First and foremost the service in this orthodontist clinic was great, so was the ambience. However, I had a consultation that cost MYR500 with an x-ray as I wanted to check for my post complications of my wisdom tooth surgery done at another clinic as I was leaving the country for awhile shortly. I was told to come in the next day after I took the x-ray. When I did, nothing more was done than the previous day, was told that he can't do anything within a short period of time. Fair enough there isn't enough time, that should've been said during the first consultation. Moreover, with the comments provided by the doctor it doesn't seem like an x-ray was necessary at all, felt like I got ripped off when I left the premise.

My wife came to Mydentist Jalan Ipoh Branch in August. During consultation with Dr Foo, he had promised her that the denture will be made with the best material from US - flexible and elastic. The "flexi-denture" cost her RM21K but the end product is hard plastic causing her pain every 3hours upon wearing. How many percent of acrylic is used? We were forced to make full payment, when we don't even know if the end-product is satisfactory. All up to the clinic to say. Where is our consumer's right when things goes wrong like this? We would like to bring awareness to others to be more careful when dealing with this clinic.

*Update* Extracted a tooth and the whole process was completely painless! Barely any blood too. I have a very low tolerance for pain and was anxious at first but Dr Chris reassured me calmly and true enough the process was smooth and painless! GREAT service from all the staff! They will make sure you are comfortable and let you know clearly what needs to be done (I did some scans and got my pictures taken). Dr Chris is as detailed and friendly as ever (this is my second visit), and you won't feel pressured at all.

Had a few crowns done by Dr Lee, he was very gentle and there was no pain! He explained step by step what he was going to to do next which helped to reduce my anxiety!! Nurses were very attentive and seems to know what they were doing, which also helped. Am impressed! Very comfortable waiting area compared to other clinics I've been. Parking might be an issue but a phone call to the reception will resolve the problem.

I had such a positive experience here! The clinic was clean and well-maintained, and the staff made me feel comfortable right from the moment I walked in. Dr. Chris was really knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. He was also very gentle during the treatment, which made me feel at ease. Overall, I had a great visit and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone in need of dental care!

I will definitely recommend this dental clinic to whoever has tooth problem. The receptionist & all the staffs were so polite & put you at ease. Dr Fong who attended to my toothache and fix the crown was very cheerful & professional. All anxieties & doubts cleared after the whole treatment. Very satisfying experience & will definitely come again in future if I've any dental problem. Thanks to all the staffs.

I am well informed of ny conditions, attended with care and caution. Above all, the entire experience is painless. The best wisdom tooth surgery and braces in KL! The doctors were so gentle and the staff is so nice and friendly. The whole procedure was completely painless. The jazz music added so much sense of relaxation <3
