Terrible customer service today that I can't even obtain a certificate of balance for my own accounts. I have done this with other financial institutions in the past and got no problem with this. I was told by the NAB Toowong branch team members that this is not doable despite me being there for 20 minutes. I wasn't even treated like a valuable customer after all. I have decided to go to NAB Indooroopilly to get the certificate of balance and got things done in less than 3 minutes with Ammar being the bank teller. Exceptional service Ammar. What a waste of my time at NAB Toowong branch. If something this easy cannot be provided to NAB customer like myself, something needs to be done with Toowong branch manager and its team members. For the top executive team members at NAB, please pay close attention to this.

The Branch who could not careless. Stolen cards no access to money Branch is unhelpful like all of NAB. They only want your fees could not care about you personally. If you lose you NAB card go to CBA and set up an account online which allows you to take out cash from ATM with out a card, transfer all your money out. Way faster then waiting on Soulless NAB employees.

Went to deposit a large sum of cash. Only 1 worker on till and one doing basically nothing. After 10 minutes of waiting. She just said why didnt you deposit it outside at the atm. Hmm yes because i wanna pull out wads of 50 dollar notes on a main street then neatly pack them to insert. You guys are a joke lol

I went in to get my details updated as an overseas bank account holder and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It was just me on the line so everything went nice & fast however later on it got busy but the rest of the team were moving quite fast so the waiting time was short. Thank you for your service.

There were a lot of these questions at the beginning. They remain helpful and a great team. Would hire all the staff I met to represent my company.

Fortunately I'm not a customer but had to go there for someone else. The way I was treated was unhelpful and dismissive as if I was some kind of thief. No one there could suggest a way around. Just a brick wall. Couldn't complete the transaction and left very frustrated.

Consistently understaffed at peak times. 2 tellers on duty handling lengthy inquiries (loan applications, business transfer). Suggest a new teller be employed to handle the quicker transactions. Waited over 30 minutes for a petty cash cheque to be cashed.

They have unsurpassed customer service. I came in with 6 years worth of loose change and one of their staff spent an hour weighing it to change for notes. She didn't utter a complaint and was friendly throughout.
