Absolutely disgusting experience. My friend and I were using their service during one of our trips, upon landing at Pearson international she called the shuttle service to pick us up. We waited for 25 minutes before deciding to call for an ETA. The guy who answered the phone was so unbelievably rude!!! He actually yelled at her and told her we had to wait another 25 minutes because we weren't outside when in fact we were outside the entire time. His language was absolutely horrendous. The service is cheap for a reason, DO NOT use this car service, it's not worth it!

Absolutely dreadful experience! Initially, they directed me to a different parking lot, and the sketchy shuttle took an eternity to arrive. The peak of frustration happened when, after a long flight, I called for the shuttle, was told it would be there in 20-25 minutes, but ended up waiting for over an hour! Unquestionably the worst experience. Next time, I'll opt for Park 'N Fly.

Terrible experience. Pick somewhere else. Their shuttle never picked me up from the airport so whatever I had saved by choosing this bargain option was more than wiped out by the $28 taxi to get my car. Terrible staff, just garbage from beginning to end.

Not sure why we had to stop at one location, only to be told to drive to another location to check in...4:30am is a little early for a scavenger hunt...kinda crazy. Parking lot was poorly managed and very tight. First and last time using this lot.

Very bad experience. I had to take a taxi to get my vehicle, and it cost $26. No one answered the phone when I called to be picked up.
