Have been with NRMA over 20years, gold card member, have house insurance, contents, three car insurances with them. Now when renewing my car insurance for one car, they put the price up over $1000 despite being a member for so many years and having several insurances. I am guessing this is maybe because I made my first claim in 10years, claimed my cracked windscreen which was over $2000. Have changed car insurance now, where I got a price over $1000 cheaper.

⚠️ keep away from NRMA .. I’ve been a customer for over 21 years & never had I made a claim in the past .. the minute I was involved in an accident 2 months ago & not being at fault I opened up a claim to start the investigation process ..these thugs at NRMA didn’t want to know me & tried to avoid to repair my vehicle even though I had a police report

New age shopfront. Bankstown closed so I drive the extra miles to Liverpool. Walk in - confusing. Where do you go? One lady behind a terminal says the other terminal will take your name. Stand up "service". Gone are the days of friendly service....Poor staff. Not even a stool to sit on.

Went to insure our 2nd hand car to replace our jeep that was written off after hail storm on december..but am not happy with us losing the insurance money we had paid on other car its not fair.that rule should be changed you should be able to rollover monies to new policy.

Good customer service. Got frequent calls to inform about the process on my car service. Was then also notified when it was ready for pick up and the total cost. My car was clean and ready when I got there to pick it up. Thanks.
