KEY LIME PIE: In my teenage years, I worked at the key lime pie booth at the New Orleans Jazz Fest. If you've been to the Fest, you know it's one of the best desserts you'll ever try. For years, I've tried key lime pie whenever and wherever I could...hoping it would taste like that like New Orleans version. This year, for New Year's Eve, I ordered a key lime from Mr J Bake and it was absolutely delicious. Reminds me of that irresistible key lime pie of my youth. Mr J Bake's key lime pie is perfectly balanced: rich, creamy, and tart. It was beautifully decorated with whipped cream and fresh lime slices. You must try it. It's the best!

I live in North Carolina, my son lives in Brooklyn, NY. . His birthday was on June 24th and due to the pandemic he and his roommates have been sequestered since early March. We felt a cake was in order. I contacted Mr J Bake on a Friday, the order was placed, and the cake delivered on Saturday. Fabulous service. The cake, (pictures received from son) was perfect, the delivery was made 20 minutes before the scheduled time by an employee. Omg!!! Must try Mr J Bake! His cakes are AMAZING! Tried a sampler of his cheesecakes and was instantly in love! I especially loved the pineapple cheesecake with Actual pineapple chunks in it. The cakes are moist with just the right amount of sweetness without feeling too heavy. Will definitely go back for the holidays. Ps ...great for kids too. My 5 year old(who by the way is a very picky eater even with deserts) loved it too. Definitely worth a try!

I do not usually eat cheesecake, I don’t like the taste however, I had the pleasure of enjoying the strawberry and pineapple cheesecake on Thanksgiving day it was amazing! Mind you this was a last minute addition to his schedule it was not too sweet, there was no artificial flavor taste in it, it was absolutely delicious! Everyone loved it. I have to see Mr. J_bake you are great at what you do!

The cake was visually very pretty and the design were bright. Regarding the buttercream it just tasted of sweet butter and the stack of cakes lacked moisture. The delivery was top notch as well but the guests and kids were super parched and couldn’t eat it. We really wanted to enjoy the cake as a whole. 2 stars for the effort, 1 star for the cake. His cakes are always on point. This Thanksgiving I ordered a sweet potato pie which was on point, melts in your mouth and not super sweet. My son who is a picky eater and doesn't eat pie, ate an adult size serving of the sweet potato pie and was looking for more. Job is always well done. Thank you

My family absolutely adores the strawberry cheesecake. We’ve had it several times and it’s great each time. Not too sweet, and always rich and creamy. The presentation on all the cakes we’ve tried (apple pie, strawberry, and sweet potato) is really impressive.

Worst cake ever, I am extremely upset that my boyfriend spent $116 for my birthday from here and no one could enjoy it. The cake was hard and taste cheap. I do not recommend also, the reason I even gave them a star was for the decoration.

Customer service was excellent! My cake was delivered early and it tasted delicious. I received the half pineapple/half strawberry cheesecake. It was my first time trying pineapple cheesecake and I liked that it didn't taste too sugary.
