Poor service. The young man working there was playing computer games while I was trying to talk to him. Rented 5 old movies for R50 and you can them keep for a week. Was 1 day late and wanted to charge me a R75 late charge before I can rent again. Now that doesn't make sense. He was extremely rude. I will not be going back ever again.

We enjoy getting videos here, we feel they are well priced and have a wide selection of current videos and older movies. Its also close to us it has secure parking and a good area. We know the vido store and its vibe, they seem to be quite busy and if a very popular video is on the circuit, make sure you come early.

This store could not even be bothered to answer their phones!! I have now phoned constantly for the last 4 hours and each time it rings until it stops eventually!! Simply could not be bothered?? If there was a minus or negative review score I would have chosen that because I feel 1 star is too much!

There is a huge variety of series and movies that is awesome, but they do not tell you that to rent you needed an account and to open an account you need 1.ID and 2. A proof of residence that we did not have on us so we had to come back, they should let you know when you walk in...

It's great to have a Last Standing Institution... A well equipped DVD store.. Remember the good ol' days... Scanning shelves for a movie or series for the eve... Ag, it's just lekker.... Not sure how long they'll remain going. They keep advertising their stock clearance sale...

Fantastic selection of movies and cheap 2nd hand Blu-Ray, DVD and video games. Check out their selection of XBOX360, XBOX One & PS4 games, the prices are great. Staff attitude is what you would expect from a video rental store, but always helpful when asked.

Always friendly service and affordable prices. Movie selection is huge for a video shop but they can improve the lag between new releases. Over all I will always support them and will choose them over box office any day.

Excellent video shop. Loads of complete series, lots of blu-ray and my all time favorite. Xbox and ps games for sale at a great price. I also buy most of my gifts and small newtech gadgets there.

Good variety including gaming. Can get a bit crowded during those weekend peaks but never have to wait in too big a queue. Also has snacks and soft drinks.

Shame, they selling so much other peripherals to obviously make up for declining rentals. These peripherals are making the place feel cluttered though.

Absolutely not appropriate to play gospel music in a place like this. I wanna hear happy fun music when I walk in a place like this. Come on guys.

Large selection of new movies and I am happy that they are open fairly late as it was a last minute decision for us to get DVDs

This is the most amazing Mr Video. The owner is a dedicated, hard worker who is polite and good to his customers.

Go rent a movie for very cheap. Chuck a bag of pop corn in the microwave and you have a movie / date night.

They have a lot of videos and all that latest and service is always friendly. Staff is very helpful.
