I love coming here because they have amazing shoes.. so if you're one that needs shoes for every outfit and doesn't want to break the bank.. well this place is for you! They have amazing deals and a lot on clearance.. you can also come for accessories as well as a new outfit or two. They do have dressing rooms to try on as well. . They keep the store very clean, and organized. They also greet you as soon as you walk into the door , as well as tell you thank you when you're leaving. They even go as far as helping you look for a certain style etc.

Everything was fine until I’m in the dressing room and there’s a guy in there waiting at her door on his wife I guess to come out to show him how her clothes fit I decided not to try on my clothing instead and walked out but as I exited my dressing room he looked at me up and down like looking at my clothing but I gave him a dirty look. I told cashiers but they stated men are allowed to be in there too! Like what the heck, easily accessible for peepers and what not! Men need different dressing rooms away from women’s!! Asap!!

I’ve never been so disrespected at a Melrose store before and this location had the rudest employees. I walked in & a girl ignored me and automatically rolled her eyes but when other girls walked in she welcomed them so nicely & she continued to stare at me in the store so I was angry and just walked out. When I was leaving she didn’t say thank you or nothing & a woman was behind me and she told her “have a good day ma’am!” You treat me with disrespect, you won’t get my service no more!

The young ladies working there are so polite and willing to help. I had a great experience in store with a young lady Breanna i think was here name. She greeted me oh so kindly with a "welcome to Melrose" when I guess she noticed the older lady in front didn't. Breanna was so kind and came up to me as i was looking for a gift for my daughter. Thanks to her my daughter absolutely loved her gift from me. I will definitely be going back to shop at this location!

This Melrose is just so very rude! I literally just left the jacket that I wanted to purchase there by the register. The heavy set lady with hair in a bun never rang me up i felt she was ignoring me and was calling the customers behind me with no negotiation that she will be right with me. They should have a eye sight test upon hiring its on to Forever 21 where i should of went in the first place.

I had a mask on my lips but none of my nose because I couldn't breathe out of a broken nose and the lady was so rude she kept telling me to put my mask on my nose I didn't like that but yet I still bought $100 worth of items because of selection was great the lady at the counter was awesome also so there you have it folks

I've been going to this location since I was 3X and now I'm a Large, lol. On my last visit I was looking for something green to wear for Saint Patrick's Day. They have a good selection of styles and it's easy to go in and find something when you don't have that much time. Plus, you can shop for the whole family.

I love shopping at Melrose on W. Commerce. Great variety of clothes for Women. And Beautiful discent clothes to wear to Church. Only one thing I don't like is the shoes being upstairs and having to walk up those stairs kills my back and the strength to my legs. So I try going to other stores for my shoes …

Hands down WORST place I've ever worked @!!! Poor,poor,poor management, gossip, bullying & to much favoritism when it comes to these women. If u don't fit into there lit group circle ur already a target to be picked & talked about.

I love Melrose! They have pretty clothes for low prices! I use to go to the Mall alot to shop but I've stopped that, to expensive and all the interest on my credit cards! No thanks! I'd rather pay cash and still look nice.

The store was a wreck. Manger on duty was rude (female) not Efrain. The bathroom was disgusting. Boo-boo on the floor. I checked the back of the door. Last cleaned 2/17/20. I was there 2/29/20. Just nasty.. .

I really enjoy shopping at that Melrose store because I have gotten some great bargains and even found some work clothes, plus you can find neat things there that are not clothing related..

They have Selena Quintanilla-Perez wear here! Bought almost all shirts and sweaters $12 each. I was walking by when my attention was directed to a Selena crop top. I'm a fan❤ …

This was my first time visiting My Melrose, the store has a large selection of women clothes and shoes, but a small selection for men, but prices are very reasonable for both.

Loved the team work considering I went on New Years Eve they were totally smooth and calm and as always I found what I wanted at a great price and the rewards totally add up.

My girlfriend loves this store she can spend hours shopping here she buys a bunch of sexy clothes so when I take her out and for good prices too

I have only shopped at Melrose one other time. This time was different though! They have gorgeous clothes for a really great price!

I love this store most of the things are similar to Ross but I feel it's a simple shop for you to grab and go not super shopping

The clothes are Mainly for teenagers the pajamas were too small but I love their lingerie many colors
