I never ever leave reviews because I worked in customer service for years so I know how people can catch you on a bad day and I give a LOT of grace for customer-facing workers. However, the sales lady named Kathy has been rude for absolutely no reason every single time I go in. Firstly she’s incredibly monotone and almost condescending when she speaks to you. I’ve never been anything but pleasant and consistently said thank you to her even amidst her addressing me with contempt. A couple of times I could let slide but it is every single time. You honestly just have to experience her firsthand to understand the way she makes you feel like a terrible person for literally doing nothing besides buying something. Today I bought tampons which is already an awkward purchase and she made me feel like an idiot for wanting to buy a bag for the one item. For me, it is just a personal preference as I don’t wish to parade around the fact that I am on my period and thought another woman would be sensitive to that. Either there is something wrong with the culture here which has made her incredibly cold and uncaring or she is beyond rude and should not be in customer service. I’m surprised there aren’t more reviews about her attitude.

Forced to put a star but really no stars are deserved for this bloody pharmacy. Was utterly shocked to hear my wife telling me today she was refused supply of chlorsig ointment for her stye upon recommendation from the doctor. The pharmacist informed her that she needs to get a bloody prescription. Do yourselves a favour, being such a quiet pharmacy most of the time the very least people deserve to get served the right way. And please hire a qualified pharmacist that knows what they are talking about. For them to refuse supply for bloody chlorsig eye ointment saying it requires a script is absolutely appalling. Its healthcare the last time I checked, if you don't care then you should not be fit to work in this industry. Never ever come to this pharmacy for health advices. The ironic thing is that after she was refused supply she went to the mychemist upstairs and she was supplied the ointment in a heartbeat. Go figure.

I have bad experience in the store today. I go to get my B&L renu refresh, the price ticket showed $17.99, I just realised that they have overcharged when I walked out the store, then I go back to take a photo of the ticket and shows the cashier. The guy who attended to me said they can't refund the difference sum ($1) to me, because they forgot to remove the ticket and every store are selling $18.99, and he said everything are going up due to inflation, and the lady staff who next to him said I took the last month photo to ask for refund . I just checked out from her counter 5 mins ago, and I showed them the receipt.... OMG, what kind of customer service they provided, both of them are not fit in their role at all.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Such a bad customer service whenever I visit. So gloomy people without smile even in the counter. They don't want people to buy stuff from there I feel. Pharmacists always try to find faults in prescriptions and just wasting our precious times. I gave a prescription and nothing heard for 15 mins. Then I rang the bell. Then the pharmacist told my prescription is expired. Should have told before than keeping me waiting. It wasn't even expired. At the same time another lady's prescription was not given for saying it's not original. What's the point of having this pharmacy if they work like this. I will never go again. Worst place ever.

I went to this chemist on Westfield Doncaster today. I was looking for iron tablets there was a lady handling stock and checking stocks with paper just infront of pharmacy counter.I went to her and asked which section is for iron tablets. She didn’t listen to me at first just ignored me, i kept standing there, when I asked her again she didn’t let me finish me and said section 3. I kept looking for 6-7 minutes couldn’t find and went to another section 4 and i found it there. She rolled her eyes to me when she answered me. She was very rude and made me feel very uneasy. I don't know her name but she was indian lady. Never going back to this place.

Went in to get prescription for ozempic filled. Was told it’s sold out by the sales person. I asked if and when they get a supply, is it only sold and kept for patients with diabetes or can obese patients purchase also. Sales person wasn’t sure, so I asked if she can confirm with the pharmacist. I heard the pharmacist snap at the sales assistant “Tell her were out! What’s the problem?” Pharmacist then came over and snapped “Yes?!?” This threw me off and I literally mispronounced every word. I just wanted to know if they were selling the medicine to obese patients. There was no reason to be rude. I politely asked a legitimate question.

Do not come here. The staff are horribly rude especially JUNGOOK YANG. A pathetic excuse for a pharmacist. Mr YANG told me and wife that he could sign 4 documents per person (to accommodate for potential busy periods). Then in the middle of signing our documents he suddenly and without any good reason had a change of heart and kept saying that there was another chemist downstairs who could sign our documents. The chemist wasn't busy at the time and when I said I was happy to wait until he was comfortable to sign our documents, he then very unfairly said "Even if you wait there, I still won't sign your documents". Terribly rude!!!

Rude staff member ran into me and hit me in the back with a box that he was holding to restock goods. Instead of apologising or checking if I was ok, he rolled his eyes, made a remark and kept walking. Accidents like this happen, an apology and preventing restocking during busy customer peak hour would have prevented this incident. Hope no other customers have to go through that experience. Wont go back. There are several better options.

Was just accused of stealing cologne from here because I was trying to choose one for my son. One staff found an empty box, accused me of stealing and looked through all my bags of shopping, which of course they didn’t find. They then went back to the shelf and found the missing cologne. Felt completely humiliated and frazzled by the experience. Rude staff, stay away!

Unfriendly and rude Vietnamese origin Female working at the Pharmacy counter upstairs. She seemed bothered when I asked her for help, if I was White (especially a White Male) maybe I would have been treated well since Oriental Asian Women have an affinity for White Males? Maybe customer service is not for her, rather give someone else the job who wants to help.

An Asian male young pharmacist was really rude and not helpful at all, I wonder where did he obtain his certificate? Other staffs are alright. This one star is dedicated to the Asian male pharmacist (next time I will go to get his name to warn other customers to stay away from him). This “My chemist” is at the 1st floor, not the ground floor one.

Horrible pharmacists here. Both branches upstairs and downstairs flat out refused fo sign my one page stat dec. Complete lack of civic consciousness and a disgrace to their professions. We are regular customers here but me and my family will never come again. Like the other reviews they are on interested in profiteering.

My chemist on the bottom floor in Westfield has to have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every time I go into the store the same older lady happens to serve me and is consistently rude. I am a teenager and it seems as though she thinks she is above me and treats me with complete disrespect.

no problems with the pharmacy service today with the dispensing of my medication but one of the assistances apparently has a poor knowledge of anatomy and physiology, she had her face mask only over her mouth. maybe the pharmacists can enlighten the staff on the importance of wearing face masks appropriately

Slowest service ever… waited almost 15mins for a simple perscription with only one other customer waiting. I could hear the staff behind the counter just chatting away. I had to ask if my meds were ready before he gave it to me and it was clearly just sitting there!!!
