Administration staff: surly at best Wait time: unnecessarily lengthy Doctors: disinterested Latest visit: 13-August-2015 Arrived at 8:30am as the clinic accepts walk in patients. I was advised due to short staffing, it was at least an hour wait and if I came back after 10am it'd be better. Came back at 3pm and was told it was at least an hour or more and that I should have made an appointment. The receptionist was rude and basically couldn't care any less about the fact that I needed some level of medical care. I eventually (1.5h later) saw Dr. Saba. He asked "What's your problem today?". I said I'd had a persistent cold/flu issue and was scheduled to fly long haul so wanted to check that there was no infection (I actually work in a medical field and had spoken to doctors who advised it sounded like I had an infection and that I should get some antibiotics in case). He didn't bother to ask any of my symptoms, took no history of my current or past conditions and then only offered two days off work and told me to sleep. This was after me telling him twice I was on vacation and scheduled to fly therefore not needing any time off work. He then said he was suffering the same situation as me and that he was coping by drinking hot water and lemon and that he can't ethically do anything else without spending Medicare's money (I'm not currently Medicare eligible). At the end of the day, I'll go find somewhere else that actually does a thorough job but I feel for any patient that has to rely on this doctor and this practice. This place gets one star only because I have to select one star. If I could, I would give it zero stars and take away any other stars earned in other reviews.

Went there for some simple tests, was told I was going to get contacted with the results within 2 days. That never happened. Called them after 4 days, no explanation / apology. The receptionists didn't seem to know what they where doing, and where very unhelpful and quite rude. Apparently to even get to know your results in Australia you have to book another appointment with your doctor (dr. David Leon), we had a 5 min phonecall. The receptionist tried to charged me 130$ for the 5 min 5 min phonecall (for a appointment under 20 min the fee is 80$. Bear in mind I have already paid 189$ for the simple tests and 130$ just to even talk with the doctor previously.) The receptionist asked to put me on hold cause apparently dr Leon had charged me 130$. She came back and said "He was on the phone 30 min with the lab to get the results". How is that possible when it`s just a simple test? She said and I quote "are you okay with paying 130$? And then she just said "ohhh I will change it to 80$. Ohh so he wasn't on the phone for 30 min? Like how can you just change the price? That is mad to me. Like I miss my health system in Norway, cause this is by far the worst place I have ever been too.

Dr Michael Lees is great! (5 stars for him, 2 stars for reception and the office) When I walked in though there was about a 7 minute wait in line even though there was just one person in front at the two seperate receptionists... maybe they need more receptionists on or drs to have all the info ready for the receptionists to process or something. Then when I left a different lady served me and was very unfriendly.. a sad way to end it really after seeing a great doctor. She kind of just grunted at me and didn’t even say hi and then stared at me waiting for me to swipe my card... maybe say “that’s X amount thanks”. I get a better level of service when paying at McDonald’s. For the doctor I’d give him 5 stars but due to the bad service at reception arriving and departing I’ve reduced my overall rating. The building is also filled with a million signs, posters and art on the walls. Also the most obvious ones says NO DRUGS ON PREMISES or something and CCTV in operation... never seen that one in a doctors office before... isn’t a nice welcoming. If it has to be there at least make all the stuff look formatted to some level of similarity so it looks professional.

If I could give it a zero out of 5, I would. Worst doctor I have ever been to. Unfortunately I couldn't get in to see my usual GP, so was stuck here. I had initially booked online, only to be told when i got there (in a sneering tone) "oh no, that doesn't work, you'll just have to wait.". After a wait, I saw Dr Sara Guiguis. She asked me what was wrong, and before I could finish, she was on the phone talking to someone about her air conditioning. Then asked again and dismissed my symptoms. She then did a very rough assessment, and ordered some tests. I told her I had actually only had the same tests done a few weeks before and she dismissed this entirely. She then got on the phone again trying to talk to someone again about her air conditioning. She did not ask what medications I was on already and sent me away with a work certificate. She was rude, abrupt, ordered inappropriate tests for my symptoms (I work in allied health and know what is and isn't appropriate) and it was generally an awful experience. Do not waste your time here.

These guys are really good now! A lot of the comments here used to be true, because I’d been to this clinic in the past and decided not to go back, until recently when I needed an appointment after work. I’ve been there a few times now (Jan - Mar 2018) and both Dr Paul and Dr Michael have been excellent. I’m pretty picky about the Doctors I see and I went as far recommending these guys to my partner and friends. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes - I know that because I never wait more than 15 minutes at any Doctors. Reception has also changed for the better, but they never really bothered me in the past - they just seem a bit friendlier now. One of the ladies seems quite direct, but always professional and in a reception that handles sick people all day long, thats fine by me! I’ve worked on reception and as a medical consultant with patients. For both jobs, I know it can be a balancing act - you don’t want to interrupt a consultation for any reason but then you don’t want late appointments or people leaving.

Worst experience I have ever had at a doctor's clinic. The older Asian lady at reception told me I would have to buy a mask and that they did not have any they could give me which was a blatant lie as the next person who came in also didn't have a mask but was given one by the other receptionist. I then had to wait 40 minutes after my appointment was scheduled for Dr Sara Guirgis who was extremely rude and invalidating. She refused to sign my vaccination record card correctly and after I explained to her it was a legal document that required signing for my university placements she told me to "calm down" and that she has "done this a thousand times before". She also answered mobile calls mid-appointment and tried to get me to make a payment for a vaccine I did not need. l would not go to this doctor's clinic as the unprofessionalism and impoliteness are shocking. There are much better alternatives with doctors who genuinely care for their patients.

To start off, every time I've been there the people at the reception desk have been very rude. I try to brush this off and respond with politeness only to receive more rudeness.. Secondly, the last 2 times I went there I had booked an appointment online. The first time I was told that the appointment was booked for a doctor who had finished work already and it shouldn't have been an option. Unfortunately it was and I had chosen it. I didn't get to see a doctor and I was really unwell. The second time I believe the same thing happened and the girl at the desk didn't tell me. She looked it up, her expression suggested confusion and she asked my full name (it was clear she couldn't find it). She typed something and said to wait upstairs. I waited over an hour and people who turned up after me were being seen before me. Absolutely the worst practice I've ever visited.

I usually take these reviews with a pinch of salt, but wish I hadn’t. The experience was more painful than the condition I went to get check out! The doctor I saw was dreadful and didn’t fill me with an confidence she knew what she was doing - it was like speaking to a bus driver about rocket science. She could only prescribe me nurofen and told me she didn’t have the qualifications to give me anything else. That’s a red flag for me. The appointment took over 30 minutes for a simple solution. The person before me in the queue had the same experience and tried to warn me as she was leaving. The reception staff were also arguing with 2 elderly ladies when I walked in. If you value your health and your time, I would avoid this place. 1 star is being generous unfortunately.

  • Jo Durdin

I’ve had good experiences at the practise and see Dr Christine for my routine visits who usually runs on time . I’ve had prenatal services and also all my 1.5 year old child’s regular checkups and vaccinations. The nurses are always friendly and try to make it as quick as possible. The pathologist upstairs is great and again make the experience enjoyable particularly if you have frequent blood tests for any health reasons. To clarify other reviews - most of the doctors do bulk bill, but there is a small gap (like most places in Sydney due to rent costs) and for Telehealth services you do need to be able to pay this appointment over the phone (if they don’t already have card details on file) . In my experience the reception staff have always been nice and pleasant.

  • Luisa Batalha

my appointment with Dr Sara Guirgis was by worst doctor experience ever. I made an appointment for 8.45am to be sure not having to wait for too long and yet i had to wait for an an hour and a quarter. once in the doctor didn't show much interest or care. she ate nuts and drunk coffee while taking my blood pressure. once having written the referral i needed started to dismiss immediately with polite words that were completely devoid of meaning. as i was walking out she said "oh, did i take your blood pressure?" "no' I said. so she took my blood pressure and then again once done dismissed me again with those empty polite words that only made me feel like i was just a thing that come in an out of her office. Never again. Avoid her if you can

  • bob jenkins

Worst medical experience I’ve had ever. I had a Telehealth call with Doctor Sarah, who was rude and impatient as I listed out my symptoms, repeatedly yelling & interrupting (unprofessional). Once I told her my reasons for the over the phone consultation (covid symptoms) she aggressively screamed how my Medicare wouldn’t pay for it (despite me telling I could come at a later time for payment clear up , but I need antibiotics / treatment ASAP). She then said “Set up appointment in person.” and hung up, a minute into the call. Despite not knowing the severity of my symptoms, nor the next availability. This situation would have been detrimental if I was someone older. It’s despicable, their blatant value of money over people’s well being.

  • Rebecca Johnston

I had a horrible racist experience with this practice, in particular the pathology unit. I am 8 months pregnant and left the practice crying and hyperventilating. I sent a complaint email to the practice on the same day and they have still failed to get back to me. I am so disappointed in an establishment that is there to give care. I am only giving 1 start as previous to this experience, I had visited the pathology unit with no problems. However that is completely overshadowed now and even more surprising that no one from the practice has responded to my email or reached out to me. I would not recommend and will gladly make the trip to RPA hospital for any blood work where their understanding of the way medicare works is correct.

  • Kurt Banks

Literally the worst practice you'll ever visit, a couple of the doctors are actually pleasant and competent. However, the reception staff are a completely different story; I have always had my consultations bulk-billed, except for this week, I was asked to pay $79 for my fifteen minute telehealth appointment, and I would receive a $35 rebate. I just got out of hospital and have been on bed rest, so unable to work for the entire week, I told the receptionist it's not within my budget and she audibly scoffed over the phone at me. I tried to explain why I was so financially unstable, but she just kept repeating herself that I needed to pay. No understanding, no empathy - just acting like it was coming out of her pay. Disgraceful.

  • Justine

Dr Sylvanna Lee is the hands down best GP I have ever had in my life. She’s incredibly smart, caring and thorough - everything you want in a doctor. I recommend her to everyone. It’s unfortunate that the medical centre itself and the other staff there are not as pleasant. The owner, “Dr” Sara Guirgis is the most unprofessional and unpleasant doctor. I went to see her and she was playing with her stapler the entire time I spoke to her! She was so rude, was so out of touch with what I was telling her and she was judgemental. I will never forget it. Dr Sylvanna Lee is the only reason you would come here. Try to make it a quick in and out visit so you don’t encounter the old ignorance of dr Sara Guirgis!

  • Monica Fahey

Despite making a booking ahead of time, the doctor saw three people before me so I had to wait 40 minutes. She then charged me, despite the fact that my booking was supposed to be bulk billed. I could have gone to a good private practice for $75 and it wouldn't have taken me 1.5 hours just to get a script for a really basic diagnosis. I've never had to pay for this type of consult before. The reception also failed to update some really old contact details. They also asked and recorded irrelevant questions like my marital status and how many housemates I live with?! They also weighed me?? Dr Sara Guirgis was good aside from blindsiding me with the bill. Definitely won't be going back.

  • Essie Luckett

WITH THE EXCEPTION OF DR SYLVANA LEE who is an excellent doctor and a most pleasant person, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE TO ANYBODY. I found it dreadfully rude after arriving on time for my third appointment with another dr and having been assured that shewould see me if waited an extra 30 minutes (which I did) to then be told (after 40 minutes) that the dr was running too late and would I come back another day. VERY RUDE TREATMENT. Despite having left instructions not to, their nurse/receptionist kept ringing me on my mobile at work, would then say she couldn't hear me and then had the nerve when I spoke to her about it in the practice to say she had never done so.

  • POSCA

Useless. Trying to make an appointment and the receptionist got distracted twice, made three errors, and took 3.5 minutes to book my appointment. Fast forward to 810AM Saturday morning and I've just now been called to request "payment" for my telehealth (scheduled for 830 just to refill a monthly script). None of my prior appointments (in practise or telehealth) have been mixed billing and I didn't pay for either of them. Wasn't told about "mixed billing" on the call for this telehealth call so I guess it was three mistakes. Now I have no script and have to find a GP who employs staff with more than 2 braincells. Abysmal experience all round, would absolutely not recommend.

  • Catalina Matus

Don't go here. For starters medicare doesn't cover and trust me, they want to charge for even breathing. I went in as an emergency and saw Dr. Guirgis. She asked for some tests and for starters, never got a notification that my results where in. When I stopped by they said they weren't urgent but that I needed to book an appointment and yes pay again so I could get my results. She gave me antibiotics without even looking at my test results to see if that was what I really needed. Since I don't have medicare, I need a Drs report to be able to claim with my health insurance. And guess what? The only way I can get that report is to pay AGAIN $75. This is ridiculous

  • Laura Rambhojun

I called ahead to see if I can do a walk in to get a doctor's certificate for work. I was told yes, come in now for a walk in, I arrived 15 minutes later at 12:45 and was then told to come back after 2 so I gave my name for the booking. I returned 2:05 to be told there isn't any appointment for me and now I'm waiting more... Edit: it was a bit after 3 when I finally saw the doctor. The actual appointment was brief but straight to the point which I appreciate. From what I can conclude it was just the one lady working the front desk that majorly inconvenienced my day, which is the last thing anyone sick would want to endure.

  • T Lopes

I complained about this practice after inconsistent application of their mixed billing policy. I was told that I signed a document and have been billed before. It appears depending on the Dr you see and whether you disclose employment status etc, the Dr decides whether you are bulk billed or charged through Medicare for the visit. Having attended the practice several times, I've been charged on some visits and not on others. There's no logic to it. Please avoid this practice and attend a bulk billing practice concerned with treating you, than just evaluating whether they can be charged.

  • S Parkes

I wish I'd read the reviews first. This was a terrible experience. The staff were rude and the doctor rushed me in and out without answering any questions or offering any information as to my condition and charged me for a long appointment. After doing a blood test for some reason they didn't share with me, they then lost my results. One week later, I'm out of pocket, have wasted hours and still have no answers. Update: I just received a call from Dr Sara Guirgis after complaining and was told the practice was perhaps not suited to me.

  • Sonja Wiedenmaier

Reception staff are rude and unhelpful. I was greeted with 'hello, name, go sit down there'. It was only once I settled into a chair that I was approached again: ' need your emergency contact details and where is your Medicare card'. No apology for the abruptness nor for the attitude. I wasn't aware that it was my responsibility to double ensure that my Medicare card or any other details had been checked, whilst I was standing at the reception. I decided to cancel my appointment. I was farewelled with rolling eyes. Never again.

  • Duygu Caymaz

Michael Lees who I saw today is a great, caring doctor. Actually living in this country for 3 years now, he was the best i have ever seen. He listens with full attention and does not leave anything to chance. He researched my condition himself although he got a referal from another doctor with a request of prescription of a specific antibiotic and he decided not to give it straight away, rather, he got me an appointment for a specialists for the same day to be on the safe side. I am lucky to have met him!

  • Sugu Valbuena

*update* Had a consultation with Joanna Taylor today and she was also wonderful. Didn’t have to wait at all and she was kind and helpful. I feel like it’s super hard to find a good GP these days so having had 2 awesome doctors here blows my mind. Thank you!! *previous review* Dr Caroline Guirgis is the best doctor I’ve ever been to. You can tell she really cares about her patients and their health. Makes you feel really comfortable and explains everything super well. Thank you Caroline!

  • Davina Karmillion

Dr Saba is wonderful, professional, listens to his clients needs and takes appropriate and best action with great knowledge and above. Best Doctor I have seen. Front desk staff are ok, average. No problems. These reviews are ridiculous I've been going there for 10 years whenever the need arises and never once had a problem.. and I've seen all the doctors there and the rest are good/average also. Waiting times are very short, generally only 5 or 10 minutes max. 10 stars for this one

  • Iain (Cthulhu)

Wow, this place takes the cake. Firstly mis informed by the front desk and told to book any doctor when i needed a specific one who had the accreditation needed to fill the script i needed. The next day I was given a script only to be told by 4 different chemist that the suppliers do not stock this and the doctor should order this themselves. The doctor should of know this. Not send me on wild goose chase. Wasted 2 half days of my time and money. Will not be back. Stay away.

  • Courtney Brain

Limped in today to request first aid for an open leg wound after injuring myself at work across the street. Was told no one would look at it because I didn’t have an appointment while I actively bled in the waiting room. I insisted that I wouldn’t leave until a nurse at least had put a bandage on me and advised me on if I needed to go to the emergency room or not. The receptionist was rude and disagreeable. The nurse was kind when I finally got to see her though.

  • Joshua Murray

Had an appointment booked for a couple weeks, assuming it would be bulk billed like every single other time I had gone. 1 hour before my appointment I received a call from reception asking for my credit card details, when I couldn't provide any, they cancelled my appointment to receive results from a BRAIN SCAN. They didn't even help send the results to another medical centre. Disgusting practice and me and my family won't ever go back after years going there

  • Bree Miller

I’ve been to Newtown Medical Practice a number of times as well as had appointments via Telehealth over the past year. I’ve seen two different doctors and both have rushed through my appointments and tried to get me out of the room whilst I’m still asking questions. The state of their referrals to specialist is horrible, not even accurately noting my issues or symptoms. I never felt like I was being heard and it was horrible. I would suggest trying elsewhere

  • l p

Worst place I’ve been in my entire life, rude receptionists, beyond ridiculous wait times, incompetent doctors and just a generally horrible experience from the beginning and throughout. Then when needing to call and confirm some details they did not answer the phone after calling over 10 times. I went into the practice and yet again it was a horrible experience. If you live in Newtown or surrounds avoid this place like the plague.

  • Sally McRae

Dr Sara Guirgus prescribed me pencillin despite me having told her I am allergic, and my allergy also being noted on my file. Fortunately the pharmacist at Chemist Warehouse picked up on this when filling the script. Dr Sara is very rude and unprofessional, took phone calls during my visit and kept trying to push a number of tests on me that were completely unrelated to the illness I was presenting with. Avoid her at all costs.

  • felicity neale

I've had nothing but consistently good experiences here. The reception staff are polite and helpful, although obviously extremely busy. I've seen two different doctors at the practice and both have been fantastic! The first time I went in I didn't have an appointment and there was a wait- that's life in an inner city surgery. I've had appointments every other time and have been seen within a reasonable time frame.

  • Arianne Fontanilla

Dr Sylvana Lee has been our family doctor since 2008, even though we have moved to Parramatta, we believe that travel is worth it. She has always successfully treated our family, we have tried several other GP who are closer but they would always have no cure or is unsure of the what the problem is. On the other hand, one visit to Dr Lee and everything is solved. We are so grateful for her, thank you Dr Lee!

  • Carlos Mora

I am in the waiting room, right now, close to half an hour after my appointment time. I was a little thrown by the signs in the waiting room reading “your appointment time is an estimation only”, but now that I’ve been made to wait half an hour I realise this practice - anticipates running late. What an unreasonable expectation! To arrive then told to and to receive treatment in a timely manner.

  • Genevieve Grace

Everyone is entitled to their opinion based on personal experience. I have been to this practice several times and seen several of the health professionals which have all treated me with the utmost care and respect. I was treated and made to feel my health and concerns mattered. The efficiency of testing, referrals and results was something I haven’t experienced before. They really helped me.

  • Storm Tatrai

Don’t waste your time. Doctor sent me for tests then went away on annual leave for 6 months! This place used to be great about 5 years ago, but there’s obviously something wrong when the doctors keep moving around. I’ve continued to come here, but after so many other things, I’m done. All the other stuff people said about lateness and all that have been my experience as well.

  • Ian Robertson

I had the horror of seeing Dr Sara Guirgis who has to be the worst doctor ever. Not only was I abused by her TWICE for being late, when infact I turned up 15 minutes early for the appointment, she totally ignored what I had to say and simply ignored my wishes. When telling her what has helped me in the past she refused to listen and told me I was wrong. Absolute quack!

  • Pre Kistensamy

The worst customer service experience, period. Reception staff could not accurately take my information over the phone. The practiced then started sending me marketing text messages, without consent or option to STOP. When I called the practice to share my frustration and be removed from the mailing list, the office manager made it sound like I was wasting her time.

  • J T

Trying to make an appointment with a dr that bulk bills is almost impossible you need to make the appointment 2 weeks ahead because only 1 dr bulk bills. When I asked why they only had 1 dr that bulk bills I was informed that it’s at the drs choice. We have Medicare in Australia and all drs offices should be bulk billing! Do drs only want to treat rich people now?

  • Julie Peters

I have been to this practice several times. I found Dr Sara Guirgis to be thorough and caring. She immediately diagnosed my problem and treated me effectively. The surgery renovations look great and I personally have found the staff to be friendly. The number of patients who attend this surgery is testament to the great service that all the staff provide.

  • Rosanna M

Absolutely horrendous. On repeated occassions reception informed that appointments that have been confirmed have apparently been cancelled or just never existed in the system upon turning up for the scheduled appointments. Even though the same booking was made weekly for the remainder of the year. The next available appointment was in a month's time.

  • Tia Mordaunt.

Made an appointment Tuesday with dr Sara, she didn’t call me and I called reception many times and they told me they’d get her to call me, to find out hours later that she went home during lunch. The reception then made another booking for me two days later promising me that she would call me and dr Sara never ended up calling again.

  • Kate Westhead

See Dr Christine if you can, she’s great. I’ve been treated poorly by Dr Sara twice. She made me wait 10 minutes while she sat in her room with no patient, until the reception staff queries. She took a phone call while seeing me and left to chat. She asked me to move chairs for no understandable reason. She’s direct and often rude.

  • Mallory Brangan

I waited a very long time. The reception was cool and a little disorderly. It could be because I am a foreigner, but they made me feel like I was more of a problem than a patient. The Dr. was fine once I got in. We had a short chat, and she gave me confusing advice about my regular prescription. Everything worked out in the end.

  • Eva D

The doctors are generally good but the reception staff are rude and unhelpful. Appointments are always running at least an hour late and I have turned up several times to be told that there is no record of the appointment I booked over the phone with no apology or apparent concern. I recommend that you avoid this practice.

  • Roberta Elliott

Thank you to the medical staff who attended me in this procedure. A test which helped me decide on the best way to cope with my condition. The doctor and his assistant were professional but also extremely humane and understanding and concerned for my best comfort and ease. I am truly grateful for the care I received.

  • Eva Tatrai

I gave the service one star because zero was not an option. I was appauled by the lack of compassion and rudeness exhibited by the young receptionist on the phone. I never managed to get through to a doctor. In my opinion this young woman is unfit to work with people. I will be writing a formal complaint tomorrow.

  • Elizabeth Mackison

Extremely long wait time. Sends your for several unnecessary tests. Told me my blood test results were perfect when I see a specialist for my condition and know they are not perfect. Argued with me and told me my specialist has no idea what they’re talking about. Took 45 minutes to get a whooping cough vaccine.

  • Keera Garran

Dr Sara is extremely unprofessional. Asked me why I was able to afford certain things but not pay for her appointment. She disregarded my approach to my own health and didnt take anything i said into consideration especially when it has to deal with symptoms from contraceptive. Avoid this practice at all costs

  • Cassandra C

I've seen Dr Laura Levitus several times now and I've honestly never had a GP like her that was so genuinely invested in my health and wellbeing until now. I know the medical practice itself has a lot of low reviews but I would wholeheartedly recommend Laura to anyone as a knowledgeable and compassionate GP.

  • Denny Lee

This is the worst medical centre in the Newtown. The staff are rude and unhelpful. Every doctor I and my wife have seen there has been terrible. The associated services such as pathology are run badly and very slow. It's a shame such a prominent building is occupied by such poorly run businesses

  • Samadhi As Fuck

reception staff are rude and seem to hate their job. The doctor I saw was an older women who I later figured out was the owner / founder. She is very forceful and quite rude and was not gentle on mental health issues (reason i was there). Do not recommend this medical practice.

  • Emilie Lentz

Really thorough doctor with really great interpersonal and communication skills. I was very impressed and also managed to get a same day appointment. Standard consult is $60 with about $30 rebates from Medicare which I think is super good given the quality of the service.

  • Rebecca HitchCock

I have seen Dr. Sara Gurguis a few times and I am always left feeling dissatisfied and like I’m not listened to, she also holds a clear judgement towards the LGBTQIA+ community, I recommend seeing a different practitioner if you are from the Queer community

  • Kelly Dewey

I've generally found the doctors here to be great. The wait is often not long (considering the bulk billing nature of the practice) however I have found the front desk staff a bit short. Doctors have been caring and followed up when needed.

  • Simon Prendergast

Dr Leon was 40 mins late and claimed reception had not checked me in correctly. Tried to rush appointment to make up time. Seemed rushed, disengaged and uninterested. Reception staff unapologetic and not well trained. Won’t return

  • Serena Davison

Booked an appointment on the website. When I arrived they told me my appointment didn’t exist even though I had seen the time slot get filled up on the booking system once I chose it.

  • Pat Brennan

Have been seeing my Dr at this practice for many years and always been extremely happy with her. The practice is efficient, modern and pleasant to wait in. Highly recommended.

  • K T

I did my vaccine and asked the nurse to update my immune record. I’ve asked more than 7 times over phone as it wasn’t done and haven’t updated yet. It’s been over a year.

  • Xyrenne Eustaquio

My experience with Myhealth Newtown has been consistently outstanding. The staff and doctors exemplify professionalism at its best. Highly recommended!
