I brought my truck to Jason. Ken and Jason said they knew the problem and could fix it, the price was 650.00 I said okay go ahead, then they called and said it was 1200.00 later called and said it was 2000.00 I had my hands tied because they already had my truck in pieces. I said do it as long as it will be a 100% fix, they guarinteed they would fix it right. I have had to bring it back 5 or 6 times, the second time he charged me 100.00 extra for a part that he said would fix it. It was not fixed I had to bring it back, the parts they put in were all broken and the problem is now worse. Jason also lost my lock nuts so Ford cannot get my wheels off without a new set. So I am out 2300.00 in repairs, over 6000 in lost work time and my truck is not fixed plus I need to buy new lock nuts. Each time I have called or brought my truck in Jason has been rude, yelled, cursed and is acting like a Child. I have complained to NAPA's main office and will sue Jason personally for Unjust Enrichment and damages due to his negligence. KEN IS NICE but works for a thief. JASON IS A FRAD THIEF! STAY AWAY FROM RUSSELL AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR & SERVICE. WORST SHOP EVER!!!

Went to Russell Automotive based on a referral, I know nothing about cars, and always feel a little vulnerable because of it. I looked at some of the ratings and honestly, it made me a little worried... but I trusted the referral and decided to go anyways.... but I did my homework, on what I thought was wrong (love google) and approximate cost... I am happy to report that they were awesome! They took the time to explain what was going on, showed me the piece that was broken, and were able to fix it within my estimated budget. They were fair and personable ... and they even filled up my washer fluid (courtesy) .... truly recommend!

Although I never had my car serviced here, I came into the shop two weeks ago regarding my rear lower control that had snapped while driving. I spoke with an employee named Ken and before even quoting me, his first recommendation was to call Nissan Canada and see if the repairs for the damage on my vehicle was covered under any service campaign since these things shouldn’t normally happen. Turns out it was and Ken ended up saving me a ton of money. So all I can say is these guys are honest and I’ll definitely be taking my car there for any future servicing needs. Thanks Ken!

Car needed work and a friend recommended I go here, I get very nervous about trusting places with fixing my car and not creating new problems. Classic (ok, its really just a 60 year old) cars are different from today's vehicles and finding a place that understands old cars AND is fully versed in all the new technolgy takes some looking. I was impressed with Ken, Jason and the techs for their relaxed but frank approach and that they took the time to explain things to me and answer my questions thoughtfully and respectfully.

I have brought my new vehicles to Russell's Automotive for service, rather than taking it back to the dealership. Each time I have had a great experience! I have had the proper inspections done, the proper service completed, and a shuttle to work and back! Very courteous service from Jason and his staff! Russell's Automotive are first class representatives the Napa Autopro network!

I have'nt been to this shop before but i know Mister Russel personally he was my teacher at mohawk college, he's a great guy and very knowledgeable about the trade I wish I could work on his shop and learn more from him, I'm currently working at Parkway nissan as a journeyman. Working in his shop would be definitely a whole new different experience.

The guys were great, found the problem and called to get permission to go ahead with the repairs. They also noticed that the vehicle was due for maintenance (oil/filter change) which I had forgot to tell them. The repair occurred and the maintenance occurred and everything is working as I expected. Jason was fantastic in dealing with me.

Jason has been our mechanic for a number of years. we've never had any issues with him or his mechanics. the work is always done without incident. the cost is always reasonable. Brought in my focus a month ago and had some piping installed ($700 worth) and when I got the car back It looked too close but I thought nothing of it, about a week ago I had my bumper melt due to the exhaust being installed at an unsafe distance. Its as if it was installed by a child

I've been going to Russell for years, first for my old beater and now for my newer model car. They are friendly, reliable, and I can trust them to fix only what is needed and only when necessary. Shuttle service is an added bonus and they always get me to work on time.

Dont trust these people. They charged me for work they never did. They lie about changing parts and charge for work not completed. They did this twice. I trusted them and paid the price they wanted. Do not bring your car there. Hopefully this helps someone else.

They worked way harder than the guys at Canadian Tire to find the problem with my car. It was an intermittent sensor issue, and I was really impressed that these guys got to the bottom of it. I'll bring my car here for work every time.

The staff is very friendly, especially Ken. They have always been honest...to the point of discouraging me from moving ahead with repairs suggested by others that were simply not needed. Fair pricing, and good work every time.

As far as I'm concerned Jason has always done good work on my vehicles. He seems to be a straight shooter, and his prices are fair, always within anybody else's quotes. Try him out for yourself. Quotes are free
