I don’t understand why some people are rating this place highly, the food is terrible. Pizza base tasted really weird, hard and floury and sweet, similar to a store bought pizza base. Toppings were bland as well, it tasted like a frozen mccains pizza. Finally the service was really poor, kid on the phone kept repeating the order back wrong then asked us if we wanted the garlic pizza instead of the garlic bread in our deal to which we said yes then we went to pick up our order and they hadn’t made a garlic anything. I could understand if they made the garlic bread instead, but don’t know how they didn’t make anything since the deal comes with garlic bread, or the pizza for an additional few dollars. The cook said it would only be 5 minutes to make it so we said ok, but it was 20 minutes all the while our pizzas were getting cold as they were already ready when we came in. First and last time we will go to mumma gs. This place would never last in another suburb. We threw most of it out

just now can I just say....first time ordering from this shop - I ordered 2 Lrg Pizzas with garlic bread and drink. I picked up my order at 9:15pm tonight.... to begin with the pizza was ready and on time I did not have to wait, the service from Chris - one of the staff members on duty was absolutely amazing. helpful, courteous, and very happy and friendly. he even asked i needed a hand with my order to my car as I was on my own picking up the pizza. his impecible service literally made me go back in, so i cpuld ask for his name to give a raving review. upon getting home the pizzas were hot - fresh - full of ingredients and cooked to perfection. for large pizzas to be $10.50 I will definitely be back when there are pizza cravings again. could not recommend this shop highly enough. have not had pizza this good or service that amazing in a very long time. anywhere. well done Mumma G's

I used to order from here every week, and I absolutely loved the pizzas. Never had a fault with them, and if you asked me to, I would definitely rate it 5 stars. But after the rise in price, and having to split pizzas into even more categories to justify more money, I now realise that their "deals" are sometimes adding more price on top of already more expensive pizzas, and when I mentioned this to one of the workers, I was told I "shouldn't have bothered ordering". I'm not sure who rebuilt the website, but if I order a traditional pizza that is already included in a deal, I shouldn't need to be charged another extra fee on top of the fee Im already being charged. I don't think I can ever justify coming back here again, especially being spoken to in such a manner.

Service and customer service is pretty bad, the driver has spilt the food inside the delivery box during transport. I have asked for the order to be replaced. Got a call from the manager saying with no apologies that I could have taken the food like that, to which I replied why should I take if the the food is half spilled in the box. the arrogant manager then commented I should not be talking to him like that and he is replacing the order and was trying to offer the food for free, proper customer service for manager is apologizing then try to work out solutions not arrogantly saying that you should have taken the food like that. Then got a call 5 minutes after saying the order was called. Never ordering again from this shop.

One of the best pizza places I've ever used, and the only one I'll use in the area. As a benchmark? My mother is not overly fond of pizza, and the 1st time I ordered a large Capricciosa (my favourite) - and she had THREE slices! My measure of any pizza place is how they make a Capricciosa; if they can't make that well, I don't bother. Mama Gs makes an EXCELLENT Capricciosa, and I have nothing bad to say about the other pizzas we've tried. No amount of 'fiddling' with toppings has proven an issue - great service, fantastic food, very reasonable prices, and lovely delivery drivers. 5 star business.

Wouldn't recommend them at all anymore. Everything has gone down hill massively over the last 6 months. Time for delivery is said to be 45 and 1.5 hours later it arrives. I called at an 1 hour 15 for an up date and got put onto a manager who told me they are under staffed and now the wait is averaging 1 hour 15 so its not an issue. She wasn't concerned at all about the fact it's the 3rd time this has happened. Husband and I lost ours appetites from the wait but still ate which was when I found a chicken bone in mine. Turn off is an understatement. Couldn't bring myself to call back as it just wasn't worth the effort. Won't be going back here.

First time we’ve ever tried this place as we are from Melbourne and not near Pakenham at all and it was simply amazing! The pizza was very generous and was definitely worth more than what we paid for (we got 2 x family pizzas, 1 x garlic bread, 2 x ice cream containers 2 x large wedges all for around $50) and on top of that, when we told the lovely gentleman we’re from Melbourne as friendly chat, he gave us 3 x soft drinks of our choice for free which was really generous and unexpected. Thank you so much for this warm welcome, we will definitely be coming back every time we have a trip up this end!

I simply cannot agree with any of these comments here. This is the third time we have ordered from this place and I simply can say that the pizza is not very good! The dough seems under cooked, very oily and the toppings are always falling off. There is no flavour and just the other day after waiting an hour for a delivery I had one pizza that looked likes it’s been dropped on the floor, it was completely unacceptable! I find the pizzas very soggy and this may explain why your toppings fail to stay on the pizza. I’ve given this place too many chances. I won’t be coming back here.

Great service and very very busy. I clearly ordered the wrong pizza in a capriccosa, a pizza standard, which sadly had no flavour. However I am sure that this pizza shop has its star pizzas that all the regular customers are ordering. Im not going to give a poor review as the service was excellent. The pizza menu is huge so in order to cover the cost maybe the more common ingredients might have been lower quality to be cost effective and therefore flavourless. I don't discourage a visit, but go big and extravagant you might be surprised. Bon appetite.

To begin with, our pizzas were delivered to the wrong house. Fortunately it was my daughters house. She paid for them then delivered them to my house. She tried to explain to the delivery driver that the pizzas weren’t hers but unfortunately the driver was dead and did not understand. When the pizzas finally got delivered by my daughter they were cold and almost inedible We will probably go elsewhere in future

This is coming from a long term, regular and up until recently, a happy customer... MEAT ON VEGETARIAN This now makes it the THIRD time that my vegetarian pizza has had meat on it! This never used to be a problem and now it's a recurring issue. 6 years this has been my go to pizza shop, so I can tell you right now that the quality and care put in by the staff is nothing like it used to be. Very disappointed!! The fact this issue has now happened 3 times is the reason Mumma G's has now lost me as a customer for good.

What's not to like about it? The pizzas are great, the customer service is even better. Tonight I went in to pick up my order and didn't have enough hands for the drink, I asked if I could take my pizzas out and come back in for the drink, the guy who served me was around my side of the counter in a second not only getting the drink out of the fridge for me but also offering to take it out to the car, it's this kind of 'above and beyond' customer service that stands out and will keep us coming back

Good pizza but literally EVERY time we order a pizza it is WRONG!! We always get a half half and there is always either a topping missing or the ingredient is put on the wrong half. One time ordered a Margherita and it had garlic covering the base, luckily i'm not allergic. This time we ordered 2 small pizzas instead to avoid this happening and it is still wrong, no bbq sauce on the pizza. Seriously how hard is it to read a docket. Pizza is good but doubt will be ordering from here anymore.

Stoped here with the son having never been in before. The staff were great people, fun to chat with. The food was good nice and hot plenty of chilli . Presently surprised by the high quality for the price. We gota great tasting pizza at slop budget pizza price. The garlic bread was the same as every other garlic bread I'd ever eaten. We ate it at the park at the end of the road which is one of the best kids park I've come across. All in a very pleasant afternoon for us. Great spot.

The food is delish, especially the basic pizzas and risottos. However, every time I've ordered the garlic prawn risotto I have ended up with food poisoning including today. Also, every time I've ordered a pizza they get it wrong which is very dangerous for me as I'm deadly allergic to multiple ingredients and even though I've reiterated this over and over, there is a mistake and I have ended up near dead and in hospital for hours and hours I won't be ordering again.

The pizza is very delicious. My daughter loves it. The staff is very friendly and lovely, in fact she upgraded our order into large free of charge. Now you just earned a loyal customer. Keep it up!

Nice pizzas. Personal preference but the margarita could definitely use more sauce top and bottom. It has a great amount of cheese though! But it did kind of taste just like a cheese pizza as there was hardly any sauce.. But for the first time trying Mumma Gs pizza I was happy with what I received! I will be back, but maybe I need to ask for extra sauce on the margarita if its not made the way I’d like it to be but that’s okay :)

I ordered a small Supreme with shrimp. There were no olives but it came sprinkled with chilli flakes which I did not order. Nowhere on the menu does it say that we have a choice of mild, medium or hot salami. I would never had ordered HOT salami. We also ordered arancini balls which were overcooked and dry. We're finding it hard to find a decent pizza place in town and we thought you would be the one. Sadly our search continues.

Could not recommend this place enough. Been eating here for a few years now and was over the moon when they started delivering to koo wee rup. Definitely worth the few extra dollars for delivery to receive a pizza that is absolutely delicious, and bonus, 9 out of 10 times the delivery is early Plus the staff are just so friendly and I've never had any problems with any of them. Keep up the amazing work!

I dropped in here tonight on the way to a meeting. Grabbed a large cap pizza which I ordered by phone on the way there. The pizza was ready when I arrived. The crust was really nice, crisp with good taste but nicely breadish on the inside. Each slice held its form well and there was a generous serving of toppings including really nice olives and anchovies. Great pizza. #letsguide

I've been coming here for years and the food is always fantastic. My orders are usually custom and the staff here accommodate all my crazy requests with a smile every time. They even helped me sort out a way for my non-English speaking relatives from overseas to be able to order a pizza whilst on vacation. Talk about going the extra mile!

This is the best pizza place in pakenham.... they never disapoint with the amount of toppings and when you ask for extra toppings you actually get extra toppings!! Its the 90s pizza brought back into the 00s!! They also have the most amazing pasta, they actually taste like homemade pastas!! The tiramisu goes prettu good too!

Been a regular since week 1 of opening in (aug 2015) and pizzas and pasta have always been of top quality. We love to customise our orders and nothing is ever considered too weird for the staff to handle. If anything is unavailable within a minute of ordering I get a phone call and alternate options given. Keep it up guys!!!

Decided to take a risk and try out somewhere different for pizza and I gotta say I’m happy we did. The pizzas are delicious from Mamma G’s and the combo deals you can get are a great deal too. Fresh ingredients and tasty tasty cheese on top of a perfectly cooked pizza every time. The online ordering system is great too.

The parmas are spot on! 10/10! My partner and I have had a couple of parmas recently from mumma gs and they’re such good value for money and so delicious! The classic ham and cheese and the middle eastern are amazing!

Moved down from Canberra and was used to the best pizza on the planet (Zucchini Bro’s), but I’ll be damned this place is just as good if not better! This is a must eat destination for anyone in Victoria! Make the trip it’s definitely worth it!!!

ordered veggie pizza (spicy) with garlic bread. Garlic bread was old n burnt wrapped in foil. pizza was 3/10, not spicy at all even though instructions was given prior. not recommended.

We love this pizza shop! This is our family's favourite and we always go here for pizza. We always recommend them to friends too. The pizzas are delicious and we've never had an issue.
