I was interested in one of their apartments. I took an appointment, arrived to the location, waited for 1 hour, tried to call 9 times: no one arrived. They call me afterwards, apologize and give me another appointment for the second day. I go again, no one arrives, I call and they tell me that the apartment has been rented. 3 hours lost on the street because of the extreme professionalism

I have communicated with Pedro Zorzetto, a real estate agent in Novin. Even though the communication was rather smooth, he didn’t manage to control execution of the conditions of the compromise we signed. It was agreed to renovate the property for the price I proposed, however after signing the selling agreement I realized that renovation wasn’t complete. Very disappointing.
