Worst experience of my life. Do NOT come here !! First, Came in to do a filling without even telling me he was starting and shoved a large metal needle in my mouth.. when I just finished explaining to the nurse I have emotional issues with needles. Then he misses the two teeth that I needed to get filled, he clams he is not filling one because its a baby tooth and it needs to be pulled and to get a bridge or get an implant. So I decided to go back to ask for it to be removed and have a bridge put in instead of an implant. The nurse says that I do not need a bridge and the doctor never said I needed one ... I am already in so much pain because the tooth is down to the nerve!!! and she is telling me the doctor does not have it in the notes that I needed a bridge !!! REALLY!!! AFTER THAT I DEMANDED TO SPEAK TO THE DOCTOR and he walks in saying yes I do need to get it pulled, and the nurse made a mistake but I have to go to an oral surgeon. So I did and asked for the surgeons opinion about the other tooth that the doctor missed saying there is nothing he can do about it. and the surgeon said all he needs to do is have it filled .... REALLY IS HE THAT INCOMPETENT THAT HE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW WHEN TO FILL A TOOTH??? .. OK... I wait about a month for the area that the tooth was pulled to heal like the surgeon says and I am still waiting for this doctor to call me back to say my insurance approved for the bridge ... never does, so I call and they keep telling me to call back on different days (about 3 times). About two months later Pat finally tells me they sent it back to the insurance because there was a "note" on the approval ... really .... I'm done and going somewhere else and my whole family went here to and now we ALL will be going else where. Aside from no one being able to do there work at the office, (other then the woman that cleans the teeth that was supper nice) .. everyone looks and shows that they don't want to be there and are Nasty as if they are doing you a favor. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSE WHERE THIS IS ONE WARNING YOU DO NOT WANT TO IGNORE.

The office is small. The Staff is rude and untrained. The dentist many of times yells at his X-ray tech that again she had messed up on the angle of the Xray shot, in which has to be taken again. Anyway, Dr Nag is a basic dentist with no frills. Although he is a qualified dentist, his staff is a nightmare. I waited almost 3 months to get a pre-authorization from my insurance just because 1) Dr Nag's office filled out my paperwork wrong 2) then didnt attached my X-rays 3) then forgot to mail in my paperwork to my provider. When I informed them that I am in pain and begged for help and mercy. they didnt care. I even said I was willing to pay out of pocket while waiting for the insurance to authorize the procedure. I was rudely told, No, and if I wanted to do that, I would be charged the full price that will not be refunded after the insurance paid them. I then threatened to take my business to another Dentist if I can't get faster service and that is when Dr. Nag's office verbally attacked me and threatened me.Seriously, No one should ever experience what I did. You go to a dentist, you get serviced, you go home. That simple. But at this place there is nothing professional about it. Beware !!!!!

Awful experience. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and was in a lot of pain. It was coming from a tooth that I previously had a root canal done on. Dr. Nag took x-rays that supposedly showed nothing and then he scheduled me to come back for a cleaning. The pain had gotten so much worse that I needed to come in for an emergency appointment, and Dr. Nag was extremely rude and sarcastic, telling me that the reason I’m in so much pain was because I don’t floss every day. He then proceeded to “teach” me how to floss my teeth and did a cleaning which made it worse. I immediately made an appointment with another dentist, Dr Augiello who took an X-ray of the same tooth and was able to tell me right away that I had a root canal infection. To make matters worse, his office sent me a bill for the wrong year. Will never go back or recommend him to anyone.

Made an appointment to see doctor Nag February 12th that day we had a little snow They close the office and fail to notify me I was sitting in the hallway for an hour and a 1/2 They called me the next day And we reschedule for to day February 18 I was on my way there When they called me and told me that there is nothing they can do for me because the X-ray technician is not there and I need Approval from my insurance**** I don't get it When I reschedule They knew it was for a Crown So they may 2 appointments for me the 18th To do the impressions for crown and March 2nd To put crown in So now why the confusion

I’ve been coming to this office since I was a kid and I want to show appreciation of how wonderful their dental hygienist Sherry is! I had different insurances throughout the years and had to go elsewhere at times. I always go back even if I need to pay cash for her to clean my teeth!!! The staff is always great, Amanda is usually who I speak to and so professional. And of course the doctor is great! Very honest and I’m always happy going here!

Have been seeing Dr Nag over a year now has helped me alot with my teeth very honest Very nice staff very helpful answer all my questions Dr Nag is calm & takes his time He has a nice sense of humor makes visit very nice My Granddaughter age 11 came with me last week he spoke with her she wants to use him now he’s so nice she said kids speak the truth

I have been going here for 20 years ! It’s has gone way way way down hill ! I have to wait and wait and wait for the insurance company to approve the staff is no help just rude ! I Have to call so many times to see what is going on ! They never call me back ! And other things that follow ! I’m so done ! I’m taking my business elsewhere

Girlfriend went to this dentist today after not going for many years. The staff was very pleasant and the dentist was very kind And took his time with her. People need to have patience when seeing a doctor or dentist for the first time.

Dr. Nag-Chanduhiri took well care of my concerns and dental work along with his Fantastic Staff ! , well mannered very friendly and caring .I highly recommended this Dental office to anyone you definitely won't be disappointed …

Love Love Love Dr. Nag. My husband and I have been going to him for 23 years. I had a bad experience with a dentist when I was young, and for many years feared the dentist until I met Dr. Nag. He is awesome. His staff is also great!

Been coming here for years. Dr Ng is always honest and on point. Takes his time and does a great job. Moved to Florida and the dentist out here are criminals and dishonest. When I go up north I make my appointments with Dr Ng.

Dr Nag is awesome. Fear Free dentistry. He has never hurt me at all. The wait til is minimal & his staff is awesome. I would highly recommend him.
