We had high hopes for this business due to the reviews we read, however our experience wasn’t great. The quote was overpriced. Also, we were given a specific amount that our inspection would cost over the phone. I repeated the price back to them and they said yes, that is correct. At the time of charge for the inspection, it was an additional $100 dollars. They said that I misheard them. I explained that I repeated this amount back to them verbally over the phone and that they had said yes that is correct. Instead they told me that sometimes phone connections aren’t clear and still charged me the additional $100. I do not have great confidence or trust in this company due to this issue. I worry they will make up numbers as they go. I won’t continue using their services in the future.

I am very happy with the work Mr. Electric did for us. We had an electrical panel that was super old and needed to be replaced, as well as wanting to have an electric car charger installed in the garage. From the initial quote process, to the pre work, main work, inspection; everything felt handled. Our service tech Art was extremely communicative, always making sure I knew where we were in the process of getting the work completed. They handled everything from design, to having the inspectors come, to handling the power shut off with our utility provider. I hope I don't need an electrician any time soon, but if I do, Art and the team at Mr. Electric will be my first call!

Electrician came out and was very professional. He was able to fix the job with a quick reset. We were upset with the cost, but spoke with a representative who verbalize understanding of the situation, explained where the cost profile came from, and agreed that all the boxes were not met and came up with an agreeable solution. The pendent lights over our kitchen countertop were not properly installed by the previous owners. (Our house was a flip). The lights were actually pulling out of the ceiling and one was just dangling. We have very high ceilings (at least 12 ft high), so it wasn't something we could do ourselves. Our technician was Albert and he did a great job! Thank you, Mr Electric!

I was VERY HAPPY with my service person today, very helpful, knew that he was doing. And after a few minutes & checking one switch, we moved to the plug in and found a burnt wire. He was able to fix it. Thanks to the breaker & him finding the problem, I’m sure he saved my house from catching fire. So far as my wife & I he is one of the best people we know.

Luis was very patient and courteous! He installed a really heavy metal chandelier with glass candles. Took him two hours to complete his job but he did great! However, it was very expensive to install the chandelier because of the weight. Upon completion, I love how it turned out! Now we are enjoying our new chandelier! Thank you, Luis Sandoval!

I will absolutely be calling Mr. Electric for any of our electrical needs in the future. Jim and Zachery were professional, helpful and friendly. This was a big job because our ceilings are 20+ feet tall, they were very cautious with the large ladder and respectful of my home/furnishings. The scheduling person was also very courteous.

All the work was done correctly and professionally! We provided a replacement outdoor low voltage transformer to be mounted and connected along with replacing three outdoor GFI single gang outlets. The invoice amount was much higher than we expected. This was probably because we haven’t been in the market for a couple of years.

I compared five companies before choosing Mr electric. Albert and Zachary came to my house today in Scottsdale. They were both so detailed and thoughtful and really knew what they were doing.
