These guys are absolutely criminal and most likely running a scam company. Charged me $205 to unlock my work vehicle, the technician gave me a fake name & tried to have me fill out the invoice. When i phoned the company the person on the other end of the phone was not helpful either. The receipt and the invoice company names do NOT match. The technician who arrived got aggressive when I disagreed with his price and tried using high pressure sales tactics in order to close the deal. Do not use these guys. I will be filing a report with the BBB & filing a police report so they can be added to the ongoing investigation for unaccredited locksmiths as reported by CBC.

Complete rip-off. I called them and they took the vehicle details and gave me a quote under $100 including what's called service charge. Technician was late by one hour. When he showed up, he was like this is a truck and he quoted me a new amount of $162 because it is a truck... really. When I watched him working on the vehicle, it did not seem that he used special truck tools or used more time. He just used the same method, tools, and time for any passenger sedan. Pure thieves.

Quoted me less than $100 and when they arrived they raised the price to over $200. When I disagreed as i had already received a quote the technician who came out got very aggressive and attempted to collect a service fee. Overall a terrible experience, and for the company owner reading this please understand you are in a CUSTOMER SERVICE roll, therefore, your company is not only judged on the service provided but also the manner in which you treat people keeping your lights on.

Would do 0 stars if possible. Called the guy on the phone and he told me $85 for unlocking my car with the service fee included. The tech came and tried to charge me $200. When I didn't comply as this price wasn't promised he got angry with me and then tried to charge me a service fee for doing nothing. The tech had a terrible attitude and left in a huff like a big baby. Please never use these guys. Definitely trying to bait and switch people who don't have a backbone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY -They are using FALSE advertising to get customers -15min response time turned into 2 hours -The technician refused to talk to me in order to figure out where I was. So he ended up driving around for an hour while I asked "where are you? Tell me where you are so I can help you find where I am", still nothing. -Still charged me full price after 2 hour wait time. Will never use again and don't send me an apology response through Google.

My daughter, a college student was charged $220 to open the door on her older car. Unbelievable to charge anyone that, never mind a student. It took me 2 days of shaming them into giving her back $50. Better than nothing I guess. The whole world is going to know about this company and their business practices. Shame on you!!!

They arrived not prepared to get the job done, requiring multiple visits. They are not up-front with their costs, and will attempt to overcharge for everything! They tried to charge me $349.00 to replace a mailbox lock that can be bought at Home Depot for $8.95. Brutal.

Surprised that a professional Locksmith was not able to open a residential lock. Technician was more interested in collecting the Service call than than picking the lock or paying $95.00 for drilling the lock and Selling me another lock for $145.

Said they would charge me $220 to do a repair and when I gave my credit card number they charged over $300 just to change a lock. I would never use these guys again

when the key snapped in my deadbolt i didn't know who to call. found them on google and called them up, they showed up within 20 minutes and handled it like champs
