My Tea is one of the worst cafeteria in the International City, Dubai. Very unprofessional staff specially Reception Indian Staff. They do not know how to behave with the customers. They will fight even If you don't have change of 25 fills. Even though you are giving order for 110.25 AED and If you pay only 25 fills less they will take your order return because of less 25 fills and will make angry the customer because of only 25 fills. This is the pathetic standard of My Tea. Today same thing happen with me, I don't had a change and told them I will give next time, they returned my order because of 25 fills less only and very misbehaved with me from unprofessional cashier Fazal. They will charge 2 dhrm for tea and give you half of the cup and when you will ask them why you people are doing like this they will fight and misbehave with you. This happened with me 3rd time, before I always ignored but today I have decided finally I will never go to My Tea café anymore and will tell all of my friends and family, they will also boycott with My tea. My Tea Indian staff having discrimination with Pakistan nationality community. I will strongly not recommend this café to any nationality who they do discrimination with specific nationality. Even their Pakistani staff are unhappy with them. The Owner of My Tea Mr. Munawar Zaman he needs to take serious action against their Indian illiterates staff specially for Fazal who creating problems for all customers in France cluster branch. Remember my words Mr. Munawar Zaman, If you will keep continue doing these type of things and misbehavior with the customers then believe me one day no one will come any of your MY Tea branch and you will loose your business also. you should took serious action for Fazal and other such type of staff who they are destroying your business. My self I am very qualified and very renowned doctor in International City, 70 % community of International City they knows me very well. If your unprofessional staff can do such type of misbehavior with any qualified Doctor so just imagine what they do with Labor customers. Mr. Munawar Zaman I will be waiting for your positive response how you will evaluate properly about your staff behavior with customer satisfaction. If there will be not any response from the Owner side. So I have right to launch official complain to Government Authority to rectify this discrimination with specific nationality which is not acceptable at all. I will give Zero (0) star to My Tea Cafeteria in International City.

We have been to Fairway many times for breakfast. It’s a family-owned restaurant, with friendly service and homestyle cooking, Their are quite popular at breakfast hotdog with cheese and watermelon, and In my opinion, they really excel at breakfast cheese with bulls eyes and watermelon drink. This Are always perfectly cooked and tasty, the menu has lots of varieties,but loved it that cheese with bulls eyes & watermelon. (Thank you so much Mr sohaib and floor staff Nigerian there are very professional and very kind with all customers. And i hope i will visit again soon.)

I have been Visiting them from last 5 years. Nice cafeteria with lots of snacks option. In Veg their Falafel Sandwich is worth trying also their chai. Easy on pocket not too much expensive. staff is also very friendly.

Best tea place in town. The staff is very friendly. It’s my routine that I sit their with my family or friends for a chit chat in an open air sitting area or if we wanna have proper dinner they have air conditioned indoor sitting area as well. Staff is very friendly specially two guys Waqar and Tecy. They know every customer and you dont need to repeat your order as they will serve you without even asking them what to bring.

Best cheese and chips oman parata ever!! I also absolutely love their karak. I definitely recommend 10/10!!

Can’t really park anywhere except on the road.

I usually get deliveries from this place and today for the first time I tried the grilled chicken, the taste is quite juicy and the price is cheap yet it fills the tummy, other than that their shawarma is top tier too

Im very sad to tell before this shop is very nice also fast delivery minimum order also 10 aed. Now they told me we need to buy minimum 15-20 aed. Also 3 -4 days ago i ordered fries big parcel i got it after one hour already its become cold.

Some things are good, today I ordered avacodo juice, but it is not good, maybe you shouldn't expect a healthy food from here, they don't understand the special instruction on preparation, I said no ice and no sugar, they added vanila ice cream as topping

Best tea shop in international City. The place to head for a great cup of tea or coffee. Their sandwiches are worth trying(especially the chilli chicken porotta sandwich). The ambience is great and the staffs are so friendly and kind. Great place for night hangout with family and friends. I liked their tea. Their lassies are fine too. Above all, it’s very pocket friendly.

Best superbly out class service and I appreciate whole team of my tea my bundle of prayers with you whole team of my tea ALLAH pak bless you more then your expectations and build your customers in number or thousands and lack's more then this thank you infact jazak ALLAH best of luck team my tea good

As budget restaurant... Its best...not actually for sweet people’s, but for asians/spicy ....you r gonna love it i promise...but make sure that u give them enough time to make the food proper.....Don't rush,if u do,can't taste the authenticity... Loved it...

Very bad service I order many times they said wait we will be there in 10 minutes then after 30 minutes I call them again and they said sorry we can't deliver your order we are busy also behavior of staff is very rude.i request owner to manage these things.

Bought a black coffee in the morning (no sugar) for 3 AED. I think it's overpriced and not satisfied

I came all the way from sharjah. And i got half cup in price of full cup and amazingly it is not first time. They are always giving less than 50% tea in a cup. MASHALLAH MASHALLAH

This spot has a pleasant guest plan, both indoor and outside.The staff is very friendly.It's a just improved little eatery. Has numerous choices for snacks, lassi, tea and smoothies. Pocket agreeable eatery

its tasty tea but they always give you HALF CUP its the expensive tea in that area so they need to fill the cup as every other place does
