Never ever again the towels at the basin was wet . She dried my hair with a towel that was use on the previous client. My hair was half dry and frizzy. My blowwave was so bad I had to redo it myself IN THE SALON only then did the owner walk over to assist. I even asked the girl if she was an apprentice which she denied cause that might have explained her lack in knowledge. She started my blow ON THE CROWN halfway through there was wet pieces inbetween . SHE HAD NO CONTROL OF MY HAIR FROM THE START. This was a terrible experience I did not make a scene I simply paid and left and im sure I was spoken about once I left but if this is the type of service you provide goodluck for the future you will need it. I think the staff needs more training she was polite but had a huge lack of knowledge.

Sitting in the salon typing this review. Today is the second time that the stylist with whom i had a firm appointment was double booked, leaving me to sit and wait until her client is done. I have at this point given up waiting, and will leave when this review is published. Three stars instead of one because they used to be good, but something changed in the way the salon is managed.

Definitely a 5-star experience at Nspa. Bianca is a genius with hair colour and styling. Gregin is like a ray of sunshine in the salon (thank you for the styling advice❤️) and the coffee from the coffeeshop is to die for! (Try their iced coffees!). Well done NSPA. You have a winning recipe and created beautiful space where women can take a time-out from the day-to-day rush of life!

Such a wonderful experience. The staff is super friendly and salon is so aesthetically pleasing, I managed to have a lovely lunch and coffee while my hair got done. I was really taken care of. Iona is such a lovely stylist. Left feeling like a new person, my hair has never looked so beautiful. Will definitely be back.

Bianca is absolutely fantastic with blonde colour and highlights and she has never disappointed when it comes to fresh trendy hair-cuts. I'm so glad I found this salon. I've received excellent customer service from the Cascades branch every time. All the staff are knowledgeable with excellent product knowledge.

A great shopping experience where you very affordable prices to curb your needs and cravings. A well laid out store and a great feel inside. Customer service and parking is elite. Atms are hust right where you want them if you are a fan of cash.

My friend and I were going to make an appointment but the hairdressers sitting smoking outside stared us down with nasty facial expressions so we rather went next door and got a roti. Wouldn't recommend any woman sit in that environment.

Iona at NSPA Little Falls is amazing! She did a cut, treat, and a little color, I could not be more happy with my hair! I went in there with dry, damaged hair and came out feeling and looking 10x better! The treatment worked miracles ❤️
