In January 2018, I changed to Professionals Caroline Springs to manage my property in the Albanvale area. Up until this time, I had struggled to find a real estate agency that had the skills and experience to manage my property which was dual income. I choose Professionals Caroline Springs after perusing on-line reviews and personally interviewing potential property managers. Since appointing Professionals Caroline Springs, Steve Zeqaj was allocated as my Property Manager. Steve has demonstrated his capability by pro-actively managing and resolving any potential issues in a timely and professional manner. I have been extremely impressed by Steve’s high standards and his attitude of managing the property as if it was his money being spent and received. Of note, I recently had a plumbing issue that subsequently entailed significant expenses. However, Steve took the initiative to challenge quotations received which saved me almost $2,000. I would highly recommend the team at Professionals Caroline Springs and specifically Steve Zeqaj as a Property Manager.

Update to you comments: You made the choice to take on clients behaving in an unfair manner, and lodge the VCAT application even though it has no legal stance. Which shows the unethical nature of the business and self. You speak of unfair for the review when I am the one missing my $1000+ Bond that im entitled to. Give fair and fair shall be given, or be given what you give - unfairness. Original comment: Witholding bond for no legal legitimate reason expect from what I can see as pure greed. Would not rent from Peter or Danielle T! Especially if you want to leave a property legally with your BOND. We vacated the property legally and gave the correct notice. Whilst at the property we replaced the pet stained carpet that was there on arrival with over $2000 worth of premium carpet, installed by a prof. layer and the walls were repainted. Many upgrades for essentially free, but still they choose to try and take my Bond. Still waiting for the VCAT case nearly two years later. Save yourself the hassle and rent elsewhere!

In a class of their own The thought of selling our family’s first home was overwhelming. Until we met David and Zak. From our initial engagement with them we felt comfortable and at home. Honest - they told me exactly what was the offers being coming to the property. 2. Kept my interest first - if I said NO, they will say NO. 3. They did not scared me of the market or any false hopes. 4. They managed my property well - every monthly statements was handy and very well presented and easy to understand all calculations. 5. If you want a nice and professional agency to deal with as a tenant, then I would recommend this agency. We rented from them for 2.5 years and everything was easy. Something as simple as their condition reports actually including the pictures is a huge help. Bao was our rental manager and he was nice to deal with and very accommodating. Only issue was when we unfortunately had to break our lease, the agency was slow to advertise the property. But otherwise I would highly recommend Bao as a rental manager, he is a nice person and knows how to deal with people and shows to care about his tenants and the landlord.
