This is a wonderful, small museum that gives a taste for the history of Manaus, indigenous cultures, some art, and some natural history. I got a personal tour guide, who was absolutely delightful. Her English was very good and she really helped me understand a number of the exhibits at the museum. More

Best museum to understand different epoques in Manaus, the Rubber Industry, the love, passion and melancolie of generations. We also have received extremely good introductions from a volunteer staff in the museum. Strongly recommended.

This free of charge city museum is composed mainly of a maze of almost empty chambers. Here and there, there is some items, and some sights, but too little regarding

Basic museum that covers several topics about Manaus. So the information you get quite basic. Still, it is good to spend an hour or so.

Very nice museum with interesting exhibit presentation such as water projections and video/model demonstrations.
