Staff are friendly, owner of store made sure the customers felt comfortable. I had a spa pedicure & manicure with gel polish done. Feel the staff need a bit more training. Couple of points; although nail bed was cleansed from dust after filing, should also ensure the nail dust on rest of hand is removed as in between moving my hand in and out from under the curing light the dust on the hand did go onto the nail in between polish layers which caused surface imperfections, this is also a hygienic issue as the dust will be touched with the gel polish brush. Need to also pay attention to any polish that has dripped down the side of the nail as it pomotes lifting of the polish after a couple of days of washing and using hands (Gel polish should last up to 10 days wear). Overall happy with service.

Ladies out there know fully well that we never get what we want but oh my God Helen came prepared Im located in soutbank but heard so much good things about this place so I took my cute butt an hr away to Upwey and I was not disappointed!!! The whole salon were clean and professional, definitely love the extra services like water or coke and candies for customers. The photo I took of mine ( purple nails ) did not do it justice fair to say I will definitely be back regularly to get better designs

My experience under new management was less than desirable. They are friendly, hand out the water and lollies but my sns nails were way too thick. When I returned to have them taken off, they drilled down so far that my natural nails underneath have been ruined. Weeks later you can still see the drill marks that burnt into my own nail bed. My nails are now breaking all the time and thin. Before I went my natural nails were healthy and long. Not happy at all.

Walked in and got a mani pedi with my husband. The staff were amazing, very helpful and kind. The service was great, we both really enjoyed the experience and got exactly we were after. It was also a hot day and they gave us each a bottle of water which was very nice. As we aren’t familiar with the area they gave us some suggestions of places to see and things to do which was great. Definitely recommend this salon to anyone!

The new owners are so lovely and really make you feel welcome, I had the most relaxing pedicure, the service was more than what I hope for, the atmosphere is relaxing with a good vibe nice conversations. I also needed my nails fixed up that I had done elsewhere, which they were more than accommodating with I left feeling like a new woman. I will be recommending and coming back.

Helen and her staff are lovely and do an amazing job at SNS. The service is so consistent every time, I always leave with exactly what I asked for and my nails are often complimented by others. While there are plenty of other nail salons local to me, I travel almost 40 minutes to come here because this kind of consistency is hard to find at a salon. 5 stars for sure!

Consistent service and quality. Have done it in the past with Helen and today with Ivy with perfect results. I am a nurse, so it goes without saying that my nails and the skin on my hands suffer the worst but I always come out of this Salon with my nails beautifully shaped, manicured and coloured. I was treated to the most amazing shellac pedicure by Helen. By far one of the best Pedi's I've ever had including overseas . Helens attention to detail and superb massage was outstanding. A beautiful lady who really cares about her clients . Thank you . Will definitely be back.

Arrived at 9:05am on a Friday morning, the salon isn't open and nobody is answering the phones. Waited until 9:25am and still the same. Maybe they're great, but I guess I can't tell if they're absent.
