2 out of 6 brand new ignition coils failed. One failed 15 minutes down the road and the other 3 days later. Now I have half one color and the other half an other color and I don't know if they will let me stranded or not which is why I had replaced them in the first place...

Hard to work with. Did not call back when an item was in stock. Bought about a dozen parts and half of them did not fit. One was a serpentine belt and the guy didn't ask for specs. Another was a hitch assembly and after not fitting I returned it but did not receive a refund

Super great team of really smart, really helpful and pleasant guys. The staff at this Napa are really willing to go the extra mile and help anyone out anytime they can. These frontline workers are definitely NOT getting enough credit for everything they do. Thanks Napa!

I have been to this location many times. The staff are always very friendly, effcient and knowledgeable. I highly recomend for any of your automotive parts needs. Lots of inventory on site and if they dont have it they will do everything in their power to get it ASAP.

Don't bother driving out here. They will tell you on the phone they have parts without checking for stock and when you arrive they will call you a liar and say you never called. I only ever leave positive reviews but this place takes the cake.

The Service was excellent and all my questions were answered in a timely and professional manner. It was a pleasure to deal with this establishment and I definitely will be coming back here again in the near future. Thanks again Napa Manotick!

It amazes me how one day you can deal with a company and the experience is great and the next its the worst experience! This probably just boils down to an employee who doesn't like his job. I've been buying my auto parts from this store

Storm of Jan 22/22 Stopped twice before getting to Napa had to clean my wiper blades. Front counter personal friendly and switched my wiper blades!!! Great store and staff!!!
