Managers of this place should ACT like manager not like Central Govt employees. They should keep in mind that their behaviour and managing skills is accountable for increasing business and satisfying customers who have paid a hefty amount to buy their dream vehicle relying upon their hyped promises..they shouldn’t allow their customers feel cheated as one loosing customers is easy then gaining them and your company has hired you trusting that you will discharge your duties honestly instead of just loitering here & there and doing gupshup with ladies staff. You should bother where your team is lacking and where guest is annoyed and why, resolve that immediately. I m sorry to see that this thing was not found in managers present there. We were called for car service (on priority basis) but we had to sit there till 7 pm and making request to all to do our work fast. 2nd line team is very good and hard working ie: Ashutosh Parihar, car washing team, girl in front counter. Cars without appointments were taken for work which was a biggest drawback and several customers were not only grumbling but shouting for over charged bills and delay services and false promises. Thanks to car washing team, Ashutosh and that fair tall girl. Company heads should monitor this to avoid such incidents in future so that you gain good name in market.

Pathetic experience and highly unprofessional and rude staff. The guy who attended me during my visit for a paid service, just noted down the points on a piece of paper and was least interested in knowing the issues in car. They just focus on replacements of parts as they get maximum income from that. I was told that my front left shocker is not working and needs to ve replaced, which was not the fact. The shocker was working absolutely fine and I got it cross chkd from another nexa service centre. These people just misguided you and are only focused on generating more and more revenue by giving false statements. Will never recommend anyone to visit them.

Worst service centre in lucknow They painted two doors on my celestial BLUE grand vitara BLACK They claimed to replace Dickey of my car but it has denting and painting marks at the same place where it was damaged and they claim money from insurance company They add unnecessary items to the bill like perfume and cloth and force you to pay for it Rajan chaurasiya and Abhishek handled my car. Rajan only made false promises of delivery on the next day for almost 6-7 days after which I went to collect my car . The car had alot more scratches than before. The interriors were very dirty. Overall experience was very bad. AVOID THIS SERVICE CENTRE AT ALL COSTS.

They way they treat customers is very good and they offer water, tea, coffee in wating room on regular intervals. Service quality was good but they need to improve, especially in time management and service people should to be more organised in how they do things. For example I have seen any cars they bring in service area they left the ignition on and radio was running for long time which is not good for the battery. And they washed car before service to save time but after service they went for test drive and car got dirty again so they had to wash it again which wasted time.

They overcharge and don't rectify their mistakes. During my 3rd free service, Service advisor has given price estimate of 6.5+K bill including wheel alignment charges which was latter FOC after intervention of Maruti TSM. I felt its not free service but everything they have overcharged. Maruti needs to seriously review this for customer satisfaction. No transperency or updation of assigned work as per job card in WhatsApp group created for this purpose.

राजेश मिश्रा , बॉडीशाप मैनेजर अपनी गलती छुपाने के लिये कस्टमर पर शुरु में दबाव बनाने की कोशिश करते हैं लेकिन अगर आप अपनी जगह ठीक हैं और सबूत पेश कर दे तो वह तुरंत लाइन पर आ जाते हैं। मेरे सुझाव निम्न हैं: ● राजेश जी काम करने में पूर्णतय: सक्षम नही है । ● यदि वह कोई गल्ती करते हैं तो टीम को चाहिये उसमे सुधार करे ना कि गलती में उनका साथ डकर बात छुपायी जाये। ● फोन पर जवाब नही देते । ● अपने कृत से KTL की छवि धूमिल कर रहे हैं।

I traveled from Allahabad to Lucknow for my car service. They provided a good discount and nice service. In Prayagraj Amardip motors estimated charge ₹14,500 for car service, I cancelled my car service in Prayagraj and decided to go to Lucknow. That was a nice decision. Thank you so much KTL service centre. For a wonderful service.

They overcharge and don't rectify their mistakes and waste your time to no end. Paint and body work is really poor and tardy. KTL is a cheat group from sales to service, not the hassle free experience one expects from nexa and MSIL.

People are there in some stuffed arrogance.... Don't know why but it is there in their behavior. Less cooperative, irresponsible, not giving an ear to the customer's needs. I won't visit again I guarantee.

Poor service. Inspite of free service they charge you money. My car came back with an extra SCRATCH MARK which they refused to acknowledge. Do not trust them. I would rather go to my local garage.

Good showroom attached boundry with Maruti Suzuki true value showroom. But far from city. Attached with fast link road which is known as Amar chandrashekhar saheed path.

Very slow and poor service, every time I went there was damage done to my car. And when you complain they try to cover up and also do not accept their fault.

I am a happy and satisfied customer and a proud owner of IGNIS. I feel my prized car has been cared for in the best way at this service station. Thanks.
