. In conclusion, we are not able to wear the clothes we had to do laundry again.

Excellent service ! We arrived by bus to ho chi minh and they gave back our backpacks wet and dirty, we were very stressed about that because we had less than 2 days left for our next flight., thankfully we find Mr Jeff! Very disappointed, picked due to high reviews. My socks are still totally dirty and I have realised today I am missing one t shirt. Count your stuff before handing over. I was also charged 15 vnd delivery fee when my hotel was literally two steps opposite the shop in the same alley. It’s literally facing mr Jeff’s. Poor! Avoid

Normally prefer to wash our clothes ourselves on our travels at coin laundromats but couldn’t find one in Ho Chi Minh so trusted this company due to the good reviews. Can definitely vouch for those reviews, clothes were cleaned and packed neatly and ready for collection within 24 hours. Great service and a very happy customer.

Beste laundry in der ganzen Umgebung. Unsere Wäsche wurde abgeholt und am nächsten Tag geliefert. Ein Kilo Wäsche kostet 25k und die Lieferung beträgt 40k. Super Preis-leistungsverhältnis. Die Wäsche war trocken,gefaltet, sauber ,und in einem durchsichtigen Sack schön eingepackt. Kann man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

This place is actually amazing. We had a dress that we thought we ruined on a boat trip. It had several stains and had very little hope that they would even be able to get it out. But we left it for a day and a half and it was shocking how well it turned out. It looks completely brand new. This place is amazing.

Fast, professional, and well priced. First used Mr Jeff in April 2022 when i was visiting as a tourist and still using Mr Jeff now as an expat. I use zalo to communicate with Mr Jeff for pick up and drop off.
